Bradford exchange continues to not tell the truth about shipping items. you email them, and you get the standard same response. They will send "multiple emails with "Congratulations your item has shipped and they have different dates on when it ships. I placed an order on 11-26 told it shipped that day and still does not show on the Fed Ex site. I contact Fed Ex, they never received an item with the tracking number. I did place a second order on December 6 before I knew about this nightmare, its due to arrive today. If you have an issue, you spend days getting it resolved if at all. Don't place an order, they lie"

Considering how expensive the tat is from this site you'd think they would take some care in packaging and postage. Apparently not. Just received an item - no box, just flimsy polystyrene which was damaged and not even securely tapped together, just loose and open. The item was damaged and doesn't work so now I have to try and return it which is proving an uphill struggle as customer service just really don't seem to care. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company and its tacky products like the plague.

Arms and head of glass snowman fell off even though i stored it I ours original box. The company does not repair or assist in any way regarding the problem.Very unhappy!

would give 0 if i could I ordered an item for my sister for her birthday back in august, I put it under her name as it was being shipped to her for her birthday (we live at different addresses) but used my PayPal and my email. I clicked to pay via PayPal, thinking it was taken out like every PayPal transaction I have ever done does. My sister is now receiving letters saying money is owing with an added reminder fee. Looking at my PayPal it states on the transaction "Your payment method will be charged when The Bradford Exchange Ltd. completes your order." To try to rectify this my mother (as my sister is a minor) emailed regarding this which they were kind enough to reply to her email, it didn't really answer her question so she asked me to call as I had done it in the first place. Today I called their apparent "friendly" client service team and spoke to an incredibly rude representative of your company who said that it would be my fault that PayPal did not work (even though my PayPal states your company needs to finish the order) and then refused to speak to me as it is my sisters name on the account (yet they responded to my mothers email?) So in the end it was never rectified, they have not received the money which I was wanting to pay them and they have now got an entire family who will never recommend their company to anyone

I ordered Super Bowl rings twice from their Facebook ads. They never sent the rings. Yesterday, I wrote a neg. review on their FB ad and they contacted me saying if I could show receipts they'd send the rings. I found the two PayPal receipts and sent them. They then responded that the "warranty" had expired and I was out of luck. This company is criminal!

After finding a Thomas Kinkade item on their website, I contacted them by phone to get more information. After 10mins, I requested a ring back and the automated message told me I'd get a call back within 8hrs, even though my waiting time when I rang was 1min and I was next in line. I didn't have a ring back so I contact them again by phone and again requested a call back. I then emailed them through their website, twice, and still got no reply. I then found The Bradford Exchange on Amazon so I sent them a message again with my original enquiry. I received a message back saying they couldn't answer my question as the item I was interested in isn't available through Amazon. I then emailed again through their website and yet again I had no reply. I then rang and again requested a ring back and yet again, I'm still waiting. I have just sent The Bradford Exchange another message through Amazon as this seems to be the only way I get a response and this time, The Bradford Exchange on Amazon told me I had to contact The Bradford Exchange directly as she couldn't give me information about items that aren't on Amazon. Either whoever is advertising their goods on Amazon isn't actually The Bradford Exchange or their staff knowledge is severely lacking. If this is how they treat potential customers through their sloppy and non existent customer service, I'll take my money elsewhere. This company should be ashamed of themselves and the service they provide.

A payment of £7.94 was taken from my account on 30/09/19. I have since recieved letters saying i still owe the money. The last letter said it has been deferred to 3rd party and the balance is now £22.94! I have sent 2 emails with no response and made several phone calls and no one has called me back , yesterday i sent recorded delivery letter wth proof of payment- this has caused unecessary stress and frustration and would have fiven no stars if the option was there .

There was not an option to give a zero. I ordered the military canvas bag at the end of August 2019, when it did not arrive when it was supposed which was 4 weeks later, I called at least twice a week, I would get different answers as to when it would arrive each time I called, no one had the same answer, today October 21st, I was told it would now be November 12th estimated. I cancelled the order, if you are planning on ordering something for a special occasion DO NOT DO IT!! You will not receive it no matter what they say.

I ordered £5 for £5 coin the next I know they are taking money out of my account for a collection they said I ordered which u know I didn't. Read the small print or be prepared to lose your money be very careful

The worst company EVER! Firstly lost my order on their system, after receiving the confirmation email with an order number. I then reordered it over the phone after they didn't reply to 5 emails and phone calls. One doll arrived instead of two after 3 weeks, so chased the second one up. Evening got through to someone after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was then on the phone for 45 minutes, being told they couldn't find me on the system AGAIN and they couldn't search emails to find the correspondence. They then put me on hold again while they so called listened to my previous telephone call to check what I was saying was correct. The colleague then said she couldn't get the doll to me on express delivery it would be 7 days lead time after waiting a month, I obviously questioned this so she said she'd put me through to another department which just redirected me to an automatic message to give my phone number and expect a call back within 72 hours!!!! THE MOST HORRIFIC SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This compqny actually had the nerve to send me to collections. The collection company they are associated with are no better. Wrote me a letter stating they have been trying to reach me and that it was unacceptable. 🤔🙄🤨 No The Bradford Exchange and Your letter is unacceptable. First off, If you being trying to reach me why don't you leave a message. As long as they kept me waiting, The Bradford Exchange can keep waiting. From all the bad reviews and their rating score I guess they are hurting for this $31.01 that I supposedly owe.

