“Disgusting. Products not received, dispute links that don't work and they don't care. It must be a sophisticated scam because even PayPal couldn't get my refund for me!! Do not buy from them EVER”

“Purchased an item JINGSHUNLI Led Lcd Store from Aliexpress recently, item arrived damaged not working. Paid almost $50 had to fight to get $13 credit, lost $37 they would not give me a full credit. Do not buy from this company.”

“1st time experience. Aliexpress only fast of taking your money. It doesn't deliver and doesn't have anything or customer agent to delivery product at the promised day. I wouldn't recommend or order anything from this BS money sucking company. Hours to track my order and the tracking is never heard of....HUGE SCAM BS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER..REPEAT DO NOT ORDER.”

“AliExpress worst website for shopping I have nothing to brag about that a good thing happened to me by buying Chinese goods with very poor quality on the AliExpress (Ali baba) website. The Chinese would make quality goods if all the people in the world stopped buying their scrap, then it would teach them that they should start making better quality things. I've been buying small things on this website for a while now because if it's broken or if I don't receive it, I think I didn't pay too much and if I open a case I sometimes get a refund. Then suddenly I made a big mistake I ordered a very expensive battery for my solar system in the allotment. The battery was supposedly £838.98 but it was a bit cheaper as they had some discount. The seller chooses to somehow send with the even worse delivery company My Harmes, after three months I get a message with a picture of how my parcel was delivered, the package placed next to my rubish bins is shown in the picture, when I came home from work that day I did not find anything that I saw in the picture. I asked for help from the seller, I never got it, I also asked for help from the AliExpress customer service, but they are worse than the seller, so I just remained a big loser. I advise everyone who buys on AliExpress to stop buying expensive things so that it doesn't happen to you like what happened to me. Good luck with AliExpress worst website for shopping. “All but 1 of the many tens of sellers I have dealt with on AliExpress are excellent, honest traders, I have been very happy with. And the website is good for finding what you want. BUT BE WARNED about shipping fees. AliExpress will refuse to refund shipping fees if the goods never arrive. To the Antinski3d Store I paid AU $78.55 for phrozen TR300 resin + AU $53.02 shipping, I never received it. Tracking reported “Package was returned to seller by shipping company” Why? No explanation. Perhaps seller didn’t pack it adequately. Perhaps seller caused shipping failure. Perhaps seller never really sent it at all. The seller refuses to discuss solutions. AliExpress limited me to a maximum refund of AU$ 80.60 . So I have paid a net AU$ 50.97 for NOTHING . AliExpress even prevents me from rating this transaction. So customers will not be warned about the really bad experiences! The reviews are biased.”

“They sent me a faulty phone which was supposed to be new but was a return or second hand and asked me upload a video which the system would not accept and they kept rejecting my claim till the time was up and they notified me i had excedded the protection time scam company”

“Service and prices are getting worse instead of getting better. It is only good just for some "dollar" stuffs that you even don't need and you can not find in your country. Everything else is just wasting money and time. (opinion created from more than 3000 orders till now)”

“XQ Vendor is the worst seller.They sent me some garbage 16 inch hair,but I was charged for 22 inches 180% density hair..and the thinness of the wig was less than 100% density. They lied and said they were going were going to provide a refund..it has been over 60 days..No Refund!..Very dissatisfied”

“I placed two orders at the same time. One arrived but the other has never arrived, the seller won't refund the money, I keep getting excuses, and AliExpress has you jump through hoops to get a refund and months later I am STILL trying to get this resolved! The items come from China and may take 6-8 weeks to even arrive! Ridiculous when I've ordered stuff on Ebay that came from China and arrived in a timely manner. There's no guarantee you will get the shipment so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“While less expensive items on AliExpress are often worth their money, do NOT buy products over the value of €20. You will receive extremely low quality, broken order. When you follow the website’s dispute option, request a refund & adhere to all the refund instructions within required time frames, you’ll end up out of pocket for return postage to China, your purchase money is released to seller, & AliExpress does not make good on its own refund policy. If you manage to bypass the useless bot Eva, AliExpress’s real customer service agents will appeal to your compassion by saying they’re single mums & it’s their birthday, as well as making empty promises guaranteeing you a refund. Even if you escalate your case, all you’ll receive are standardized emails clearly showing no one has even looked at your case & won’t receive your refund. Complete waste of time & money. Buyers stay away.”

“Beware of ordering the wireless system Lekato WS 70 through AliExpress. AliExpress will send what appears to be the Lekato A8 wireless and will not takes it back. They claim it's what you ordered, what I got is a look a like Lekato's A8 but with the A8 model number on it but no Lekato name on it, in a plain carboard box. It has no range and is useless for a gig. Ok for sitting at home in front of your amp. They claim a "Music Zone Gear Store" is the seller.”

“I would give no stars if I could. I placed 2 orders one hour apart, I ordered a lithium polymer battery in each order. They sent a completely different item of less value in each order. I sent several emails which they completely ignored. Very poor service. This is the first and last time I will be using their service. Be warned!!”

“I have never received the product and aliexpress refused the refund refused the refund. They say that the product is at my post office even if it is not at my post office. They say that the tracking number shows them that even if on the romanian postal services the tracking number does not exist. Aliexpress is now a scam website in my opinion”

“They have a deceptive and extremely confusing return dispute process. They weren't satisfied with a photo of defective item and wanted a video of the item not working, but their site would not load and accept my video. There is no valid customer service telephone number to make one on one contact with a rep. I had to go to my cell phone service company and it took three of us to get the video to load and it was within three day dead line. They still refused to allowed me to return them all for a refund. Since I could not find a phone wallet, I traded in the phone for one where I could easily find a phone wallet without magnetic closures. I advise everyone to stay away from these foreign sites, especially Aliexpress.”

“Order from Best Bikes Store with Aliexpress never arrived. they are con men. when I filed complaint they said remove complaint as order is in transit. I removed complaint but order never arrived after 15 days you can not fle complaint 97 days later no parcel no refund 'YOUR MONEY IS SAFE WITH US' indeed? yes its WITH THEM USE AT YOUR PERIL”
