Very quick delivery. The next to me crib is well made and looks really nice. Haven't had baby in it yet but would recommend from experience so far! Really good for price as comes with mattress too.

Argos failed to collect my old fidget. They dumped the new one and forced my wife to sign and run away. I rang argos to complaint but unfortunately they were useless and told me that the money has been refunded. What kind of service?

There should be an alert on out of stock items when they become available, as had to visit site daily to order a product. Once ordered to collect in store a few days later the price had increased so was a hassle to get the cost rectified. This has happened on a number of my purchases! Stressful shopping experience.

They helped me sort out a problem with an online order very promptly and the order then arrived very quickly and I was very happy with that

I have an Argos card for shopping and love the fact you can pay goods up interest free within a certain time limit. They also deliver some items same day and some items are free delivery.

They insist on selling their toys in a way that makes it really hard for parents to buy from them . Eg for rescue bots they sell a product that can have up to 15 variations under the same code . There is no way to get the actual one that your kids want . Argos is purely the den of kids disappointment and they should either fix it to help customers or stop selling the stuff

Utter shocking service. Not once, but twice they got the same order wrong for a king size bed. When I pointed this out to their customer service team I was told " but you have a mattress you could sleep on that for five days" I could not believe when they returned they spoke to my neighbour and then said we cant stay any longer we have to go ... all from their van window

Argos are an utter disgrace order a table for store collection for 3days later got my txt it's time to collect your item went to store when the the item cam down from upstairs it was not looking very good well I was right the box was damaged and the table could be seen the tape along the box was also ripped and lokking like it had been replaced told the bloke that I wasn't taking it unless they checked the item for me he opened up the box and it was a bit of a mess inside it was like it had been slapped back to together in a rush there was only 3 screws in the bag when there should have been 4 the bag had been ripped open it was clearly a costumer return that they had try to sell to me at full price ( got a refund immediately) got home checked there website site for the same item it was saying sorry out of stock checked aging couple of hours later guess what there website is now saying order now collect immediately Argos is selling second hand returned goods at full price it also cost me money in bus fares not even an apology for the staff in store or nothing don't buy form Argos people

I would urge anyone not to buy a large item like a washing machine from Argos. After price errors, orders cancelled , promised call backs and extremely poor customer service I would never recommend them to anyone. After 6 weeks of just trying to order a washing machine finally got it only for it to be delivered with a cracked drum. Resulting in my whole kitchen flooding. Argos would not help me at all and told me as its a Hoover machine (it was one day old) I had to ring the manufacturers ! Disgusting customer service and currently seeking legal advice.
