“I made a purchased on 23 December 2023 worth 151.01 and item was not delivered. due to reason that the status is frozen. Since they cannot deliver I requested a refund and they refused. This company is a scammer. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY from this company.”

“They do not guarantee products are what is stated I spent over 300.00 on 50 items and they were all defected. THEY do not stand behind the BUYER!!! BEWARE After putting in all what they required we did all the pictures and video they closed the case and basically screw us and we lost money on defected products. That has to be thrown away. Never buy from Sirreepet grooming Store”

“Caution! Everything works fine in the beginning, but when you place a higher value order that never arrives and gets returned to China aliexpress refuses to refund your money! Their buyer protection is a scam and customer service is automated replies artificial intelligence!!!”

“Ali Express supports scammers. I bought $2500 of LEDs, of which a large portion turned out to be defective, breaking within 3 weeks. Ali Express offered me $40. Im about $1000 out of pocket. Beware!”

“I have been overcharged without my permission, on order £140, overcharged by around £70 and on other orders higher value £350, more than £150. Only find out when looked at my bank account. Aliexpress customer service said these charges are Exchange rates and services. I haven't been warned or even know they are exist before final check out. Nothing was on final invoice about it. It is Aliexpress new trick to take money from customers without warning before check out, even when Tax and delivery charges already included. Please be aware before placing any order. As they ask you to open Dispute, but every shop page where orders have been place, don't let you do it, as it ALWAYS UNDER MAINTENANCE. I will never use them again.”

“Definitely avoid this company. I had an experience where i was sent the wrong product. Likely intentional as the product looked similar but much lower spec which I why I suspect it was a deliberate scam. I arranged a return and sent the package back using the returns label provided to me from AliExpress. The return was received back on November 1st according to the tracking. I have been battling with them since then to get my refund and all I keep getting told is to be patient and no information is provided at all. No one in the company seems to have any clue what they’re doing and my experience has been disgusting. Avoid this company to avoid disappointment. The products are mostly cheap rubbish anyway.”

“Al maande in de klins met aliexpress zij hebben diverse pakketen bij elkaar gedaan en zijn ze kwijt en zij kunnen het zien maar geen geld nu weer een half pakketen en aliexpress zeggen het is toch geleverd zo werkt niet pakket is kapot en half 0 sterren ik raad iedreen temu aan als je bij aliexpress het product niet gevonden krijg spreek de seller er op aan krijg je link kun je het bij temu kopen vaak is veilig er beter voor u zelf en veel sneller”

“Never trust Aliexpress. Many items item not delivered n claimed to b delivered. Ask for refund n they ask u to show proof that item not delivered. U wil just lose your money. No more ordering from them. The customer service is just hopeless n cannot understand buyers problem.”

“Aliexpress is the worst platform to do a purchase, fake platform with a fake products is as simple as that, they advertise 12 day delivery guarantee and than, when you contact them they will tell you to wait couple of months, Ebay and amazon are like day and night compare with aliexpress on everything”

“placed orders on several items for the first time. received half of them. they don't ship all together. received 1st 3 parcels fine. The next 6 parcels didn't come to me. As per the tracking number they say the delivery attempt failed, whereas I didn't receive any phone call or email on that. next is the horrific experience. there is no clue where is my shipment because their shipping carriers are unrecognized, no Canadian phone numbers to contact, and no physical office to go to! Their sh**ty chat service redirected me to several Canada post offices where there was no parcel. finally, I wanted my money back. still, it's not allowed as per their sh**tty rules! how horrible the customer service can be! I ended off on this. after 2 months, I was able to get a Partial refund for 2 items, but still, 4 are missing! I will never use it and recommend everyone not to use it”

“Bad customer service. They suggest you to select the option with the defective order tgat cannot be found on any platform of AliExpress. The more frustrating is that they did not take care to their apps and what the customers provided as an evidences. Buy some a dollar-products is okay but more than 2 dollars I would not suggest, if yoi don't have to deal with possibilities to recieved the defective items and get no refunds.”

“I really disappointed with Ali express. They are stealing you. Don't ordered from them. I ordered machine and the agent Tina she is mid dealing with you not answering properly. I don't know when they will delivered my machine because in tracking not showing any thing Please don't ordered from them any thing they are just taking money and not delivering the ordered. “You will not be able to return your item. After weeks and weeks of being bothered for photos of the unopened product. Then the seller will say that it hasn’t been delivered yet even though it was delivered and had been shown as delivered in the system. The whole thing is a scam, I have a product I don’t have any use for unopened unused and I can’t return it. Do not bother with this site. They did offer for me to return it at one point, but I would’ve had to pay for the return, and with how rude the seller was accusing me of having stolen the product even though it was right in front of me and I already paid for it I refused. Good luck. 0 stars! Do not bother”
