Used the express delivery service, got message saying it was on the way then got message saying it was delivered???? Honestly this is the 5th t time they have either stolen items from my bags and tonight full delivery went missing!!! Its shocking that this is repeatedly happening time after time. BE AWARE OF THIS EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE ITS THEFT EVERYTIME .NEVER USING ASDA EVER AGAIN.....TESCO đ”
“Next to useless ordering system. I'm forced to order online because they don't stock it instore. I place in basket with other stuff I don't need just so I am allowed to order without being charged a ÂŁ3 fee. They take the order and my money, THEN, on the day I'm due to pick up, inform me the thing I originally made the online order for, wanted isn't available. What, you couldn't work that out before taking my money?????

“I shop at Eastlands Asda Clayton, on my visit yesterday l noticed a shortage of products in many different areas, so l was not happy. Then on going through check-out l thought âthat bill was higher than l had expectedâ
When l arrived home l did a check list against the products, then l check off the prices but kept getting a different total amount. I got my calculator out and noticed, in between each total listed on the bill there was difference, so l listed all product prices again and came up with a cost of ÂŁ1.65 overcharged (itâs not a high amount, but in this climate, every penny counts as a pensioner) whether this was caused by the conveyor belt kept stopping and starting, is there a start up fee on the belt !
So people keep your eye on the TOTAL PRICE and check and double check. Things are too expensive to being overcharged aswell !”
“The cashier Julie in your Glashoughtin stuff goes above and beyond every week. I shop with elderly on a Wednesday and another day during the week. She is friendly helpful and interested in what youre saying. This lady is what customer service should be like.”
“I would give 0 stars if I could.. disgraceful service, my online delivery just didnât turn up, I was waiting for 4 hours and was told it was delayed when I logged on to check. When I looked again it said âsorry we canât deliver todayâ no explanation as to why. I called their contact centre and spoke to some one who just did not care .. I then checked my account and noticed they had taken payment for the delivery, so I called back and was told I will get a refund in 24- 48 hours. That could be all the money I have as far as they know and I could need the money to buy the shopping they couldnât be bothered to deliver.. absolutely disgusting Asda, particularly in this economic climate. Will never use them again.. Tesco have my custom from now on”

“Don't order from there!! They didn't have half of my order, I got a text that they will give me substitutes but I may not accept them. When the delivery arrived, half of the substitutes did not arrive at all, the rest of the substitutes that I did not want, I gave the driver, he told me to make a refund in the morning. I did as he said and a day later the refund was rejected. I feel robbed.”
“Visited Winsford Asda on my day off to take back a top that was too big, I drove around the carpark to find all the disabled car-parking spaces to be full. As I came to the top of one of the isles there was a disabled space on the end, I checked there was nobody coming and it was safe to enter - an Asda employee called âTerryâ of retirement age approached pushing his trolleys, I opened my window and explained to come past as I wanted to park in the end bay, I have never in my whole life met such a potty mouthed old person! I was met with âYou can F@@k Off and drive all the way round as âyour type of people really f@@k me off!â I think this was quite obvious by this point with his language. He then blocked the spot with all his trolleys and every other word out of his mouth began with the âF wordâ I actually thought he had Touretteâs for a few minutes, my young daughter was horrified. Just recovering from a small heart attack I decided to drive on and find another spot, I parked and got out of the car to be met with more obscene language from the delightful âTerryâ feeling really stressed and upset I returned the top and complained to the manager. I then decided to go home as it really bothered me, as I left the carpark âTerryâ gave me the middle finger. I will never go to Winsford Asda ever again.”

Incident took place at the ASDA superstore in Sutton Surrey.
Iâm a 44 year black male and have supported my local Asda in Sutton for over 12 years
I get on really well with a lot of the staff in various departments: Security, chilled, Bakery etc..
I was really left in shock on the morning of the 12th November 2022.
My App requested a quality check before I could pay, which has never been a problem, and most of the time the staff is so polite and welcoming, even sometimes will crack a joke and ask âhow's your day beenâ except for one member of staff who had demonstrated Micro racial aggression as they were speaking to me in poor manner making me feel uncomfortable and made me feel judged incorrectly due to the colour of my skin..
So fortunate my children were not with me at the time to witness such behaviour.
Never would have expected this experience from ASDA after being such a loyal customer.đ˘

The Refunds team refused to refund , even though I have cctv footage of the delivery guy taking back the returned substitutes -- 8 calls - no joy.
