“This was my first and only time to ever use AliExpress. Website said the item was fully tested and then in conversation with the seller they told me they could not fully test the item. I still don't know if I am getting a refund and there is no one to talk to at AliExpress. Biggest mistake I have made in a long time.”

“Biggest cheater ever. They give too much hard time in the return process. I returned an item for refund and even when tracking information says its delivered AliExpress claims it wasn't delivered and that they want "official proof." How can delivery updates on tracking websites not be official? I lost the item and my money just because of these scammers and liars. Biggest liar, stay away at all costs.”

“I ordered Li -FePO4 batteries on Ali express four months ago for C$600. After 20 days Tracking said that items is delivered to me, but I have received nothing. I sent many messages to seller and to Ali Express help center for help. But every time there was auto reply:-亲，多去附近邮局清查一下(" Dear, go to the nearby post office to check.") After for months it is clear for me that I am simply deceived. Keep away from Ali Express to order high priced goods.”

“CAUTION! ULTRA BIG SCAMERS! Many Aliexpress Stores are helped by Aliexpress to scam you! Be aware! Don't ever buy more than one product by the same store! They always sent the cheapest good only! You could buy 10 goods for 200+€ and if the cheapest one is 1€ they will send you just this! So you paid 200€ for an 1€ item! And Ali will never help you to take your money back! Especially don't buy by DATA FROG NEVER!”

“The same item if you add to card if cheaper then you offset your coins. For example : I look out for a SD adaptor which is $0.58 and add it into my cart it is $0.58 but if I go to coins and offset my coins it became $0.60 after deducted my 3 coins. So their coins is offset but added on price if you use coins. That is why their giving you so much coins to look good in your account. Unlike shopee the coins are genuine and it can offset directly from what you search. But for AliExpress you can do it directly after you add into your cart. They will show what you have view before in the coins column and show you a number of coins it will deduct and the price after deducted as if you are getting it cheaper but if you really go and do some facts finding. It is not genuine at all. Attached 2 pic. You will see the second pic show 5% coins off. And it is more expensive after 5% coins used.”

“Today I will show everyone, How AliExpress seller cheating on me?? I bought a product a few days ago from Aliexpress. Order Information: Order time: 07:48 Feb. 06 2022, Order ID: 8146029663802801, Store name: Shenzhen Machinery Online Store, Product Price: US $ 273.52 Shipping Cost: US $ 100.00 Total Payment: US $ 373.52 I have already paid that amount. But the seller wants an extra $199 for this product. Why need to pay an extra $199? I think that the seller is cheating on me. Otherwise the seller told me to cancel the order. I want that product. I don't want a refund for that product. I have already complained to the Aliexpress help center about this matter. I will file a case against the seller and Aliexpress in High court.”

“I bought a cooking 3 needls injector set from Shop911834164 Store. I received one needle and a cracked injector. I contacted the seller and send him the photoes, but he did not answer me. Sorry to realize that this seller sells damaged and incorrect item sets.”

“I originally searched for an external blu ray player for pc. I did this through Google. It led me to this 'fantastic' deal. I should have known better. Anyway, I purchased it. When it turned up, I installed it and stuck in my first disc. It didn't work. I thought it odd that nowhere did it say blu ray player but I thought it must be a bad disc. So, I ended up trying three discs to no avail. So I lodged a dispute and asked the owner for a refund. They said if I returned the item (at my expense), then once they confirmed it had been returned they would refund the money for the item only. So I lodged a dispute with AliExpress themselves. Their first offer was a refund of $0.00. They responded very quickly, same day. This was because I had not established that the product did not do what was described and the seller had 'demonstrated' that thei tem was as described. This is despite their own images clearly showing that it played blu ray discs. So, I did a movie showing that it did not play blu ray movies. I am still waiting on a reply. This site is shonky and misleading. They should not even be allowed to sell items.”

“Aliexpress is not trustworthy, and you cannot get your money back. I ordered 2 micro SD cards, one 128GB and one 256GB. When I tested them, the capacity was only 32GB. There is no way you can know this unless you test the card. They appear as what they are sold as, 128GB and 256GB. I could have lost a lot of valuable data. Worse, Aliexpress does not give refunds when you open a dispute. Instead, they support the seller. So I lost money, as well as wasting much time and not receiving the items I needed. I sent them the results of the tests, but this evidence was not accepted. They told me I needed to send them a video! A video of what exactly? The card test took many hours to complete. Aliexpress claim that you can appeal against their decisions. I wanted to do this, and spent some time trying to follow their instructions, but was unable to do this. I concluded that this claim made by Aliexpress is just propaganda, it is not true. order no: 8144124059218113”

“It'd been a few weeks now and I have yet to receive my money from AliExpress. I bought a wig from a seller on their website and the hair was poorly made unwearable so I returned it. The hair was delivered and upon contacting them for my money they still refused to return my money. I don't recommend doing business with them plus the staff Mavis was very rude, unprofessional and inconsider. Spend you money local these people don't care and customer satisfaction, won't be doing business with AliExpress and Allovehair seller ever again. The seller try to extort me saying if I give them 5 star review they would release my money. How could I be dishonest the hair is trash I won't lie to people.”
