Dishonesty with no accountability or real recourse now .. Of my last 3 orders one 3 packets of mosaics I never received I was refunded for two. 2 other orders were both short, one Pillow case of a set of two & ordered 3 silicone spatulas but only received two .. the dispute system does not have the appropriate drop down boxes so that leaves you nowhere.. it’s just a site to loose your money now ..

I bought a heat sublimation machine and was informed its an all in one but upon arrival it was labelled 8 in 1. When the machine arrived it didn`t have usage instructions nor t-shirt heat press facility.

Aliexpress has a lot of products. I am a Platinum Member too, but I am truly disappointed with too many cheating Sellers on Aliexpress. In recent years, a lot of sellers are untrustworthy and never send the goods or have a fake tracking number. These orders expire and if you are not quick to open a dispute in the time period of 2 weeks, then you lose your monies to the seller. Even when you open the dispute in time, these crooked sellers will try to con you to cancel the dispute saying it is delayed. If you listen to these sellers its almost guaranteed that they will be paid by Aliexpress without you receiving your goods. The other aspect is sellers sending you faulty goods. The courier to return them then costs the buyer more than the goods. When this is pointed out to the seller, they often ask you to send it by ordinary mail. Even if you have proof of photos/videos of sending it by ordinary mail, sellers claim that they did not receive the goods, so that Aliexpress pays the seller. Aliexpress is even worse with your evidence and say that there is no tracking number and all your evidence is of no importance to Aliexpress. I had an SSD disk that I sent back to a company called Golden Fir who conned me by sending a completely faulty and broken used SSD disk worth $60; knowing that the return tracking courier ($55) is very expensive, and advised me to send it by ordinary mail. I had all the photos and videos, but he claimed he did not receive this. Later I found he has done this to several buyers. Aliexpress ofcourse did not pay any attention to my return postal evidence, and his messages to use ordinary mail, and paid the seller to add insult to my injury! Despite buyers advising Aliexpress of these dodgy sellers, Aliexpress continues to have a lot of fradulent sellers on their site and I therfore Aliexpress has pushed me to not trusting them taking action, and I am buying from other credible sites now. I only use Aliexpress when there are no other sites available.

I was hesitant about using AliExpress. I love it. Ive had maybe 2 not received or broken items. And it was refunded immediately when I contacted the seller. Ive had great Communication with the sellers and their prices are amazing. You have to be smart though, people who complain about quality, seriously you want high end all the time then go to a store and pay more money.

this year every order there has been a problem!! It has been the worst customer service ever!! I ordered 9 sets from a seller it came in very wrong!! I opened disputes and everyone came in different with the same information. That seller made it right the new one I did the seller just ignored me making me have to after 14 days put in a dispute I just wanted the color I asked for last time and they ghosted me! Aliexpress makes it very hard to get satisfaction. and to contact anyone!! the light color is our first order the dark one is what they sent this time.

I ordered 4 products from AliExpress on 25th September 2019 amounting to more than US$ 80. Till date i.e. 25th November 2019 not even a single product is delivered. Out of US $ 80 only US $ 37 has been refunded, which amounts to less than 50%. Also, their dispute system is funny. For one of the undelivered products, i was not supposed to raise a dispute before 23rd November 2019. When i tried to raise a dispute on 24th November 2019, the website says that the order is finished, which means, order is delivered. Whereas the product is not delivered. They have buyer's protection guarantee, which states that, if the product is not delivered within the stipulated time, which runs anything between 45 to 75 days, the money will be refunded. In my case neither products were delivered nor part of the money is refunded. Pathetic and unreliable kind of service. Better stay away from AliExpress.

I had ordered quite a couple of items. From plastic hooks. But mainly beauty gargets from Beauty Touch. A good seller, item well wrap and get good discount from time to time. However, waiting time is long. It take 2 weeks to 1 month. Overall, happy if my purchase so far.

I ordered recently many items for bathroom reno like high end shower set, sink faucets, two different linear drains, switches, lights etc. Every item from different suppliers. All vendors were very helpful, friendly and communicative. All shipments came in shorter time that listed. Quality of products are very good and nothing was broken, gamage ir missing. I choose more expensive items from high rated suppliers, may be that's the trick

I have been ordering from aliexpress donde 2016 and I've only not had one 2 items not arriving. They were less than a buck so I didnt bother to open a dispute. My tips for buying on there is 1. Do not buy expensive stuff. 2. ONLY buy from sellers with rating over 97% and lots of followers as well as orders 3.always check reviews especially the 1 star ones. And again, dont buy things worth more than 25 bucks imo. Most I've spent on there was 13 bucks for a nail lamp. It arrived but the plug kinda sucked, seller sent me another one tho so dont buy electronics is another advise.

