Home delivery system is wank! They should have every order loaded on the vans ready for delivery! So if a payment cancels for any reason the customer still has a chance to rectify payment before loosing out on all the shopping that is needed for the day chosen by the customer! Tescos and Sainsburys I highly rate as excellent as they listen to customers needs!

I just received the online order. I live in a flat upstairs. After I went and helped the guy to bring the products upstairs to my door, he then rushes to take all the products from the plastic cages and throw them on the floor, the he enters my house to pick up the other left plastic cage, i kept asking wtf is going on then he yells at me to not swear at him. i called asda "support" i explained the situation and they didn.t care at all they didn.t even believe me.

After receieving home shopping from asda the chocolate brownie ice cream which gave me severe food poisoning and I was so ill for 24 hours un and out of the toilet. Nevrr have u felt so ill. Adter feeling better i called them to complain, after waiting 15 minutes by a clueless idiot, he them transferred me to someone even more clueless (head office in leeds) when I'm calling in London. He accused me of being a liar saying food poisoning tales 72 hours, was totally incompetent no customer service skills what so ever. Um absolsuley disgusted with Asda and there service. I will be contacting trading standards to report this.

I ordered the new range of sausage dog towels and cushions, what I collected from store was curtains and non-sausage dog cushions, I was told to take the order back to store (40 minute round trip), to then be told the goods would be returned and a refund would be paid in 2 weeks. Firstly my order did not arrive. Secondly I had to return the wrong products back to store. Thirdly I was told I had to wait 2 weeks for a refund. None of this was my fault, clearly the picker and packer in the warehouse could not read the order or couldn’t care less. I had to make a complaint, twice, as phone was put down on me the first time to eventually get my refund immediately but no compensation for the inconvenience or cost of fuel to return wrong items to store. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASDA AGAIN, you DO NOT deserve 1 star.

I couldn’t get my order to complete, 9.55pm Friday, and Custer service person dealing with it went home at 10pm! Charming. Left us with no shopping. Very poor.

I used online service 4 times after 15+ years with Tesco. 2nd order did not have any (rather obvious substitutions. 3rd order did not turn up (due to van break down allegedly) but then neither did the phone call I had been promised the following day to re-arrange so I had to chase them. 4th order did not turn up at all as apparently there was a problem with the credit card but nobody called me or texted or emailed me to tell me and sort out the problem. Appalling service. I have now switched to Sainsburys.

My online order was delivered on time but only some of the items were actually mine. I was refunded my missing items but that’s not what I’m interested in. I’m a student shopping for one person and will not have £40 worth of food to buy for a good month nor do I want to pay for delivery again. Really disappointed ASDA doesn’t offer delivery of missing items especially when it’s a substantial part of the order missing. Won’t be shopping here again.

I had an order rearranged for the next day last minute due to bad weather and I have been told that was not possible set a time slot but it would have been delivered by morning before 12. After not receiving it and two calls to have some kind of information I have been told first that the ordered was cancelled, then that was already rearranged by between 6pm and 8 pm. As I decide to cancel and ask for refund they told me just that it was already cancelled from the day before. Service is inconsistent and not professional as yu have to look for every bit of info as a treasure hunter. Very disappointing for a first order.

I am very disappointed with Asda, I have been a regular shopper with Asda, I have to have my groceries delivered as I am disabled, I pay for my bags every shop, however I don’t get any bags, I have to ask the driver for some, Am I expected to take wacky individual item out of every crate with arthritis in my back even though I’ve paid for bags, this has been going on for months, I have rang Longwell green store on a few occasions to notify them of this, every time I got told to hold on a minute them phones hung up, I als rang 0800 customer services to get an apology & 40p refund for bags, I have also had items use by same day or next day, I won’t be shopping with Asda again.

