first time shopping online with ASDA and the amount of substituted items in my opinion for such a small order is poor. My main concern is that you charge up front and then let me down when you cant supply the items I ordered. If I shop in store I get the items I want go to the till and pay! So why not the same when I order online and pay when I collect then avoid you over charging and making me feel awkward when it come to accepting subsites, which bye the way two were in the store the day before!! I think you are more interested in your business than the customer, very poor. Shall not use again

Not impressed yet again Asda are putting there extremely vulnerable high risk customers at risk as all the other supermarkets are delivering newspapers again and Asda are not so even though I can have my shopping delivered I still have to go out and put my family at risk to get the newspapers also I have noticed on the Asda online grocery shopping you can buy magazines but not papers this needs sorting out

Staff are never too busy to help. Good quality George clothing and great guarantee and refund Policy. I visited today and gave feedback for an employee I hope she receives a Reward & Recognition based on my feedback.

we ordered our groceries on the 14th of December for the next day between 9-10pm. Received a confirmation that the driver is on his way... waited until 12am and no one showed up. The following day our Asda account said that our delivery was successful! We didn’t receive anything. Immediately we phoned customer services and all the lady on the line could say is that sometimes the store doesn’t have enough drivers or food in store and all they could offer was a refund. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Really just wanted to say how happy i am with Asda lingerie. Being larger in the chest department i find shopping for bras a nightmare to get a good fit & normally have to try on a number. Things being as they are just now I tried an online lingerie shop for the first time ever, expecting to be disappointed. I find i now have 8 perfectly fitting, nice bras for the price i would normally pay for 1. Well done Asda I will be back

You should also give your workers new year's eve and new years day off.. give them a well deserved break in honor of all the front line staff. They've been their for us every step of this pandemic. Give them some family time💞

I am 68 with disability and live in a flat. The driver turned up and refused to come into the block (small pensioner block) , swore at a neighbour who tried to explain I couldn’t come down and told me it was company policy not to enter ANY building. He took the food back telling me his life was important nd mine was all but over. When I called the helpline they offered me a £15 voucher I wouldn’t be able to spend. If this is customer service I despair. Asda have lost not just my business but that of my very large family.

Help centre is totally disappointing! Could not get through to romford branch. Got a click and collect order ready to be collected however I was told to isolate. I could not get a delivery same day, needed food by the time click and collect was ready! They could not cancel my order and no refund for few days. I offered to go to the pick up point instead of going inside (isolation) this was I get the food I ordered and no contact with anyone.... still said they cant help me. Disgusting service. I shop inside the store most weeks and been fine but service on the phones are bad. Avoid

I like to use this review to highlight the amazing job your delivery drivers do. My mum who is quite elderly in her seventies was awaiting her first shop with Asda and in the current times this delivery service is a vital lifeline to the elderly especially with rising numbers of cornavirus. My mum had her groceries delivered by John. John was very customer centred and my mother felt he was very professional as well as friendly and courteous. John delivered my mums groceries on the 29/11/ 20 in the limavady area and really this review is just to thank John and let him know he is providing an first class delivery service.

Hi, I had awful experience with Asad photo. I have ordered 2 mags as anniversary present for a couple. Had delivery within 7Wd and 1 mag was broken. I send email no one came back, other - no reply at all. Called - they send we will send replacement. Ok. ", 3 weeks pass by, anniversary day pass by, I gifted one mag and promised other shortly, but after 4 weeks still none received. Called again twice and they refunded cost of 1 mag, no postage.....as I promise 2nd mag I spend again on mag and £4 on postage and had delivery of 2nd mag finally, but....again broken......Awful...I wish I never ordered 1st mag at all....now I have sent 2 emails...no reply...I can see again that I just wasted postage of £8 to date in total, twice delivered broken and still to date haven't had full 2 mag (His& Her) anniversary present, a couple that meant to have 2 mugs has only 1 ….awful situation I am in and asda team just don't care.....postage is extremely expensive for service they have......Now, I just want my money back and do not recommend to use Asda Photo online …..it be more reliable to buy from elsewhere.

I've just shopped at Oadby stores and was asking about your enforcement of wearing masks. Clearly there are customers walking around with no masks. It should not be our job to confront these people to wear masks. Regular vigilance should be made by all of your staff so a tighter policy is enforced. If you don't allow one customer who doesnot wear a mask than a clear message is sent out and others will learn from this. People are also wearing masks around their neck not mouth, only to slide up the masks when cobfronted. I appreciate certain people might be exempt than one they should be not in the shop and two whole families can't be exempt. Should they be declaring a certificate to show they are exempt or we can all give this excuse. Would appreciate some feedback Rgds
