“Used Costa in next Hedge end Hampshire, ask for 3 cappuccinos cups not put on saucers but when I got to table 2 hardly had froth on them and the 3 was like a flat white with chocolate on top, I'm a regular user of Costa but this was definitely the worst visit ever, queue was to long for me to stand in to complain at the time of being there”
“Toilets blocked all empty tables not cleaned, place in Waterford Cork Road near homestore or more is filthy. Staff were made aware but just ignored it. Will not call again :(”
“I’m a regular customer at this particular West Ealing @costacoffee, and I feel very sorry for this lady and her 3-year-old autistic son who had a bad experience on October 26th, 2023. They were discriminated against because of her autistic son, who was called a 'naughty boy' and a 'bad boy'. He can’t defend himself, so his mom stepped in, and the manager Alexandra couldn’t handle it. As a result, his mom was banned from this Costa franchise. Alexandra called the police because this lady and her son didn’t want to leave the shop immediately, which was over the line. Alexandra only made her son even more frustrated when the police arrived. It was absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager! Since Alexandra started managing this particular Costa, everything has gone downhill. She is moody, never smiles, and is not friendly. In general, you feel like you are in Alexandra’s way. I wish the lady and her son all the best and a warm welcome in other coffee shops where they don’t discriminate against customers.”
“Costa coffee riverside tesco dundee. The were short staffed so tbere were no cups. Jad to suffer sitting down to a carry out paper cup. Not the best wayto drink coffee its not the same as a cup.

“Costa, East Port, Dunfermline. The toulet is out of order AGAIN for rhe third time in 2 months. It is absolutely unacceptable. GET A PLUMBER OUT IMMEDIATELY. The store has already lost most of its regulars and is in danger of losing more if this issue is not resolved IMMEDIATELY.”
“Awarded one star because it wouldn't allow me to review without a rating. Just called into Costa Coffe in Bowness for a drink. Whilst my colleague purchased the drinks I went to use the bathroom . What a state it was in. Blocked, smelly and water?? all over the floor. Absolutely disgraceful. When I asked the staff if I could use the upstairs bathroom because of the state of the downstairs toilet they said no it was closed off. I reported to them the state of the downstairs toilet you'd have thought I was speaking in foreign language, not one of them went to look and close it off. Total disinterest. For a holiday destination and the fact they weren't even busy, be ashamed of yourselves.”

Why does every Costa overfill a Flat White to the point it becomes a latte. Have none of the 'Barista' staff ever questioned the quality of the Flat white they give out? All other coffee outlets, pubs etc serve it in smaller cups, McDonald's has a flat white size cup! Shame on you soo called coffee experts drowning this drink into nothing but dishwasher. You might even save yourselves some expenses on the overuse of milk!”
“Very poorly made cappuccino bought at Taunton Deane services. Far too hot and very little foam. Took half an hour to be drinkable by which time all the froth had gone. Complete waste of money. Are the baristas even trained properly?”

“Hi, i just wanted to complain about one of your staff member at the Birmingham new street station named Tyne who was not only rude but abusive to me. It all started when I miss ordered cookie cream instead of coffee cream. She said ‘go to starbuks’ we don’t have a cookie cream. I told her maybe not but you don’t have to be rude. She went on to say i will do whatever i want to do. Go complain to whoever!
She was rude, loud and disrespectful. The worst customer facing person i have seen in the UK.
Please make sure that your staff are trained well.”