The "express" in Aliexpress refers to how fast they are to take your money. If I was them though, I would change the name to Alithievingdogs. 3 times now I have made purchases now that just never turned up. Tracking says "items arrived at it's destination country" and 3 times that was a lie. Australia Post has now informed me that the number of people that never receive their items from Aliexpress, Wish etc is on the increase. Let's stop the theft now and stop buying from these online platforms.

I have been using aliexpress for over 1 year. But over the last few months non of my order came. Aliexpress takes the money. I dont get products. I open a dispute to get refunded. Aliexpress closes the dispute. I dont get refund. What is going on. Do not but from aliexpress! Absolute scam

I have made purchased on Aliexpress portal and for 2 months still have not received the product that I have ordered (my order no. 8001414953666114). Best thing is status or my order shown as "Finish" which I assume it mean completed. And another fantastic thing is my order is also updated as "confirmation received". This is just ridiculous as I do not click that confirmation!! Than come the nightmare of trying to get refund. The portal is definitely not friendly at all, plus the language problem (bad translation). I would say it is certainly not a good platform to do your shopping!

I strongly suggest that anyone considering buying from Aliexpress check every minute detail of the product they are buying. Often the photos are not a true representation of the real product and the sellers will not refund any money to you. Before buying please check if the seller offers refunds if you are not happy with the product. They will often escape responsibility by using the fine print in the description of their products. I will never use Aliexpress again. It's full of dishonest sellers.

This is a FRAUDULENT seller and a FRAUDULENT web site (Period). Here is a summary for anyone who has been (or will be) scammed by this Online retailer: Order No. 8005107476775871: ON Nov. 14 2019, I received this order and immediately realized that IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. So, I sent the following message to the seller (through ALIEXPRESS web site): The ordered product clearly states: FLEXTAILGEAR - MAX Pump 2 Portable Air with 3600mAh Battery USB White.....What I received is NOT MAX PUMP2 IT IS: LIGHT PUMP2 AND IT IS NOT BATTERY OPERATED. This is a WEAK PUMP that only works when connected to a USB adapter. I have no use for this device. Please send me WHAT I ORDERED, Period. I also attached two photographs showing the wrong "light pump 2" In response, The seller (and this incompetent website) asked me to return the WRONG product AT MY OWN EXPENSE and send them a tracking number in order to get a refund (They did not even offer to send the CORRECT PRODUCT!) On November 15, 2019: And as directed by Aliexpress: "If you wish to contact the seller, Skiyomi Store," I wrote another message to this corrupt seller as follows: Please explain this to me: If the wrong product was sent to me because of YOUR FAULT. Why do you expect me to spend my own money to return your useless product and receive a refund? If you do not send a pre-paid shipping label, I will escalate this dispute even if of costs me 1000 times the original purchase price - I GUARANTEE IT. Needless to say, I received no response (what-so-ever)! On november 17, 2019: I sent the following e-mail to ALIEXPRESS followed by a complete summary of this FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION: This e-mail shall serve as my last (and only) notice of fraudulent activities committed by you (or one of your sellers). You are, Hereby, directed to immediately intervene and resolve this matter. Otherwise, The undersigned shall pursue this fraudulent activity to the fullest extents of the laws governing commerce in the state of Florida, USA. Needless to say, I received no response (what-so-ever)! However, I continued to receive e-mail reminders to send them a return tracking number, etc……….! EVERY ONE WILL BE (VERY) WELL ADVISED TO AVOID ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH EITHER SKIYOMI STORE OR ALIEXPRESS.

The most horrible online shopping experience! Do NOT except a refund even the seller sent you a total wrong item! DO NOT use some free return label they offered you to return the wrong item, because the information on the label is wrong! The customer service is extremely confusing and a total disaster!!!!!!

From Canada I ordered a “universal knife/ tool sharpening machine... They sent me a 220/240 v model with a EURO plug ... I disputed the order and I lost ... In my humble opinion , when you sell to. The world , the least you can do is make sure you send the right specs / voltage .... If you don’t know then you ask the customer to confirm that he really wants that model .... Not very professional... I was a Platinum member buying stuff on AE all the time , not always satisfied but I let go ... That was my last order ... And I will never buy or recommend that site to anyone anymore . I deleted the apps from my electronics ...Period 1 IF BY ANY CHANCE YOU WOULD STILL BUY STUFF FROM THERE MAKE SURE TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE ITEM YOU ARE BUYING , BECAUSE THE SELLER WILL CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION AT HIS OWN PROFIT , SAYING “THAT’S WHAT YOU BOUGHT “ ...
