Purchased a table and chairs from Argos for my 2.5 year old daughter's play room. It was only £49.99 and it came as a set with 2 animal themed chairs (monkey and a lion). The quality of the furniture is great and it goes perfectly in my daughter's zoo themed room. Love it! I also purchased a play kitchen from them not long ago for the same room and although the first one delivered was faulty I cannot fault Argos' service with changing it for me and making it all very quick and easy

They have a good range of products and many stores. Prices not always so good but exchange if there is a problem within one year of purchase is excellent so very convenient.

Easier and quicker to state what went right- absolutely nothing. Disgrace of a company with woeful customer services. Items are always damaged/ broken and/or "2nd hand" previous returns. Then to get any comeback, they want you to jump through hoops. I posted a review on Trustpilot and the asked me to respond via social media. Lol They had my details from my order# but still wanted me to FB/ tweet them. Then they sent a survey which, at the end, asked if I wanted contact. I ticked yes and it stated they'd be in contact within 48hrs. That was last week. That's their customer service in a nutshell. Avoid. Buy decent furniture from a decent supplier.

Argos took payment but did not deliver and no updates. So sad missed my granddaughters birthday. When sent query not easy and help service just automataed answers. Not happy with service on this occasion.

Bought a watch from them and the bracelet was adjusted in-house. Nearly lost an expensive watch due to pins falling out. If they offer to adjust your watch, my advice is not to do it. Get a proper jeweler to adjust it.

Tried to buy curtain poles from Argos. 3 packs from two different stores and all were bowed....therefore faulty. We ended up driving 30 miles and still had no luck . None in stock in any stores locally and the shop wouldnt order any in store for us to collect. We could only have home delivery at £3.95 . They wouldnt even waiver the delivery charge despite proof of receipt. I think the quality of items are shoddy and the customer service rubbish . Was just given a premium rate number to complain and the on line chat was useless. Argos is going down . Wont be sad to see it closed because people deserve better service and goods

Everything...all staff at with branch are great all happy to help. Online click and collect is spot on. Really easy to shop here and any returns are no quibble.

Easy purchase, lots of choice and regular clearance and discounts available, 30 day return policy means you can buy when the price is right and still change your mind if you then decide you don't want the product.

Very happy with our all in one Harry Potter outfit. Available in store in the correct size, with quidditch snitch, marauders map, Hogwarts book cover, wand, glasses all for £16 and no delivery charge. You made a 6 year old boy very happy on his rescheduled World Book Day at school.
