“Never order from this thieves and scammers. This is the attitude of one of the agents on one of too many chats I had but they don’t want to give back my money because they can steal it from myself. I have provided you all the information on why this was the case on the order, how it happened and how to proceed. I can close this chat now. Goodluck forward. This conversation is over. Her name it’s Hayley and ended the chat just because she didn’t wanted to deal with a customer that has been scammed and robbed by Alliexpress and the seller LifeEmbrace Store, this store has been reported so many times with 1 star reviews by customers for selling fake devices but Alliexpress still allowing this scam store on their platforms to sell their fake devices, so they are allowing their customers to be robbed by both LifeEmbrace store and Alliexpress are scammers and share the money for stealing the money from customers”

“what you buy online may not be the exact product you receive and they will tell you that it is the same but it is not, very difficult dealing with refudn and exchange, save your hassle, not worth it.”

“I ordered a guitar for $700 3 weeks ago and got a confirmation email and still no update, the site is the worst site to use as far as customer service matters don't spend your hard earned money on products you won't be getting.”

“Same as many: ordered an item worth +/- 25€: the courier is a total scammer, Ali Express doesn´t refund you and dare to tell you to go to the post office (when the courier is private and is NEVER reachable - they´re MOX in Spain) I never received my parcel nor my money and Ali Express closed the dispute. I am disgusted by such service and swore to never order again with them. Like some wrote elsewhere: if it´s a small order fine, but don´t put too much money in it because if anything goes wrong say goodbye to your cash...”

“Never receiving goods. Local delivery company mailed me ( after a month, and half ) that the parcel was lost in shipping, and they couldn't complete the delivery process. Visible in tracking, with the line: "Missing parcel". Few times I contacted Aliexpress. Finally decision: "no refund" Most idiotic part are, that it was combine shipping, two different items in one parcel. I received a refund for one item in this parcel, but not for the second one... Of course, it is much more expensive. Really interesting what kind of Aliexpress employees do customer support. Never buy from them”

“THIS SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR YEARS AND HAVE WATCHED AND BEEN A VICTIM OF THIS HORRIBLE DOWNGRADE. I HAVE HAD FREE RETURNS, DENIED RETURNS AND DISPUTES CLOSED IN THE SELLERS FAVOR FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE ON A FREE RETURN FOR ANY REASON, ITEM. I HAVE HAD POLICIES GO INTO EFFECT WITHOUT WARNING AND IN THE MIDDLE OF ORDERS. CAUSING ME ISSUES WITH RETURN LABELS. I HAVE BEEN DENIED LABELS ON FREE RETURN ITEMS AND BLOCKED BY SELLERS FOR NO REASON DUE TO ALIEXPRESS TELLING ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER WHEN IT IS ALIEXPRESS JOB. I HAVE HAD IT WITH ALIEXPRESS AND THE LACK OF IMPROVEMENT OVER THE YEARS. I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THIS POOR SERVICE AD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL, THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS OR GET SELLERS IN CHINA WHO SELLER BETTER THINGS WHILE THEY IMPROVE THEIR SYSTEM... “Waited more than 1 month for the goods. Did not receive it. Raised Refund Dispute but platform asked for photo evidence (Of what when I didn't receive anything?). Seller claims its delivered but cannot provide any photo proof or even parcel ID, just a link to a delivery company and ask me to enquire, but without any parcel ID given. Aliexpress order ID doesnt work. How smart and honest they are. The store calls themselves "Official Insta360 Stores" which is highly dubious. Now I learnt my lesson to not buy things from unofficial stores to save a few bucks. Thinking maybe aliexpress store might the original manufactures. So wrong. There is no buyer protection, good luck!”

“Charged me twice-would not refund and then sent another wig exactly like the one I had. I asked for a shipping label so I could return the 2nd wig and they would not send it. Everywhere I checked it would cost me I’ve 100 to ship to China and the wig was only $80”

“Thieves, No item and no refund. Many tems purchased from AliExpress never left China and never received. I filed a claim (dispute) which went in seller's favor. They are all a bunch of thieves. Stay away.”

“1st time experience. Aliexpress only fast of taking your money. It doesn't deliver and doesn't have anything or customer agent to delivery product at the promised day. I wouldn't recommend or order anything from this BS money sucking company. Hours to track my order and the tracking is never heard of....HUGE SCAM BS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER..REPEAT DO NOT ORDER.”

“AliExpress worst website for shopping I have nothing to brag about that a good thing happened to me by buying Chinese goods with very poor quality on the AliExpress (Ali baba) website. The Chinese would make quality goods if all the people in the world stopped buying their scrap, then it would teach them that they should start making better quality things. I've been buying small things on this website for a while now because if it's broken or if I don't receive it, I think I didn't pay too much and if I open a case I sometimes get a refund. Then suddenly I made a big mistake I ordered a very expensive battery for my solar system in the allotment. The battery was supposedly £838.98 but it was a bit cheaper as they had some discount. The seller chooses to somehow send with the even worse delivery company My Harmes, after three months I get a message with a picture of how my parcel was delivered, the package placed next to my rubish bins is shown in the picture, when I came home from work that day I did not find anything that I saw in the picture. I asked for help from the seller, I never got it, I also asked for help from the AliExpress customer service, but they are worse than the seller, so I just remained a big loser. I advise everyone who buys on AliExpress to stop buying expensive things so that it doesn't happen to you like what happened to me. Good luck with AliExpress worst website for shopping.
