“ Scheduled Collection for a return 5 times and no show every time. i was assured the last 2 times that someone will definitely come to collect without fail. Have had to call everyday and keep getting the same response. Still have the bed and genuinely disappointed in the service. Will be raising a chargeback to resolve this for now. Will be very careful on what i order next time. ”