My how I miss the days for when they were just Collectible Today. Back then I had absolutely no problem with them. I ordered the army coin collection from them and a veteran jacket intending it to be a 2018 Christmas present. Suffice it to say did not receive either by the time Christmas came around. I ordered the coin collection not reading the part about it being a subscription. That was fine not a problem, but I was charged for the 1st subscription and never received it then the second subscription was charged which was received. I called the carrier wondering if they had made a mistake and I called Bradford exchange. Could get anyone on the phone so I sent an email stating to refund money because item was not received or to reship item. Never got an acknowledgement but item was received about 2 weeks later. I eventually got a bill for it and was confused because they already billed me for it. Called the company and person stated that I was refunded money and item was shipped per request. Long story short they want me to repay for an item that was already paid for but because they made a mistake I have to pay again. This was all for the 1 item purchased. Lets talk about the second. Received a letter in the mail about veteran jacket that wa ordered early December 2018 stating it will not be shipped til May 5, 2019. A whole 5 months later for something that was not personalized. After thinking about it decided coin collection was to expensive a called to cancel subscription. Upon cancellation I asked was that going to cancel my order for the jacket and was told no. When I had called and actually talked to a rep about payment of the coin collection 1st issue I looked up my account and saw that the jacket was cancelled. At that point was relieved. Cancelled subscription to bradford exchange although they are still sending things in the mail. Will not be ordering from them again.

Don’t trust this company... I keep getting letters from Brandford Exchange and products that I didn’t order at all. They keep sending me invoice to pay, I tried to contact the customer service line already 3 times and nothing, always ask for your contact number and that someone is going to contact you in the next 72 hours. Or do they mean 72 days???? Because been already 3 weeks after my first complain plus emails and no one call me back at all. I am not paying for something I didn’t order and is a lack of information specially when is to send back this items. No labels nothing. If is no resolution from them I will take this to court that’s for sure. I will wait 48 hours more and that’s me done taking this for a legal action.

If I can I would give this company a zero star!! Since about three months ago I ordered three porcelain items from them, my nightmare started. During the past three months, they have kept sending me lots of letters and leaflets too often to bear. More horribly, about two or three weeks ago, I received an email from them stating one order from me being dispatched. I felt very confused because I didn’t place anymore orders after I received the three porcelain items I originally purchased and paid in full. So I replied to this email immediately asking what this order was. About one week later, I received a parcel which was a porcelain item again! We called this company and was told they would call us back within 72 hours. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. We tried to call them again and again by phone and by email, but got no answer at all. Until today, I received an invoice letter from them for this item I didn’t order. Who can tell me what to do with this issue?! How to stop this company from this unacceptable sales?

Terrible service, dishonest false advertising rude Terrible very bad service had to ask for apology dealt with x3 so called customer service people. I complained moon coin was dented and scratched in a circulation state far from new or mint highly dissapointed as told I'd receive another in 4 weeks if I returned the old one, which I was prepared to do but as soon as I sent it back they refunded me without explanation, so wrong and disgusting false advertising as clearly selling inferior goods, they must be used to it, clearly all their coins are most likely faulty or they'd of sent me a new one as they said they would. I then had to write to them to stop sending emails and their weekly joke sales magazine...Poor way to run a business, treated like a number, told my complaint was an inquiry, terrible customer service, taking advantage of people's good will. plain rude !

I ordered the 24ct gold plated Liverpool European cup commemorative coin on 24.06.2019 and was informed I would receive this coin within 2 - 3 weeks, called to chase a few weeks ago was informed the latest I would receive it would be middle of August as there has been a delay from their suppliers, called today on off chance of better update and was informed it would now be 6 - 8 weeks not happy. This was going to be a very special thank you present for a member of the family who was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer last year and his one and only wish was a family holiday, even though he is not feeling very well he has organised a holiday for 22 family members middle of August we were going to present this to him on the 1st night of the holiday, not going to happen now we are not very happy about this as we don't know how long he has left this is a massive disappointment as he is a fanatical Liverpool Football Club supporter 😠😠😠😠😠😠

Ordered a £550 item off them to then be charged 3 separate times for the one item. After 3 hours of phone calls and being on hold I sorted this issue out. I then ordered a Disney classic collection pin set at £49 a set (set of 6) I received the first 3 instalments and paid in full, then received a letter telling me I owed £82 for the first installations and after a month of phone calls and arguments with the useless staff there I receive 3 letters telling me they can’t complete the item Andy will refund me within 14 days, 15 days pass so I call. They are now telling me I owe £144 towards the first instalments that I received, how on earth can this go up haha. After a 2 hour on hold call I was informed that they have ‘only received one payment of £14.99’ I paid £49.99 3 times over for the items I received and have the bank statements to prove it and I was called a blatant lier, told I still owe the amount or it’ll effect my finance credit. And all they can do is refund me the amount of £149.97 ( the amount I was told I never paid) in vouchers to spend with them, but only if I was to send the items I had back to them tracked and signed for at a further expense to myself. 100% the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. One million percent avoid at all costs!!

Ordered Snow White clock. Stated on brochure "and play music " sent in at least 6 messages for an explanation where music plays. Paid £199.00 for this clock. I know my messages have been received but still had no answer or explanation. Have cancelled my account today and stopped all mail as I told them it would go straight in the bin. Amazing how order went through within 10 mins and money taken. Absolutely rubbish company for replying. Probably they haven't got an answer for me as to why the brochure says plays music. Stay away from them. My daughter also shops with them but because of my experience she is also going to cancel her account. Everything from now on will be going straight in the bin
