Only if I could give a ZERO. My second attempt to get home delivery and driver denied to bring the order to my door asking me if I dont have lift in the building he can not bring my order upstairs which by the was only on 1st floor. Extremely disappointed with Asda home delivery. i wish they realised how much inconvinience they are causing to their customers whether we are working class who need to prepare meals for our families and relying on the order to arrive so can feed young children. Or might be may be medical reaaons a customer can not go shop or carry bags upstairs and ASDA let you down.

Asda grocery delivery service is pathetic and ridiculous. I am writing this feedback after my 3-4 trials. They frequently send a useless substitute of product you must require. This time I have booked my order 4 days back and planned a party accordingly. Before 15 min of delivery time they have canceled my order without providing any details. when I called to they customer care, they put me on hold almost 15 min finally told that driver not available for your delivery. If they don't have driver then why the hell they took 4 days to figure out that. When i ask them to deliver my order next day as next day party planned to my place. they told there is no slot available for next day earliest available slot for you is after 2 days. Guys my sincere advice, If you have your plans don't order from asda.

Literally the worse delivery service I have ever received. Customer services were absolutely useless I called three times and they kept saying my order was delayed by more and more time. I have sitting down wasting my day and I am still waiting it has been two and a half hours. Piece of advise- order from Tesco instead XX

Not happy at all received a carton of juice today nearly 5 months out of date which I am waiting to be refunded for. Delivery hmm sick of having items missing from orders from the same delivery man and sick of receiving items with a low shelf/fridge use buy dates, December placed a big order and all of my chilled food was missing I received a £5 voucher because of this and was promised another £5 voucher as I was over charged too but didn't receive the voucher for that. I am now seriously considering shopping elsewhere.

If there was an option for zero I would have done it! They did not bring 18 of my chilled items on a delivery then lied and said we had told them it was fine to refund (according to the store) customer service on the phone did not have any notification by the driver of non delivery took 3 days to get a refund. All this was made worse by repeated promises of delivery from the store for the missing items even by the manager saying would drop it off by car!!!! They actually rang and told us delivery was arranged for following morning between 7-9 after numerous calls to store and having phone put down delivery didn’t not materialise! Asda are liars and have the worst customer service ever!

I'm not lazy. I ordered shopping with delivery to my home because I have a sick child. I am alone with a child. My son has chickenpox and can not go outside. I ordered a baguette, butter, fruit, juice ... what I really need. Bagels not available. How is it? I was not given bread for this price - nothing! I'm without bread. Thank you very much. All you had to do was to send a text message and ask if you could give something else. In Poland, I sometimes bought a home delivery from Tesco. Always as if the product was not available, they gave a different one. More in Asda I will not order home delivery.

After bad experience in Asda store in the marina Brighton, we decided to use their online click and collect. First time, we collected without checking and realise an item missing and one egg broken. The second shopping, their collection point was changed to several small lockers, managed by a screen in the middle of the collection drive in point, except the drive in point was blocked by a Asda van being charged! The screen navigation was also very tedious and not user friendly plus it asks for your date of birth in BIG characters right in full view of everyone else! Today, I've just been to attempt to collect but had to come away empty handed because; again, the drive way was blocked by a Asda van being charged, so defeats the convenience of click and collect, the order number, after trying it several times, doesn't work, just refers me to customer service telephone number which stays on for a couple seconds then changes back to previous screen thus making it impossible to try and call! and when I asked a passing Asda staff, he brushed me off saying he only does trolleys! and on top of all that, the screen was blocked by hanging charging cables which comes out from above drops down right infront of the screen to the ground and trails to the van, talking about health and safety! The entire experience was stressful and NOT convenient at all. Just called Asda customer service, requested for full refund several times, but each time, I was surpassed by various options; It's ready for you to collect now, No, I'm not going though the entire charade again (drive in blocked by Asda van, find a parking space, get a trolley etc), we can arrange for delivery tomorrow? No, not possible, as a few of us DO work, that's why I picked click and collect ... Whats the point of advertising this "convenience" if the company doesn't really believe in providing the convenience to it's customers? We will definately now shun from even using this service or should we say, non service.

