“Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Aliexpress is the WORST platform I've ever experienced! Total scam! It says money guaranteed. Seller sent me the wrong item. Ali just returned me 1/3 of the original amount and said that once I shipped the item back and seller received it, full amt will be returned. BUT w/o providing me any return address, how the heck am I suppose to return it??? No customer service contact#, no email, no way to contact a human, just a dummy customer service machine. Is this a joke???!”

“STAY AWAY. 2 months and still no delivery. Can't contact seller, delivery company or customer service. They hide behind the fact that they are in COMMUNIST china. They ask N/A questions like, Was the delivery on time? What delivery. Who made the delivery ? ?????? Was item damaged? ?????? How many days did delivery take? 2 Months and counting How did the company reply ? They totally ignored me.”

“Terrible company. Scammers. Return policy and process is written in broken English. If you don't receive your item they ask for evidence of it not being received. What, am I supposed to take a picture of my porch with no package on it? Complete B.S. I am glad what I ordered was only a few dollars... never again. Also, they conveniently closed my claim and said that I am the one that closed the claim. Ali Express's solution was to refund me 0 and the seller accepted it. What a joke. I can't make this stuff up.”

“DO NOT BUY!!!! Waste of time and money. I order green glass roller balls for my line of Beauty products. When I got my order it was not green glass. It was spray painted. Chipped all over the box before even opening. They would not refund or send a replacement after many emails back and forth. I don't even want to give them 1 Star but thats the only way to write a review.”

“This Company is ridiculous! Sizes are way off! Tiny! Non-existent customer service!!! Return Policy? I never saw anything like this. Having to file a dispute when something doesn't fit and we have to return it is absolute nonsense! I regret shopping here. I wasted money I will not get back. I will never shop here again, and will certainly not suggest anybody else to.”

“Ordered 2 items from 2 different sellers. One item arrived and was NOT what was pictured. They refused to pay the shipping to return it and also refused to issue a refund. The second item (after about 3 weeks) is still " out for delivery/left country of origin". What a scam company! First pic is my order. Second is what arrived.”

“Beware of ads that say FREE Shipping! Recently purchased a branch chipper on Aliexpress and recieved an invoice for shipping two weeks before shipment arrival. The invoice was for closed to $800 in shipping fees and charges which I had to pay before the shipment would be released at the CFS. Disputed the issue with the supplier and escalated the issue to Aliexpress but they just stood behind the the supplier as though they had done nothing wrong. Beware of scammers and cheaters on Aliexpress!”

“This is simple - DO NOT buy anything from AliExpress. HORRIBLE Scam company with many fake items, purposely dishonest return policies, major cost to even try to return items to China even though AliExpress hoodwinks people into buying claiming free returns and total guarantees. Terrible worse than confusing customer support, clearly on purpose. This dishonest Chinese company should not be allowed to use U.S financial services including credit cards and paypal which should end all dealings with it.”

“I had items ordered and they send packages with cheap junk in it to show tracking to your house and you won’t get refunded and AliExpress won’t do anything about it. Never again. Shame because most sellers honest but the bad ones ruin it for all. I will order my supplies elsewhere. Also sellers cancel your order for what ever reason which is frustrating when you wait and wait for it.”

“I will never deal with Ali Express again, received used damaged goods, sold as brand new. Tried to return goods to seller, no name, only warehouse, no return label. Had to pay courier, Tried to deliver goods, no one at address, no help from Ali Express. Once they receive your cash you are on your own. They are so positive with emails when you are buying, but not when you have a complaint. Ollie”

“Very good shop if you dont have to return anything .If you finally have to return something back you will doscover the real aliexpress , a company which is proud that you cant file a compaint because their headquarters are in china , i lost my money , my order and i had to pay money to send them the order back , they offered me a 30 usd dollars to send it back , that coupon never arrived . Don´t buy anything in this shop you think you are going to return back , just cheap stuff you dont care if they get broken.”

“I bought two chairs from alipaper, an aliexpress subcompany on 10/31/2021. Shipping posted as free. First, the seller held items hostage until I sent more money for postage. Then, when first parcel arrived it was a severely damaged, cheap table. The second parcel never arrived, but the seller confirmed it was another table. It's now been five months. Aliexpress issued only a 75% refund with no explanation. So, the scammer seller won. Money for nothing.”

“Been trying to send item back for full refund as I piece was missing from my order set. Neither Ali Express nor seller is really doing much to resolve this. App keeps crashing and Ali Express does mot even bother replying to emails I warn anyone of from ordering via this app.”

“Some items arrived within 3-4 weeks while others I still haven't received even after 3 months ffs😤 The items I did receive were all poor quality. Ex: holes not lining up, paint scratches or missing, disfigured limbs on action figures.....to list a few. My advice would be to pay the little extra for faster delivery and better quality from anywhere else.”
