“While you still can get some reasonably priced things from them, one day you are going to face an inadequate rude seller with poor English who eventually will win the dispute opened since.. there is in fact NO such a thing as fair dispute. Someone, I hope not a silly robot available to "chat with you", makes a unilateral decision in favour of a seller and you have NO call back number to argue or tell your side of the story. Just like that. So be aware of the risks ordering on that site. I indeed first thought that it was a bunch of scammers. Now I understand that this service is legit but yet far away from civilized internet trading companies.”

“I received a defective item which is working but not maintainable as advertised. I've sent several photos to prove. AliExpress seems agree and wants to refund but buyer must pay returning shipping fees. Product price: $50, Shipping fee: $20.”

“They are useless people, first the postman delivered the item on wrong address and after long time it got from my neighbor, they will also say to you it is showing delivered check with your post office. Second thing, they will tell talk to seller and negotiate with seller, we release money to them. The seller received money and now no responding. Then why you guys are here. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Ali express. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY”

“Ordered item got stolen in the post!!! Aliexpress sided with seller even though seller posted a fake video of weight of item in question!!!! I provided clear evidence from Royal Mail that they didnt agree with and I am now out of pocket!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NASTY AND AWFUL PEOPLE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!”

“The delivery date changed all the time to another months and never get the order or your money and you can’t open dispute so your money will be gone, I ordered I phone case and didn’t receive it even after three months waiting although couldn’t get my money back. Very bad website to buy something you will lose your money . Never use it again.”

“AliExpress customer service is another name for supplier protection.The customer is treated to a long non progressive process aimed at breaking his justified claim.Tricks like order complete,no dispute opened,send a video preferably as long as "Gone withe wind",mock indignation that a supplier would treat a customer so badly ,we understand your frustration,we will not tolerate this behaviour from suppliers and the crowning glory "AliExpress is a legit site we take complaints seriously. The seller whom I purchased from refuses to contact,despite 7 emails from AE customer service.He remains on the site [Battery Sir Store],selling his substandard products to other unsuspecting souls thus AE are complicit and should stop claiming they are LEGIT.Advice is, dont buy through them its actually better to deal direct with the manufacturer.”

“They have stolen $622.5 from me. As the name indicates, this website with its underneath sellers really represent the 40 thieves in Ali baba story. It never refund you back unless the seller accepts, even when it rules in your favor. Please take care when you deal with it.”

“In the past I have used Ali Express many, many times & while the delivery took ages everything arrived & I was delighted with every item. I did have a dispute with a jumper I bought & although I ordered 2 sizes bigger knowing “their “ sizing is much smaller, I still could not get it over my head. The seller refunded my money immediately with a humble apology. I was about to order several items in preparation for Christmas gifts but thought I would read customer reviews before I did. So glad I did, thank you to all who have taken the time to write of your experience because it appears in twelve months since I last shopped with them Ali Express has gone from hero to zero so they have lost another customer.”

“2 years ago, it used to be OK, but shipping time has gotten progressively worse. It is so bad now that it is not worth it to purchase anything on Aliexpress again. Real example, my last purchase worth USD49.89 on 26 June 2019 has not left China on 6 August 2019 (according to 17Track) and I don't how when it will be sent out of China.”

“one of the seller didnt ship my item when I asked him to resend me one he asked me to purchase some thing and he will send them togother no refund no resend and i need to complain I have to talk to roboot , and what ever I said , Roboot has the same answere no customer service no phnoe to talk to some one , no live chat so when you lose your money , you cant get them back”

“Do not buy anything from beautiful co Ltd. They are a RIP off and a scammer. I bought 3 items from them and never got any of them after numerous texts with the seller who asked me to wait 20 more days after I had already waited 5 months he promised me I would receive my items and of course I never received them. I asked for a refund only to be told I waited to long and was no longer able to dispute the order.”
