“The Vin-Diesel store with Ali-Express out of China are crooks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They are not a good seller. My purchase was never received and when I requested a refund, they said it was my problem. They are horrible!!”

“They are scam and thiefs. I bought balet shoes for my daughter for christmas. And some equipment. I did not receive the items. They did not accept the refund. And after rejecting the refund tou cannot even talk with a customer service agent or even give reviews to seller. Do not use them and any similar website eho has the same owners. They are thiefs.”

“Purchased a clock from them. It came damaged. There resolution from them was for me to return the product then I would get a credit. I had to pay to have it returned. I refused to pay to have a damaged product returned. I Contacted the Credit Card company. They are still trying to contact the company. Total rip-off company.”

“I ordered HUMTTO outdoor shoes from Aliexpress (GUIZHE Store). Came with a hole in the sole in the heel area. Manufacturing defects. The hole is covered with glue. Maybe they tried to glue it. The seller expressed regret at my claims, wrote that their quality control was not very high quality, but did not agree to return the money. Then he completely ignored me.”

“Never order from this thieves and scammers. This is the attitude of one of the agents on one of too many chats I had but they don’t want to give back my money because they can steal it from myself. Her name it’s Hayley and ended the chat just because she didn’t wanted to deal with a customer that has been scammed and robbed by Alliexpress and the seller LifeEmbrace Store, this store has been reported so many times with 1 star reviews by customers for selling fake devices but Alliexpress still allowing this scam store on their platforms to sell their fake devices, so they are allowing their customers to be robbed by both LifeEmbrace store and Alliexpress are scammers and share the money for stealing the money from customers”

“Same as many: ordered an item worth +/- 25€: the courier is a total scammer, Ali Express doesn´t refund you and dare to tell you to go to the post office (when the courier is private and is NEVER reachable - they´re MOX in Spain) I never received my parcel nor my money and Ali Express closed the dispute. I am disgusted by such service and swore to never order again with them. Like some wrote elsewhere: if it´s a small order fine, but don´t put too much money in it because if anything goes wrong say goodbye to your cash...”

“Never receiving goods. Local delivery company mailed me ( after a month, and half ) that the parcel was lost in shipping, and they couldn't complete the delivery process. Visible in tracking, with the line: "Missing parcel". Few times I contacted Aliexpress. Finally decision: "no refund" Most idiotic part are, that it was combine shipping, two different items in one parcel. I received a refund for one item in this parcel, but not for the second one... Of course, it is much more expensive. Really interesting what kind of Aliexpress employees do customer support. Never buy from them”

“THIS SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR YEARS AND HAVE WATCHED AND BEEN A VICTIM OF THIS HORRIBLE DOWNGRADE. I HAVE HAD FREE RETURNS, DENIED RETURNS AND DISPUTES CLOSED IN THE SELLERS FAVOR FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE ON A FREE RETURN FOR ANY REASON, ITEM. I HAVE HAD POLICIES GO INTO EFFECT WITHOUT WARNING AND IN THE MIDDLE OF ORDERS. CAUSING ME ISSUES WITH RETURN LABELS. I HAVE BEEN DENIED LABELS ON FREE RETURN ITEMS AND BLOCKED BY SELLERS FOR NO REASON DUE TO ALIEXPRESS TELLING ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER WHEN IT IS ALIEXPRESS JOB. I HAVE HAD IT WITH ALIEXPRESS AND THE LACK OF IMPROVEMENT OVER THE YEARS. I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THIS POOR SERVICE AD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL, THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS OR GET SELLERS IN CHINA WHO SELLER BETTER THINGS WHILE THEY IMPROVE THEIR SYSTEM... “Waited more than 1 month for the goods. Did not receive it. Raised Refund Dispute but platform asked for photo evidence (Of what when I didn't receive anything?). Seller claims its delivered but cannot provide any photo proof or even parcel ID, just a link to a delivery company and ask me to enquire, but without any parcel ID given. Aliexpress order ID doesnt work. How smart and honest they are. The store calls themselves "Official Insta360 Stores" which is highly dubious. Now I learnt my lesson to not buy things from unofficial stores to save a few bucks. Thinking maybe aliexpress store might the original manufactures. So wrong. There is no buyer protection, good luck!”

“Charged me twice-would not refund and then sent another wig exactly like the one I had. I asked for a shipping label so I could return the 2nd wig and they would not send it. Everywhere I checked it would cost me I’ve 100 to ship to China and the wig was only $80”

“Thieves, No item and no refund. Many tems purchased from AliExpress never left China and never received. I filed a claim (dispute) which went in seller's favor. They are all a bunch of thieves. Stay away.”
