Over half my shopping has substitutes today. I have substitutes regularly but today has been a joke. If something is out of stock simply update your site and state out of stock. Totally frustrated.

I bought a Asda lasagne there was no point putting cheese on the top of it if you are only going to sprinkle 6 strands of cheese on the top every lasagne was the same on the shelf this is most disappointing talk about trying to save money not impressed at all and neither are my kids

Had a great delivery experience with home delivery first time round so re-booked and someone called me on my mobile from a number staring with 011 - that's an overseas code. He asked me to answer security questions and I refused pointing out that it was an unsecured mobile and he was calling from outside the UK. They then cancelled my second order. Waste of space, won't be shopping with ASDA again.

Had to return a kettle to the Asda loving chesterfield store as it was faulty (wobbly base). Dealt with by a lovely girl on the check but she had to check some with a supervisor called Andrea! She was the worst retail assistant I have ever come across with no customer service skills what so ever. Would not help with trying to see if any other stores had the kettle in and then just walked off and left the embarrassed assistant to issue a refund. Come on Asda we expect better than this from you

I was unfortunate enough to have used Asda online shopping. The first time they replaced VEGAN food with VEGETARIAN food. Big mistake. Then we were asked to give them a 2nd chance. Even bigger mistake. Many errors on their behalf. Over charging being the biggest one. Once we eventually got our money back they asked if we would give them a chance to prove they can get it right. WELL. Stupidly we used them again ( after all they wouldn't refund the cost of our yearly delivery pass) and they f*#£+d up AGAIN what a surprise NOT!!! not only did they not deliver 11 ordered items but it seems they charged us for the privilege of them not having the items in stock. Again over charging. Asda is only interested in money they don't seem to give a toss about their customers. So PLEASE do yourself a favour DONT USE ASDA ONLINE SHOPPING OR DELIVERY. It really isn't worth it.

Disappointed with the home delivery service we received this evening, we had a very rude driver who complained about our drive and that it was a trip hazard. He placed the food boxes by the door. My husband politely asked him to shuffle the boxes forward a tad as he struggled to reach and un pack due to having a disability (1 arm) he flung the boxes at my husband. When my husband had finished un packing he picked up the boxes and stormed off. He hardly spoke a word of English and when he did he was vile. As a new cu just coming from tesco this is very disappointing. This isnt the first time we have had a rude driver. We never had this with tesco drivers. Disappointing as we can't fault the food.

Keighley, West Yorkshire Asda, employ a home delivery driver whose name is Arshad. He is the rudest most unhelpful and incompetent driver I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. I asked him for a little help checking my order as my hands are severely arthritic. He replied "tough" and left with a smirk on his face. Morrison's and Tesco's drivers are far superior and very obliging and can't do enough for you. Avoid Asda home delivery at all costs and don't go through the ghastly experience I had with them.

Today I bought a Garnier brand ash blonde hair dye and this evening my hair turned an Auburn shade. Not the style advertised on the packaging. False hope and not impressed.

Home delivery was the most stressful shopping experience of my life! Driver called me and I immediately came down to get my shopping to find there was no one there. I then waited outside in the cold for 40mins, looked for the driver at other near locations and had 2 relatively useless conversations with customer service over the phone who were unable to help in any meaningful way! Now tracking to Aldi to get the shopping I needed so thanks for that Asda!

I purchased a pack of 8 frozen southern fried chicken fillets there was only 7. This seems trivial but when we make wraps we always put 2 in a wrap.

Just bought a standard double sheet from Asda Breck Road Superstore, Liverpool to my surprise didn't fit properly it was a bit too big folded best I could and took it back to the Asda's explained what had happened to a lady that was working on customer service she told me our policy is not to refund bedding that was taken out of the original packaging, I replied with how can know that is not the proper size if don't take it out of the original packaging, she then a manager I suppose she just kept on repeating that is not our policy to take back bedding that isn't in it's original packaging to what I replied that I can't really know that the sheet is oversized if I don't open the package to what she replied we can't take it back she wasn't rude just but she was very dismissive with attitude I don't care what you saying that our policy. In 5 years that I have very same standard double bed have bought sheets couple of places they always fit properly over-all low customer service will think if I'm going to use Asda's ever again.

I do not recommend shopping with ASDA. I am still waiting for the refund of my delivery that I never had (cancelation in the last minute as they didn't have enough customer to deliver to within that slot.....bulls**t!!! as they could have re-arrange my delivery slot by just calling me!). I have called many times for my refund and they keep hanging the phone up. I even had one being rude to me on the phone! I am shocked of how they have treated me and for the fact that I still have not been refunded, this is not the way to treat customer, is it? They have the worst delivery service, head office and costumer service I have ever experience so far. They are so unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful. I will never ever do my shopping with them again whether it is online or directly into the shop. They may as well ask me to compensate them for all the inconveniences that I have been through.....bunch of scammers they are!!

20th March 2019: I placed my monthly food/household item shop with Asda and booked a slot for it to be delivered the following day 21st March. My order was placed successfully and now all I had to do was wait for it to arrive. 21st March 2019: 1 hour before my delivered was due to be deliver to me I received an email to inform me that my order had been cancelled due to them unsuccessfully being able to take payment. Confused as I was (knowing that I had relavent funds in my bank) I decided to phone customer services. I explained on the phone that I had the money available in my bank to be taken for my shop and didn’t understand why it hadn’t been taken, I was informed that I had lost my delivery slot and that if I would still like my order I would need to rebook. Frustrated, I rebooked my order to be delivered today (22nd March) I even had to pay £2.50 more than what I would of originally to have my order delivered. 22nd March: Today was the day of the order! I hoped today that I would successfully received my order without problems, my order was due from 1-3pm, I made sure I was home as you would, 13:40 an Asda van parked outside the front of my property (2nd floor flat) I noticed it there and thought I would pop downstairs in case there in case there was difficulty finding me.By the time I had got outside the van had disappeared... After that I decided to get straight on the phone to customer service to ask what had happened, I was ensure my shop was still out for deliver and would be with me within the hour? The hour had been and it was 3pm still no Asda shop, very disgruntled I phoned customer service again in the hope they could enlighten me as to what had happened. After being on the phone for 10minutes I was informed my delivery had been cancelled because it was undeliverable, I informed them I received no call to inform me of that from either them or the driver despite that no notification of my order being cancelled! By this point I’m fed up as I have been told despite what little attempt the driver made (not even getting out of the van) to deliver my order that I can rebook it to be delivered on 24th March instead. My order is now due to be delivered on 24th March, on this occasion I might wait outside to ensure I receive it. I have been given a months free delivery pass in light of what has happened however I will not be using, I wasn’t offered a small discount off of my shop neither. I have been a loyal customer for years now but from this experience I will no longer be shopping with them.
