Good prices for what I was looking for. King size quilt cover, pair of pillows and a fan heater. I have given a mediocre rating purely because of the delivery. In this day and age a delivery time slot of 7:30am to 9pm with no updates on the delivery window isn't good when most other delivery firms are able to keep you updated and usually give you an hour slot or be able to track your delivery in real time. It was Yodel though!!!!

Argos has good merchandise and click and collect service is great! There return policy needs to be changed to customer satisfaction if not happy with their purchase,with receipt and within two week time frame.If customer isn't fully satisfied with a purchase anywhere,if unused and in original package with reciept,it should be able to be returned.

Argos is a decent store where I have gotten some good stuff before, but they are too often out of stock of their products. I wanted to buy a fan, and every single fan listed was out of stock. I imagine they have had a lot of people buying them in the heat, but the heatwave has been long enough that they should have stocked up by now.

Customer server LEE very helpful. After reading other reviews for Selly Oak (4245) I was wary. However, LEE, who dealt with my problem, was extremely helpful and kind. A real credit to the Company. Thank you LEE. (Elderly female customer from Selly Oak).

No staff manning the tills. Reserved order was available after about 10 minutes.

Easy self checkout online which gives a fast track number , not the quickest store with only having 2 staff on the front desk so fast track wasn't as quick as expected.

Reserved a sat nav online and recieved a text to say it would be available to collect in store from 4pm the next day, so the next day came and I went to pick it up at 5pm and the lady at the counter told me it wasn't available at the time and that they would send another text when it was, I showed her the text saying that it says it's available from 4pm that day to the next day and she said no that text means the order has been placed and it could be available between those times, which is just not what the text said, she said I'll recieve a text the next day saying it's ready to collect, the next day came and as I suspected I got no text at all! By messing it up it means I wasted a lot of time and my friends too as I thought I'd be able to pop in pay and collect it and be on our way again but not the case. Reserved the same sat nav at another argos much further away and able to collect it immediately no problems. I have no idea why the first reservation didn't work. Argos stock a large range, has an easy to navigate website and the quickness of my second reservation is why I've rated it 3 stars.

I reserved Items totalling 199.99 when I got to store they informed me the price was £40 more. I had to argue to get reserved price honoured. Such a shame because I love argos and the rest of the experience was great

good deal advertised and made purchase based on that. Delivery in store 2 days later and they tried to charge full price. This was immediately rectified when I complained. Make sure you get the correct price at the till.

Pro. Good product availability and excellent returns policy. Against. 1. Delivery service often late, delivered to wrong house or broken. 2. If a product has been previously opened I have found there to be a very good chance that it is faulty. Suspect that company policy is to keep selling a faulty product until someone does not bother to return it. 3. Bad product reviews are filtered out.

Great for getting items quickly but also had some issues with items not being there when you go to pick them up
