“Went to Costa ipswich anglia Park. Asked for a gingerbread latte with the cream and only got half a medium latte and half cream.not on.Always seem to have trouble here. To much in a hurry so you don't get the quality”

“Used Gloucester Quays shop this morning. Arrived 10.40 eventualy served at 11.10. Only 1 person making coffee and food orders and 1 cleaning tables. Told more staff not in untill 12 noon. Ordered toast and jam for a child when it came it was toast only as they had no Jam. Toilet facilities out of order as no handle on door. Air con on full blast so place was freezing. (Thank God coffee was hot) staff unable to turn it down. Still huge que 's when i left at 11.55.”
“Not sure what going on at the moment. One branch has no decaf constantly, its a coffee shop!! Went to another branch who firstly forgot my order then when i eventually got it it was overpacked. It went all over my car then the lid popped off so had to tip most of it out and then spent 10 mins cleaning my car, myself and the cup. Sort it out!”

“Bought coffee and a bite to eat at Costa in Derbion shopping centre, thatās the one on the concourse out in the open. Put my shopping bags down to consume the food when a guy went ballistic at us and threw us out, really rude. So I just moved 2m outside of the Costa boundary and ate there, like a stray animal. Not going shopping again. Higher street is going to die if you carry on treating us like animals. Train your staff to be kinder to people who spend their money at your cafe.”
“Poor Management of customers during covid. Waited nearly 20 minutes to get served only to be told there are no seats! Staff allowed customers to walk in and sit down at an empty table without queueing and ordering first.”

“I came with a friend today to Costa Coffee in Cheetham Hill branch Manchester as my friend lives in the area. When I went through the door into the cafe to place my order I noticed that none of the staff had any masks or disposable gloves on and I feel if customers are requested to wear masks on entering the cafe (a notice on the door requests that) then why shouldnāt they, I ordered a mango and passion fruit smoothie but they didnāt have any straws so I settled for a strawberry lemonade and my friend had a cheese and tomato toastie and a latte. When the waitress brought our food and drinks to our table outside she still didnāt have either a mask or gloves on and obviously you canāt distance in those circumstances and obviously sheād touched our crockery and cutlery. Before I left I went to the lavatory and the hand drier wasnāt working and there wasnāt a notice on it saying so and no paper towels to dry your hands, surely this should be checked every hour or so. Iām not happy going again to a Costa cafe as I donāt feel very safe which I should do. Iām also sorry to say that my friend messaged me later when weād both returned home to say that sheād had a tummy upset after our visit.”
“The other day i went to your shop to oder a nice refreshing beverage but the level of disrespect coming from person serving me was astronomical. After a long 15 minutes, with my children suffocating in the scorching car, I finally received the smoothie. To my shock, i found a HAIR in my beverage. This ruined my day so i demanded a refund. They refused! I then asked to see the manager but they said he was sick today because of covid! This is not ok as there should always be a manager.

“The store in Walworth Road is absolutely disgusting place, Iām quite a regular( or was ) each and every visit Iām tired of battling with local thieves ( taking items from fridge and displays) likeways tired of attempting to find a seat most of which as an observation seating is used for local riffraff to come in and charge there phones. Have now had enough costa owners take note. Had a African women arrive didnāt make a purchase laid across back seats with her shoes off charging her phone itās disgraceful especially those purchasing food have to deal with this.”
“Costa coffee Crewe retail park. We go in every day and enjoy the ambience and friendly staff. Unfortunately there are a few undesirables, in dirty and smelly clothes scratching their filthy hair frequenting the shop, and I'm sorry to say I find it very off putting when they are seated next to you. How is it they can afford Costa prices but not washing or clean clothes?”
“Hi there, regular customer at Costa cafe Swiss Cottage/Finchley road. Is there a manager that organised things? As lately, and quite often there is always something missing early in the morning, like butter? Bread? Etc.... itās a shame really as itās a pleasant place to go before work, but does the staff in the afternoon not organise what is missing and leave some for the next morning. I guess itās really bad management, sorry to say. I have managed hotels here and back in Lisbon and I would never let my staff telling a customer, āsorry today we have bread but not butterā!!
Itās a shame staff are very friendly but lots of things just donāt work the best and customers always come first, for the best image of a place. Thank you. This review is just to improve Costas service, which I Love”
