“Aliexpress didn't pay attention to the case and didn't care about anything I've said, I've sent back the item for exchange or refund and on the messages with the seller I've shown Aliexpress that the parcel is on the postoffice waiting collection by the seller, but the seller don't want to collect because don't want pay tax for collection, I have already paid a lot for the item, have paid again to send it back and now the seller was asking me for more money to pick up the parcel from postoffice, the seller is claiming not received the parcel to get aliexpress to side with the seller a keep my money, in conclusion I'm for a very long time waiting for a item that was paid on time and now aliexpress decided to leave me without product and without money, really disappointing the experience with aliexpress. I even tried to contact support to upload evidence because I could not access the page to do it, but if aliexpress read the messages is there evidence enough.”

“Not so much AliExpress themselves but the buck stops with them as no way to redress with their seller and no means of complaint that I can see. Ordered a VVDI Mini Key programmer and transponder chips from locksmith-keys Store on 28th March. Order cancelled without any notice on 15th April. Previously purchased four LED light bulbs from Liang Store. Great bulbs but three of the four failed within 6 weeks. I've had many great transactions with aliexpress sellers but recent experience has shown that there is no proper complaints process and the feedback option disappears very quickly.”

“If I can, I would rate this site 0 stars. Some seller on this site cheating customers, they choose customers buy many items then they take one a very bad item that not match the description they use it tu ship it and use tracking shipping send to customers address to prove they goods has been sent but it not really like that . When I open dispute, seller prove it sending a copy in language Chinese, it terrible, when a buyers buy many items from different seller, they will combine those items and take them off at the same time, I am very sorry that some time mistakes but this is an intentional robbery of the shopper because the same seller the same proplem and at different times.the sad thing is people who run this site why do these things happen and often”

“It's no bargain if you never receive the items you paid for. Some have figured out a way to arrange for fake tracking and delivery information that makes your complaint simply invalid. What do you expect from a country that manufactures fake baby formula, eggs, and even rice? If you are lucky enough to receive your item expect months of waiting and then incorrectly sized or counterfeit, shoddy items. Do not fall for the temptation of low, low prices.”

“I have ordered a T110 V urkish Samovar and after receiving I find that it’s working 220 V and the tea pot was broken, it’s about 2 weeks no one is responsible for resetting and the worst customer service I see in the USA I received my order about 15 days after the estimated day never nevy buy anything from Aliexpress”

“This place stole my money, after I ordered a wig for 508 dollars they told me that I had to cancel my order and pay with pay pal instead of my debit card, I told them I would like my money back but they refused, telling me I need to send them a copy of my drivers license wtf they won’t respond and they won’t deliver my wig”

“Ordered an external blu-ray burner and when it arrived, it doesn't say blu-ray anywhere on the drive, it doesn't recognize Blu-ray Discs, when playing a dvd it is recognized but there's something wrong with the optical reader so half the screen is corrupted distorting the display with long colored bars. When to complain and they won't allow me to enter a dispute without stating that the drive arrived in good condition. It did not and arrived as the wrong product and the product that was delivered is defective.”

“Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Aliexpress is the WORST platform I've ever experienced! Total scam! It says money guaranteed. Seller sent me the wrong item. Ali just returned me 1/3 of the original amount and said that once I shipped the item back and seller received it, full amt will be returned. BUT w/o providing me any return address, how the heck am I suppose to return it??? No customer service contact#, no email, no way to contact a human, just a dummy customer service machine. Is this a joke???!”

“STAY AWAY. 2 months and still no delivery. Can't contact seller, delivery company or customer service. They hide behind the fact that they are in COMMUNIST china. They ask N/A questions like, Was the delivery on time? What delivery. Who made the delivery ? ?????? Was item damaged? ?????? How many days did delivery take? 2 Months and counting How did the company reply ? They totally ignored me.”

“Terrible company. Scammers. Return policy and process is written in broken English. If you don't receive your item they ask for evidence of it not being received. What, am I supposed to take a picture of my porch with no package on it? Complete B.S. I am glad what I ordered was only a few dollars... never again. Also, they conveniently closed my claim and said that I am the one that closed the claim. Ali Express's solution was to refund me 0 and the seller accepted it. What a joke. I can't make this stuff up.”

“DO NOT BUY!!!! Waste of time and money. I order green glass roller balls for my line of Beauty products. When I got my order it was not green glass. It was spray painted. Chipped all over the box before even opening. They would not refund or send a replacement after many emails back and forth. I don't even want to give them 1 Star but thats the only way to write a review.”

“This Company is ridiculous! Sizes are way off! Tiny! Non-existent customer service!!! Return Policy? I never saw anything like this. Having to file a dispute when something doesn't fit and we have to return it is absolute nonsense! I regret shopping here. I wasted money I will not get back. I will never shop here again, and will certainly not suggest anybody else to.”