Appalling delivery service, feed up of not getting what I’ve ordered. I’m sure they just pick up anything for substitutes, makes no sense and time and time again they haven’t got the basics like milk, eggs, potatoes and bread what sort of a supermarket can’t even stock the basics. Deliveries are men to come bagged but all they keep on doing is just putting bag in the tray. To top it all today had a rude driver that’s the last straw. No more Asda’s

Several weeks ago I was shopping alone at Asda Cockhedge, Warrington. Whist I was scanning my items at the self service checkout I was approached by a female member of the security staff who accused me of not scanning two bottles of milk that I’d placed in the bagging area. After she had checked the till she confirmed that I had in fact scanned the milk. She offered no apology and I was left embarrassed and offended by the accusations made. I understand that mistakes can be made so I let it go. Today, the same store, the same member of staff and the same accusations!!! The only differences were that this time I was with my wife and the accusations were not regarding a bottle of milk but a bottle of syrup. This time I wasn’t willing to let it go so quietly! I insisted that the member of staff check through the till to see if the syrup had been scanned. She refused and told me she’d check when I finished. I saw red! After I let me feelings be known I put all of the scanned items back into the trolley and left the store. Another embarrassing and completely unnecessary experience! The value of the items in the trolley were about £100, why I’d try to steal a £2 bottle of syrup in clear view of CCTV cameras is beyond me!!! Maybe I’ll go back to this store again and insist that the said member of security staff escorts me throughout the store and during the checkout process!!!

We purchased some outdoor furniture which was fine for two years. It then started to get very brittle on two of the items resulting in them being unusable. After 3 emails of complaint they sent a representative to view the furniture. His report stated that the items although out of guarantee should not be in the condition it is.( the furniture is stored in a garage fromlate September to May each year) Asda have fobed us off and fobed us off again and again. We didn’t want any money all we wanted was the faulty items replaced. They have finally said no going against the report of that said not fit for purpose. Shameful company and some of there management just don’t care. I’m sure they think that because they sell inferior products that thejr Customers are inferior too.

Beware asda click and collect. If you place an order and they substitute an item and it costs less and you refuse the order they only refund the cost of the substituted item. You have to ring customer services for the other refund. Mine was only £1.50 however if they do this for every customer it will be a lot of money

Order for click and collect placed on 12 Jan. Went to pick up and discovered that items not in stock. Strangely one of the items was seen in a shoppers basket so mentioned to staff. The response was that it was not on the shelf 5 mins ago when the staff were picking the order. Amazing that the shop is not aware of its stock position. Now I am expected to deal with my credit card company so sort out the refund. This is my first and last order with ASDA. back to Waitrose, they may be a bit more expensive but prefer their service quality and not having to waste my time and increase my blood pressure.

They declined my card at checkout for a £60 shop then took the money anyway even after I’d paid on another card. Then it took me 4 days of speaking to someone before they told me to speak to my bank, who in turn told me to contact ASDA to get proof of the transaction in the form of an authorisation code. So in order to get access to MY money, I’ve made countless phone calls, visited the morley ASDA store and spoken to the duty manager, contacted my bank and had conversations on Twitter. I now have to speak to Asda again to get this code, and then phone my bank back in the hope that this enables them to release the funds back into my account. I’m not hopeful. Does this sound like a good customer experience?! I think not. Apparently this happens frequently!! This absolutely shocks me that companies can think it’s ok for this to happen. What if I’d have been a pensioner with literally just enough money for this shopping and you’d done this? Would that be ok? I am disgusted at your service and I will no longer be doing my weekly shopping in your store.

I placed an order online which included 10 jars of Nescafe coffee priced at £4:50p per jar, which is a total price of £45:00, I noticed on my order confirmation it stated £50 for the 10 jars of coffee so i sent an email with a screen shot of the price of the coffee asking Asda to address this obvious mistake, I received an email advising this would be looked into, my order arrived and sure enough i was charged £5:00 too much so i sent another email & received a reply saying this was being investigated & thanking me for my patience, I did check after my order had arrived that the price was still showing at £4:50 & it was, 9 days passed with no email from Asda so i sent another, this time it was totally ignored so i left it another 4 days (nearly 2 weeks now) there was nothing to investigate, the screen shot clearly shows their web site & the item with the displayed price of £4:50, I rang Asda’s customer service a call & was put on hold for a while then i was told Asda can change the price prior to delivery which i knew but it was still showing the £4:50 price after delivery, the customer service lady was obviously unsure what she was trying to say or I suspect feeling awkward trying to excuse such an awful response, I was offered a £5:00 voucher eventually & obviously reluctantly & will have to wait another 2 weeks for it to arrive,, IF IT EVER DOES, After this experience the last thing i wanted was a voucher to have to spend at such an uncaring, deceitful & thoroughly incompetent company