Home delivery system is wank! They should have every order loaded on the vans ready for delivery! So if a payment cancels for any reason the customer still has a chance to rectify payment before loosing out on all the shopping that is needed for the day chosen by the customer! Tescos and Sainsburys I highly rate as excellent as they listen to customers needs!

I just received the online order. I live in a flat upstairs. After I went and helped the guy to bring the products upstairs to my door, he then rushes to take all the products from the plastic cages and throw them on the floor, the he enters my house to pick up the other left plastic cage, i kept asking wtf is going on then he yells at me to not swear at him. i called asda "support" i explained the situation and they didn.t care at all they didn.t even believe me.

After receieving home shopping from asda the chocolate brownie ice cream which gave me severe food poisoning and I was so ill for 24 hours un and out of the toilet. Nevrr have u felt so ill. Adter feeling better i called them to complain, after waiting 15 minutes by a clueless idiot, he them transferred me to someone even more clueless (head office in leeds) when I'm calling in London. He accused me of being a liar saying food poisoning tales 72 hours, was totally incompetent no customer service skills what so ever. Um absolsuley disgusted with Asda and there service. I will be contacting trading standards to report this.

I ordered the new range of sausage dog towels and cushions, what I collected from store was curtains and non-sausage dog cushions, I was told to take the order back to store (40 minute round trip), to then be told the goods would be returned and a refund would be paid in 2 weeks. Firstly my order did not arrive. Secondly I had to return the wrong products back to store. Thirdly I was told I had to wait 2 weeks for a refund. None of this was my fault, clearly the picker and packer in the warehouse could not read the order or couldn’t care less. I had to make a complaint, twice, as phone was put down on me the first time to eventually get my refund immediately but no compensation for the inconvenience or cost of fuel to return wrong items to store. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASDA AGAIN, you DO NOT deserve 1 star.

I couldn’t get my order to complete, 9.55pm Friday, and Custer service person dealing with it went home at 10pm! Charming. Left us with no shopping. Very poor.

I used online service 4 times after 15+ years with Tesco. 2nd order did not have any (rather obvious substitutions. 3rd order did not turn up (due to van break down allegedly) but then neither did the phone call I had been promised the following day to re-arrange so I had to chase them. 4th order did not turn up at all as apparently there was a problem with the credit card but nobody called me or texted or emailed me to tell me and sort out the problem. Appalling service. I have now switched to Sainsburys.

My online order was delivered on time but only some of the items were actually mine. I was refunded my missing items but that’s not what I’m interested in. I’m a student shopping for one person and will not have £40 worth of food to buy for a good month nor do I want to pay for delivery again. Really disappointed ASDA doesn’t offer delivery of missing items especially when it’s a substantial part of the order missing. Won’t be shopping here again.

I had an order rearranged for the next day last minute due to bad weather and I have been told that was not possible set a time slot but it would have been delivered by morning before 12. After not receiving it and two calls to have some kind of information I have been told first that the ordered was cancelled, then that was already rearranged by between 6pm and 8 pm. As I decide to cancel and ask for refund they told me just that it was already cancelled from the day before. Service is inconsistent and not professional as yu have to look for every bit of info as a treasure hunter. Very disappointing for a first order.

I am very disappointed with Asda, I have been a regular shopper with Asda, I have to have my groceries delivered as I am disabled, I pay for my bags every shop, however I don’t get any bags, I have to ask the driver for some, Am I expected to take wacky individual item out of every crate with arthritis in my back even though I’ve paid for bags, this has been going on for months, I have rang Longwell green store on a few occasions to notify them of this, every time I got told to hold on a minute them phones hung up, I als rang 0800 customer services to get an apology & 40p refund for bags, I have also had items use by same day or next day, I won’t be shopping with Asda again.
