I purchased the garden furniture set which arrived damaged. After three attempts and replacing various items they all arrived damaged so I gave up and requested to return the item for full refund. I was refunded about one quarter of the value of the item and two months later I'm still chasing for the rest. I have made over 25 phone calls even emailed in an official complaint and still Argos have not been able to communicate with me and resolve the issue, the customer service here appears to be completely broken and nobody cares about the customer and the customer having been communicated with. I am lost for words and we'll never purchase from Argos again. I am now seeking to address the issue through my credit card company.

AN EASY PROCESS BUT THERE SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE A BACKLOG OF ITEMS WAITING TO BE PICKED UP WITH VERY FEW STAFF.

""Bought a washing machine at the local Argos store on the 29 august.i explained that my flat was upstairs and was promised delivery guys wuld carry it up the stairs. My wife took a day off work to wait for the delivery.When they came they refused to carry it up the stairs due to health and safety reasons.I was then told the washer would be redelivered on the 2 Sept. Waited till 4 o clock no sign of them.Customer services useless don't care less.went back where I bought the washer from and asked for refund.Never again.

I ordered two items for same-day delivery and they kept me updated every step of the way via text. There were no delays and everything ran smoothly as it should. From buying the items online, typing my bank details in to receiving the item. The delivery man was nice and patient. I was staying at my parnters' place and had to come down 3 flights of stairs which took me a while however the delivery man patiently waited and didn't rush off like many deliver men do. All-round great service!

Delivery service and customer service atrocious. Paid to have old freezer taken away - drivers took outside part only and refused to take shelves, baskets etc so I now have to pay council £25 for collection. Also refused to unpack new appliance - obvioulsy happy to leave a disabled pensioner to unpack a freezer taller than herself, which I can't do. Customer service offered to collect and refund me (leaving me with no freezer) until they saw I paid by PAypal and then said they can't offer me a refund. So what did they offer - a £25 gift voucher to cover the cost incurred to get rest of old one removed!

I went to collect two bulky items and has to park some distance away. The shop assistants very kindly brought the items to my car. No fuss, just happy to help.
