Your staff are either poorly trained or just inconsiderate. I ordered a cappuccino, a flat white coffee and an English breakfast tea. The English breakfast tea had scalding hot water , the staff used only a single paper cup and delivered it Without a protective sleeve … since there was 3 items she did not bother to put the hot tea into a cardboard carrier. I scalded myself with the boiling hot water when I tried to pick up the tea because the poorly placed lid popped off resulting in the water splashing onto my hand. I understand that this is a busy location but this inconsiderate service is unacceptable.

I visited Costa Coffee (opposite train station-Woking)recently and was disappointed with both the coffee and the customer service. I ordered a regular coffee, expecting a standard-sized cup, but what I received was an unusually large one. There was no clear indication of the actual size, and it felt misleading. The oversized cup diluted the taste of the coffee—too much water or milk completely overpowered the flavour. When I raised this concern, the staff simply replied that it was their “regular” size and made no effort to engage further or offer any solution. I felt ignored and eventually gave up trying to explain. This is not the level of service I expect from Costa. The staff were not attentive or helpful, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. — Ahmet

Costa coffee shops are now inundated with dogs, making it not a pleasant experience, the staff stroke the dogs, the place smells of dogs, they even have dog buiscuits and dog toys and water in the cafe. Not a nice experience.

The service is appalling and has been getting steadily worse for many months. They don’t clear tables, they have no clean cutlery, they have no paper napkins. They don’t seem to have a clue what they should be doing, especially with procedures relating to allergy and cross contamination control. Whoever is responsible for running the Coffee shop in the ‘Next’ store in Merthyr Tydfil needs to get a grip on things as a matter of urgency.

The outside seating area in Costa Ashton under Lyne Ladysmith shopping centre is really dirty..We use to visit this coffee shop quite often but standards have definitely slipped and the outside area is offputting to say the least.

George Square Glasgow coffee shop, great coffee, great food, great staff and the most disgusting toilets I have ever had the misfortune to use. Over a period of three months, the gents urinal has been out of action, hand dryer inoperative, no soap, cheese blocking the only working urinal, pool of urine on the floor and an awful stench. Spotted a member of staff unable to wash his hands properly & then serve food to customers!! Reported the toilets to staff early July, no action taken, reported it twice to Costa head office via their app, late July & early August, no response to date. Unless Costa take this issue seriously I would avoid this place for health reasons.

I just took my disabled wife to Costa and there was water all over the floor and nobody could be bothered to clear it up Staff are very young

I love Costa coffee… but I’m giving this review as it’s not dog friendly, and I have been told off in many Costa branches no dogs alllowed, it’s happen on 2 shops specially 1) hounslow and 2) Bedfont, even when I have gone to take a take out… where as all other coffee shops in london are dog and pet friendly, my dog is like my child, and if I cannot take my child for a coffee it’s sad. I hope the management looks into this. Thank you

Costa Coffee in Queen Elizabeth Hospital are not short staffed, however If they talked less and served more our visiting time could be extended by fifteen minutes at least. I will not use this coffee shop again, which is a great shame as I buy it for a patient.

Whent in Costa at Prittlewell Close, SS0 0RY hospital waiting in the queue for 10 min then when we got serve the girl with big pircings in her ears gave us bit of attitude seed they dint have caramel so my partener made a joke saing she's disappointed me now and after that she gave us iven more attitude after that we waited 15min to get Our 2 coffees really slow customer service,not a care in the worl speaking buy experience as I work at a really busy greggs defently won't be back

Went to the Costa at Stafford Beacon Park must be the dirtiest Costa I’ve seen. Tables not cleaned dirt and crumbs over the floor. And as for the toilets they were disgusting toilet paper on the floor and looks like someone had wee’d over the floor big puddle by the loo. Does no one ever clean this place. Won’t be going again

staff was not very professional and one member i was told by another staff member he did not speak english the service was bad and the manger what is he doing by letting this staff member serve the i am alllergic to chocolate so if he does not understand me why is he serving me .this was the second incident i witnessed when i was there bad management

When you introduce parking charges, it would be a good idea to let customers know that they are limited to a 90 minute stay. Have got one parking ticket and as regular customers my friend and I are likely to get another. Ok, so signs have gone up but they are only noticeable if you are looking for them and know they are there. Meeting up for a chat and several cups of coffee is no longer an option for us at this cafe. Springfield Road, Lanesfield, Wolverhampton. Car park is never full when we go, so why the restrictions?

I have just had a hot chocolate and it is without a doubt one of the worst I have ever had I expected more of costa it was just like drinking hot water with a vague hint of chocolate awful

Costa The Maltings Newark Notts. Acting Manager... Acting Manager , OH Dear! A very rude, arrogant and angry individual. Clearly Born To Lead.... Dreadful with Customers and Staff Alike. Did not bother looking at the purchase ticket , and proceeded to use the incorrect milk , that could have made my husband ill. I understood your policy on allergy problems were meant to be stringent.. Sent a member of his staff out to impart the strange news to us that he was the manager.. When asked about this he became very insulting telling me I know your sort.. Of course I intend getting to the bottom of this remark. As It could only mean one thing.. He then barred loyal customers , who have always frequented Costa , and got on great with them. Ask your staff who have always been treated with the greatest respect by us, as they have to us. Until the angry acting manager came along. Barring us throughout Newark stores, and referring to us as Mocha/Skinny couple.... of which I have photo proof Well I am dark skinned and my husband sadly is skinny through a wasting disease.!!!! No point going to the divisional as was informed by a reliable source that I would have to email her, and she would in turn tell me I was barred. Without the truth being brought out in the open. We feel very strongly about this matter, because of the actions and things your acting manager said, even after we left Costa. I also do not appreciate on the group chats that he accused us of being belligerent to him and our customers. I was approached by a customer to say they had heard his behaviour towards me.. Thanks I made a few references to this individual, and it is what the staff dare not say to him, in case of reprisals . Penelope Walker

Outrageous pricing £3.70 for a regular coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can buy a jar for that. That's a customer lost.!!!! Cannot recommend to anyone.
