I found that ordering in store somewhat of a trial! I was informed that they did not keep the item(s) in store and they would be able to order it for the next day. Unfortunately, I live some distance from the store and so had to shop elsewhere, their loss!

I ordered on ebay for delivery through Argos and the phone my daughter ordered was stolen in the process (signed for at Argos, but not delivered!) The Argos team in store, and the online support team, were all very helpful, but I am now more wary of costly purchases online. Argos resolved the matter to my satisfaction.

I tried to make an online purchase using a "foreign" credit card (I live in Canada and have a Canadian credit card). The purchase was blocked but why don't they send you an email instead of just blocking the order and leaving you hanging !!

They very helpful but held up due to offering Argos card and filled out all forms only to be told can't submit it at that time. Wasted 30 mins when could have just said no and been in and out

I used to love Argos. Reserve the product online, walk into shop go to self service screen make payment and then wait to pick up your product. Smooth. But some genius decided to make it into a digital shop and messed it all up. It is the exact opposite to whata digital shop should be. They were more digital in the past. Now I got to queue up and then wait for a cashier and then wait for item. You waste so much time doing that. What was wroung with making the payment at the screens?? Baffling. Now I rather use Amazon instead.

Received a prompt delivery today order made day before, paid extra as a fridge freezer is a must, the drivers just dropped the delivery, item not checked as was still in full wrapping,and went, as i was at work my son took delivery but there could have been a fault with it, when ordering products Argos states items to be checked and if not satisfactory you do not accept and the delivery drivers take away so my concern is the correct policy and proceedure as stated by Argos is not being followed through, and we should not have to dispose of the packaging, so hence the item was dumped at the door and left

Dora cafe.the lights and sounds are really good,but my little girl was dissapointed that it came with only 1 doll and the rest was cardboard and also on the box it showed the dog peritto and a cat and these items were not supplied and i cant find them sold seperately.

Was dismayed when we moved to have the premium go up,although it was a very similar area.so will probably look elsewhere when it comes up for renewal.

My cat sadly died and I stopped my direct debits, Argos hounded me for the money and even sent me threatening debt collection letters telling me I was in breach of contract and I must pay the full years payments, this left me devastated and I will NEVER EVER shop at Argos ever again.

Ordered a wardrobe and chest of draws for my daughters bedroom, and selected a delivery date! It wasn't till the day of delivery, that I received a phone call, saying that my delivery wouldn't be today, due to no stock! Please note, I ordered the furniture 4 weeks in advance, giving myself time to decorate my daughters bedroom. So what happened to the furniture I ordered/ reserved 4 weeks ago!!! Unfortunately.....After another 2 weeks of waiting, the furniture finally arrived, but one problem, the delivery men couldn't get the wardrobe up the stairs! Flat pack from now on.... My only complaint... why do we have to find out on the day of delivery, that we won't be receiving a delivery? This is the second time it's happened to me, with Argos furniture!

Nothing wrong with Argos except that they used Yodel to deliver the product. I was informed it would be delivered on Wednesday. Then on Tuesday morning I was emailed that it would be delivered between 12.00 an 21.00 on Tuesday. The door bell rang at 14.00 and a parcel was left before I could reach the door. It wasn't mine. 15 minutes later they come back. This time they wait at the door because I had the other parcel. We exchanged parcels. The parcel was left in a totally insecure place and if they had waited the first time it would have all been well. I wish Argos would use a more customer focused delivery company for the sake of its own reputation

My book is called The BFG. Author Roald Dahl.I like this book becusae its exsating and funny.My favourite bit was when the BFG was talking about thegiant called bone cruncher.I would recommend it to a friend becusae its realy really good to read and it's funny to.love Lola
