I reserved Items totalling 199.99 when I got to store they informed me the price was £40 more. I had to argue to get reserved price honoured. Such a shame because I love argos and the rest of the experience was great

Ordered items in the morning able to pick up at 4pm fast efficient service. Used this store for click and collect when purchasing an ebay item, good easy way of getting items delivered safely.

Very impressed with such an amazing and free same day delivery service at such a busy time just before Christmas. Ordered in the afternoon and was delivered in the evening and additionally I received constant text updates. On top of that even the price was better than given on amazon. Well done Argos.

Items are available close to me, and I can collect them quickly. Ordering for collection is very easy on the website and prices are very competitive. I like Argos!

I ordered 3 items. 2 items arrived and the delivery driver said they couldn’t send out the third item as it was damaged but assured me it was fine and it would be delivered the next working day. Low and behold I’ve waited in all day and no delivery, went onto live chat and spoke with Edward. He advised me it’s not even been shipped and I should contact them again? Ridiculous service, requested a refund and in future I will never be purchasing anything again from this company. Rude Staff and customer service is shocking.

Went in to the northfield branch to buy my daughter a ring for Xmas I had seen online. Sales man there was rude couldn't care less if he served me or not after requesting several different rings I was told everyone I asked for was out of stock how he knew I don't no because no checks were made I eventually left without making my purchase the northfield staff are generally rude unhelpful and really do need retraining in customer service this has been reported to argos head office
