“My wife and I travel to Newtown Wales every 4 weeks or so to visit my 95 year old sister in her nursing home. We take her in her wheelchair to the Costa in the main street. On our latest visit the male manager greeted us and made room for the wheel chair so my sister is comfortable. Consider we are not that regular visitors the staff remember the drinks we usually order. Even held up proceedings on one occasion because my sister could not make up her mind tea or coffee. Nothing is too much trouble for the two female and male (manager). In this day and age it is so refreshing to be treated with such genuine caring, courtesy and politeness. Please pass on our sincere thanks for all staff at Costa Newtown.”

I enjoyed a croissant with butter and jam which he heated for me as requested plus an orange juice and tea . All of which I really enjoyed . As I was sat for a while waiting for my train I observed how Will greeted everyone with the same happy smile x he knew a few of the regular customers . He made my visit a pleasurable experience.”

“I go into Costa on Westgate Guisborough nearly every day and the staff make all us regulars feel like one big happy family, we all know the names of the staff and they are just lovely to deal with and of course they know us by name, if someone hasn't been in for a couple of days the staff ask about to see if anyone knows if they are ok so we all feel like they look out for us.
If anyone deserves a pay rise it's the staff at this store!!.
