“I’m a regular customer at this particular West Ealing @costacoffee, and I feel very sorry for this lady and her 3-year-old autistic son who had a bad experience on October 26th, 2023. They were discriminated against because of her autistic son, who was called a 'naughty boy' and a 'bad boy'. He can’t defend himself, so his mom stepped in, and the manager Alexandra couldn’t handle it. As a result, his mom was banned from this Costa franchise. Alexandra called the police because this lady and her son didn’t want to leave the shop immediately, which was over the line. Alexandra only made her son even more frustrated when the police arrived. It was absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager! Since Alexandra started managing this particular Costa, everything has gone downhill. She is moody, never smiles, and is not friendly. In general, you feel like you are in Alexandra’s way. I wish the lady and her son all the best and a warm welcome in other coffee shops where they don’t discriminate against customers.”

“Costa coffee riverside tesco dundee. The were short staffed so tbere were no cups. Jad to suffer sitting down to a carry out paper cup. Not the best wayto drink coffee its not the same as a cup. It was terrible like drinking liquorice. Costa now owned by Coka cola. They have changed the coffee. I Had stomach pains after drinking it. Never going back”

“Costa, East Port, Dunfermline. The toulet is out of order AGAIN for rhe third time in 2 months. It is absolutely unacceptable. GET A PLUMBER OUT IMMEDIATELY. The store has already lost most of its regulars and is in danger of losing more if this issue is not resolved IMMEDIATELY.”

“Awarded one star because it wouldn't allow me to review without a rating. Just called into Costa Coffe in Bowness for a drink. Whilst my colleague purchased the drinks I went to use the bathroom . What a state it was in. Blocked, smelly and water?? all over the floor. Absolutely disgraceful. When I asked the staff if I could use the upstairs bathroom because of the state of the downstairs toilet they said no it was closed off. I reported to them the state of the downstairs toilet you'd have thought I was speaking in foreign language, not one of them went to look and close it off. Total disinterest. For a holiday destination and the fact they weren't even busy, be ashamed of yourselves.”

“Last straw for Costa! Why does every Costa overfill a Flat White to the point it becomes a latte. Have none of the 'Barista' staff ever questioned the quality of the Flat white they give out? All other coffee outlets, pubs etc serve it in smaller cups, McDonald's has a flat white size cup! Shame on you soo called coffee experts drowning this drink into nothing but dishwasher. You might even save yourselves some expenses on the overuse of milk!”

“Very poorly made cappuccino bought at Taunton Deane services. Far too hot and very little foam. Took half an hour to be drinkable by which time all the froth had gone. Complete waste of money. Are the baristas even trained properly?”

“Wish I could put zero I would please don't be taken in by the new summer drink showing with strawberries. What you get is a plastic cup filled with ice with strawberry juice n ????apple juice or something. Very weak children disappointed. Never again.”

“I had a latte in Dee dees in the range chester it was like drinking warm milk when I asked if the coffee machine was working right I was told latte is the weakest coffee da I have never been told that before and lattes in other coffee shops taste of coffee”

“I was today at 17:14pm I wanted to buy lemon cake, there were two girls one is blond one with black hair , they start talking then one of them said sorry we are closed It is supposed to close at 17:30 not 17:14 and it was take away Be aware about your stuff and obliged then to be professional This is in JD centre huddersfield Costa coffee. You loose your customers with this behaviour.”

“Hi, i just wanted to complain about one of your staff member at the Birmingham new street station named Tyne who was not only rude but abusive to me. It all started when I miss ordered cookie cream instead of coffee cream. She said ‘go to starbuks’ we don’t have a cookie cream. I told her maybe not but you don’t have to be rude. She went on to say i will do whatever i want to do. Go complain to whoever! She was rude, loud and disrespectful. The worst customer facing person i have seen in the UK. Please make sure that your staff are trained well.”

“Horrible customer service from a woman called Ivy watched 5 people who ordered after me get served then asked where my drink was because I was waiting for 15 minutes and responded by silently and sarcastically pointing at the blender and dirty looking me when I responded annoyedly she started trying to argue back. I also asked for no cream and they served my drink with cream.”

“Went into my sisters local Costa in Glasgow Sauchiehall Street and was very disappointed with the food that I ordered. When I was collecting my hot chocolate drink from the counter I noticed that the glass was cold! I said to the person that made it that the glas was cold and she replied that it was it would be hot as it's just the glass that was cold. So went over to my table to star eating what I had got and went to drink my HOT drink, it was frigging stone cold! Couldn't be bothered going back up to the counter with it as I didn't like the attitude from her previously. I know this can be a busy shop at times, but she should have a least checked the glass to see how cold it really was! I think she needs to learn about temperatures of serving hot drinks.”
