I watched my life savings vanish in three months because of this platform. Every penny I had worked for was gone. Hope faded with each passing day. I felt trapped and had no way out. Would not even give one star... abysmal service television did not arrive on scheduled day and could not assure me when it would arrive consequently cancelled order.No help whatsoever

Ordered a storage unit for garden tools. Box looked to have been re-sealed - I suspect having been returned by another customer. Plastic frame is twisted, screws not in box - still just about useable, but poor quality.

Three times now I've ordered on click and collect, travelled into town to collect my order only to be told they don't have it yet. How is that click n collect? Now I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. It's fraud

Atrocious delivery service, contemptuous customer service. I would urge anyone reading this to avoid Argos delivery of large kitchen items. Their drivers are rude, have a very short time window and fail to deliver the services they were paid to do. Customer service procedures are not followed, getting any level of refund or compensation for inconvenience is unacceptably complicated and slow. I was misinformed on multiple occasions in the process, and in the end told that I had no further rights as a consumer. Me having to contact the Consumer Rights Ombudsman for services not rendered is evidence of the contempt with which Argos holds its customers. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting service from Argos. I purchased a carpet cleaner that was clearly faulty took it back to Argos who said they’re not willing to take it back. I must get hold of the manufacturer themselves after only having the item for four days. I contacted head office who said it is the stores discretion to refuse and they cannot help me. I will recommend people to stay well away from Argos. It’s a pity I can’t go lower that 1 star

Had new dishwasher they went to fit it flooded my kitchen then left. I had to pay plumber to install it . No compensation and they did not take old dishwasher.

Failure after failure Ordered a dishwasher online and paid in full. I selected the delivery date and time slot. I received a confirmation email. Waited in.. from 2-9pm.. nothing shows up. No update emails/texts. I called customer services next morning they said the dishwasher was damaged so they didn’t deliver.. they rearranged delivery same day 6-10pm. Again.. no delivery. No update emails or texts to say that it’s failed.. Called customer services the next day, they said it was a failed delivery.. I try to ask them to rearrange but they said no we have to process a cancellation and a refund but you can go to the shop and order it.. I mentioned I purchased this on a deal price.. they said that they cannot guarantee but you can buy it again full price and call them and they might honour the sale price. Now I’m waiting for my refund.. I wonder if that will fail also?.. absolute waste of my time. After this experience I will not use Argos again. Pointless. Why do I even bother.

Scheduled Collection for a return 5 times and no show every time. i was assured the last 2 times that someone will definitely come to collect without fail. Have had to call everyday and keep getting the same response. Still have the bed and genuinely disappointed in the service. Will be raising a chargeback to resolve this for now. Will be very careful on what i order next time.

Ordered a mattress 26 days ago had no date for delivery & was fobbed off by a chatbot. I am sleeping on a sofa I have cancer & am at my wits end. Causing anxiety, I can’t believe a company can be so bad the sooner they go under the better.

Ordered a washing machine. Delivery driver said driveway not accessible and they just disappeared. I live in a street where trucks comes for delivery. It was a day wasted for nothing. Then I called the customer care to rearrange the delivery and I got 4th of next moth as my new delivery date. The very next day I got a message from Argos saying delivery date will be 5th of next month. I didn't bother to call them again to clarify. Anyways got the delivery on 5th and the delivery person was a frustrated asshole. He was rude. Overall a bunch of highly unprofessional idiots doing business. 1 star because there is no option for zero stars.

One of the worst delivery services I've come across in my whole life the incompetence of these employes is mind boggling tried delivering my order to the wrong house then tell me I've got to wait till Saturday for next delivery 🤣 so scrapped the order and got next day with Currys can safely say I won't be using Argos again after this experience

Ordered & paid for a tv on Thursday for next day delivery, cancelled a hospital appointment to make sure we would be there. Sat in waiting, finally got an email stating delivery would be between 4.30 & 6.30 pm, waited & waited, nothing turned up. Promised delivery next day with a time slot between 2 & 4pm. Guess what, yep no delivery AGAIN. Long story short, cancelled order with Argos coz courier they use are a bunch of incompetent, unprofessional liars. The driver LIED through his teeth saying he tried to deliver on Friday but we were out....utter rubbish, we never went anywhere. Didn't even bother with an excuse for Saturday just didn't turn up. I bought a much newer, better, bigger screen tv with a 5 year warranty from Mark's Electrical in Leicester for about £50 more than Argos, next day delivery. We didn't order it until 4pm but they promised me they wouldn't let us down like Argos & gave us a time slot of between 12 & 2pm. True to their word they arrived at 12.20pm & an hour later we were watching tv. Needless to say until Argos stop using COWBOYS like yodel courier's I'll be shopping with Mark's Electrical who didn't let me down & did exactly what they said they would do.
