This is a FRAUDULENT seller and a FRAUDULENT web site (Period). Here is a summary for anyone who has been (or will be) scammed by this Online retailer: Order No. 8005107476775871: ON Nov. 14 2019, I received this order and immediately realized that IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. So, I sent the following message to the seller (through ALIEXPRESS web site): The ordered product clearly states: FLEXTAILGEAR - MAX Pump 2 Portable Air with 3600mAh Battery USB White.....What I received is NOT MAX PUMP2 IT IS: LIGHT PUMP2 AND IT IS NOT BATTERY OPERATED. This is a WEAK PUMP that only works when connected to a USB adapter. I have no use for this device. Please send me WHAT I ORDERED, Period. I also attached two photographs showing the wrong "light pump 2" In response, The seller (and this incompetent website) asked me to return the WRONG product AT MY OWN EXPENSE and send them a tracking number in order to get a refund (They did not even offer to send the CORRECT PRODUCT!) On November 15, 2019: And as directed by Aliexpress: "If you wish to contact the seller, Skiyomi Store," I wrote another message to this corrupt seller as follows: Please explain this to me: If the wrong product was sent to me because of YOUR FAULT. Why do you expect me to spend my own money to return your useless product and receive a refund? If you do not send a pre-paid shipping label, I will escalate this dispute even if of costs me 1000 times the original purchase price - I GUARANTEE IT. Needless to say, I received no response (what-so-ever)! On november 17, 2019: I sent the following e-mail to ALIEXPRESS followed by a complete summary of this FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION: This e-mail shall serve as my last (and only) notice of fraudulent activities committed by you (or one of your sellers). You are, Hereby, directed to immediately intervene and resolve this matter. Otherwise, The undersigned shall pursue this fraudulent activity to the fullest extents of the laws governing commerce in the state of Florida, USA. Needless to say, I received no response (what-so-ever)! However, I continued to receive e-mail reminders to send them a return tracking number, etc……….! EVERY ONE WILL BE (VERY) WELL ADVISED TO AVOID ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH EITHER SKIYOMI STORE OR ALIEXPRESS.

The most horrible online shopping experience! Do NOT except a refund even the seller sent you a total wrong item! DO NOT use some free return label they offered you to return the wrong item, because the information on the label is wrong! The customer service is extremely confusing and a total disaster!!!!!!

From Canada I ordered a “universal knife/ tool sharpening machine... They sent me a 220/240 v model with a EURO plug ... I disputed the order and I lost ... In my humble opinion , when you sell to. The world , the least you can do is make sure you send the right specs / voltage .... If you don’t know then you ask the customer to confirm that he really wants that model .... Not very professional... I was a Platinum member buying stuff on AE all the time , not always satisfied but I let go ... That was my last order ... And I will never buy or recommend that site to anyone anymore . I deleted the apps from my electronics ...Period 1 IF BY ANY CHANCE YOU WOULD STILL BUY STUFF FROM THERE MAKE SURE TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE ITEM YOU ARE BUYING , BECAUSE THE SELLER WILL CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION AT HIS OWN PROFIT , SAYING “THAT’S WHAT YOU BOUGHT “ ...

Aliexpress completely Samerdyke me out of $1,100 dollars. The seller blocked communications with me I sent the package back have livid proof of it and AliExpress basically said F me a dozen times. Worst customer service of all time I spend months on this case and they only had robots reply to me constantly. Billion dollar company is the most trash company in history. Who ever runs this company fcks you harder than the devil himself.

Be careful with order from AliExpress's… Be careful with order from AliExpress's Site their warranty for purchases on their site is very limited , I purchased a product two and a half months ago and did not receive it , I have sent an evident from postal office that I did not receive the goods but the seller refuse to refund me and AliexPress backup the seller and did not help at all. Customer support of Aliexpress is not user friendly,I tried chat and have also sent mail after digging web for some email of contact center but did not receive any response. I expected better solution for my lost at least that the seller and Aliexpress give up there profit from the sale in case customer did not receive the good .

This is the second time seller raise price after I place an order and refuse my cancel request. They shipped my item to a wrong address so i couldn't receive it. I tried to report it to alexpress and nothing had been done, almost like they allow this kind of seller behavior. Customer service is robot and nothing can be done.

I was CHARGED shipping when it was clearly marked FREE SHIPPING. Immediately I canceled the order in less than a minute. They ignored the CANCEL and continued to ship and charge me. I was not allowed to even dispute this until the merchandise arrived, if it would ever. I had to get my Credit Card Company involved. THERE ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS ON THIS SITE. You wont discover this until it happens to you. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

i ordered a stuff, they said the expected delivery date is about 22 days. It is more than a month, I checked detailed status, still they didn't ship it. I tried to contact seller and send message, but no response. It's really frustrating. The first experience turned into bad experience.

Aliexpress is a Scam website as they do not stand by their money back guarantee and had seller shipping a defective product to me. Seller refused to take responsibility.

Today I was informed by my credit card company that fraudulent charges were made by this company. I have no idea what this “company “ is but reading the reviews it doesn’t doing good! I will be pressing charges against This company and whoever stole my credit card information!!

This is a scam website. Have been waiting for an order since 10th August, was advised that it would take up to 60 to 70 days, as it was a battery. Waited and nothing arrived tracking keep saying in transit. Ihave emailed numerous times and was told to be patient. My patience has run out as I keep getting the same answer. Tried to go through disputes but was unable as it was over the time to lodge dispute, even though they advised that it would take longer. My last request which was yesterday to a refund was replied with an emoji blowing me a kiss. I have now lost $153 not happy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Shaylee Life Store is a scam store. They sell their products through aliexpress. They sell cheap quality products and charge huge prices for it.

Where are my money? 2 days ago I have the ordered BMS at price 71$. https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/MPy0ifLi Order 8005614468656894 Occasionally, I have noticed that my order has the Status "Finished". Contacted tge seller and the told me "No, your order has no payment and is closed." Checked my bank account, money has been transfered to Aliexpress. The seller told me that you will get money back for this order and you can try to buy the product again. Ok. New order 8006150435446894, money has been transfered to AliExpress and status has been closed. Where are my 140$?

When you order goods, it will most of time come with afew defective items. And when you make claims, they will refund if you ship back. Most often, the shipping cost cannot cover cost of money refund or it does not make sense. If say the seller didn't confirm receive your shipping items, you end up paying shipping fee and don't get refund and paying for seller's mistake. They should change representative who make assessment. Firstly, ask them to take Maths class to make sure they make decision that makes business sense. A Joker online shopping website with luring traps of dirt cheap price with scam sellers.

They stole my identity. I went to check my messages and out of nowhere Turned out all my money had been ROBBED from my account. I made an account and I thought to myself maybe they made charges under my email and I made one and GUESS WHAT I HAD NO TYPE ODERS BECAUSE GUESS WHY? Because I had no type of knowledge about this company. PLEASE I BEG YOU DON’T EVEN MAKE OR VISIT THIS ACCOUNT.

I am trying to return an item that the seller agreed to accept and refund. I have tried every method to obtain a return label and because 2 separate orders were place and put under 1 order, the price dispute for 1 was listed as closed for both, so their automated method does not work...and THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT A HUMAN. Both orders were not as they were advertised and return in impossible. STAY AWAY

I ordered from the site and it’s been a month and I have not received my order but the money came from my bank account a month ago and I can’t get it back. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have Nd I’m an avid online shopper. The should tell people that once you buy something from there site that you won’t receive the product until 90+ days of purchase. It’s almost 2020 they should have a better system in delivery by now
