Well same as everyone on here and on twitter Facebook endless complaint took my money but crashed before confirming check bank £150 pending to Argos am fuming never ever use online Argos just wish I'd check reviews etc first ! Now praying it's refunded into my bank the chat line phone number is a joke not a very funny one at that !

Argos took money for an order. Did not take the order but money gone from my account. Live chat not available. Been on hold for 40 minutes and no answer

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE WEBSITE. DO NOT USE DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS WITH ARGOS. Three times I've made individual purchases over several months, only for their website to take my money and not accept the order! MONEY I THEN HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE IT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGES BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT USE DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS WITH ARGOS.

I ordered a play house for my grand daughter to be picked up from store. When it was opened the plastic bolts and nuts were missing. It cannot be returned until after the pandemic so Argos has my money and I have a large package containing a play house which cannot be built. Argos as usual have supplied goods which are not fit for purpose. They say they don't have any parts. No wonder I buy very little from Argos as this isn't the first time I've wasted money on goods which have p[arts missing.

Absolutely a waste of time, web site down phones never answered spent £190 on dishwasher, the only thing prompt was the delivery instructions. The machine when opened looked like it had been in the ring with Tyson Fury and when you attempt to contact them nothing at all. The help pages tell you it cannot be returned until the covid-19 problem is over which I can understand but I cannot even get a replacement sent so I have a smashed up brand new dishwasher taking up room and no dishwasher to use and also £190 out of pocket, as far as i'm concerned Argos will never get my custom again whether I get a refund is another matter.

Hello, Place an order online to deliver, the website crashed during payment, took money out of my bank account, I received no email confirmation, no order number and no purchase on my Argos account then the website booted me off but my money is still gone from my bank account. Spent hours waiting on phone lines, no answer on live chat. Seen various forums that other customers are in the same boat. I’m in limbo and just want to know what’s going on please?

My order was never delivered but I was charged for it. Customer service asked me to seek for a independent legal advice!!!! What a joke!

I order a pack of 3 side panels for my Gazebo. Order no 1536433331. My order arrived in good time but the pack only contained two side panels, one with a window and one plain. There should be two plain sides. The quality and colour are perfect but it looks ridiculous with one side missing. I have tried phone, live chat and email so many times I have lost count and patience. Will I really have to wait until Argos is open again to get this sorted????

Ordered some garden shelves that were “in stock” waited a week for them to be delivered.they never came and only after I waited 45 minutes on the phone was told the order had been cancelled . Never shop there useless

Received a printer that does not work, can't get it collected or take it back until they open, could be months away and in the meantime they have my money. Can't get them on the phone or live chat, no email address. I have now had to get a printer from elsewhere and pay again. My business has been paused because of Covid-19 so I have no income but I have to send quotes for next year so need a printer. This is very wrong, if they can take money and deliver, they should be able to collect and refund, otherwise STOP OPERATING!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FOR DELIVERY FROM ARGOS - IT WILL NOT ARRIVE BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! Unable to get through to them via phone or live chat to ask for a refund. No update sent by email to advise of any problems. I understand this is a difficult time but why accept orders and payments if cannot fulfil them. ARGOS IS A SHAMBLES

Ordered and selected a delivery slot for 22/04. Nothing arrived, when I log into my account it says ‘sit tight’. Money was taken and no product delivered. Been trying to live chat but never goes through. Was on hold 56mins and they picked up. Was told when my item was due to be put on the van there were none available on the shelf. Its now out of stock for delivery. If I hadn't called would they have kept my money? Now been given an option to collect it from 2 stores however had no confirmation of this as yet.

I ordered online for click and collect but haven’t received confirmation email money already paid. In case want to return how to return without original email. Worst service ever came across. Can’t chat, or call them this firm only interested in your money. If you want peace of mind don’t buy from Argos

Delivered a faulty product.Cannot get anyone to answer the phone,been waiting for nearly 2 hours now!! Will never buy from Argos again,and will close my account with them.Instead of laying off staff,get them to answer the bloody phone!!!!

Same as all the other comments. Money has been taken!! I ordered on 11/04 for delivery 15/04 Nothing has arrived apart from my credit card statement!! Can’t get through via phone or live chat. Thank goodness they’ve taken away that awful music whilst we hang on for hours for no one to answer. I would have given no stars but I can’t post a comment!!!!

Delivered damaged good and can't speak to anyone to get it sorted. I'm waiting now for nearly an hour and this is my third day trying to get through. Why don't they say they are not answering in stead of 'your call is held in a queue. We do value your custom and you will put through to our next available agent.............' Really fed up with this.
