Costa coffee on the A10 retail in Enfield I visited today. The cutlery and coffee cups was filthy. I had no choice but use take away cups. Toilets was very dirty too.

I ordered a hot chocolate from Costa about an hour ago and when i received my drink it was only half filled with hot chocolate and the other half was froth. Honestly i used to be a regular customer but it seems that the quality has been getting steadily worse. The food is dry and you pay double for the drinks you ordered.

I wish I could give you zero stars! I asked for small hot chocolate & semi-skimmed milk but you gave me regular with added marshmallows! That’s your way of charging more & more! Shame on you! Also the staff was rude especially the cleaning staff & lady on counter terribly messed up the order. I had no choice but to leave!

Had two cappuccinos this week both disgusting, for the money you pay it should be bang on every time, how hard can it be to make a cappuccino.

Barista ruined my costa experience. I'm a mum on maternity leave and hardly go out due lack of time. I decided to take my baby and enjoy my costa this morning. While I was placing quite large order, was served by a man, a woman called Lisa Marie came up to him and started rushing me. I didn't enjoy my drink at all and won't be coming to costa in Great Linford, Milton Keynes for sure! She was also very loud, too bossy towards that guy, such poor customer service skills Lisa Marie! Not happy at all! Anna

Terrible staff with extremely poor manners. Handing drinks out without saying a name….. other customers picking them up and handling them first. All with hair hanging down which needs a hair net ‘ Found a blue hair in my frappe most unpleasant. Poor hygiene a disgrace

My son who has autism attended the store and ordered two coffees wrong. When I entered the store and tried to explain the situation and asked for a exchange I was then met with a very rude lady who was very keen on telling me that “she has been working since this morning, doesn’t get orders wrong and doesn’t care about my son having autism” I then explained (politely) that I would only like an exchange which then led her to raising her voice at me and pointing her finger in my face. I asked to speak to the manager and of course she was the manager. I’ve left the coffee shop with a terrible experience and if the manager ever reads this I would of happily paid for the coffees I wanted. You didn’t have to go about making a scene and making my son and I feel so embarrassed.

This was our first visit to this Costa. The order was wrong, we had extras in a soya latte we didn’t want and could be against my dietary requirements. This is the worst customer service we have had even compared to London and Manchester. When my husband asked for the correct order he was told he had been grumpy because he pdidn’t say good morning. He did ask for the order and said please. The member of staff was red faced and over aggressive in talking. I challenged her attitude as over assertive and said she looked stressed. She swore at me. When I suggested she calm down. We asked for a full refund and didn’t get it. The other staff were laid back and not supportive of their colleague. An exceptional experience for the wrong reasons.

I’m a regular customer and I have seen something that I did not like at all. The blonde lady Monica was asking the clients to make good reviews just for her. And I think this isn’t fair on the rest of the team as they are all hardworking and nice.

Very bad service im waiting since morning for my table to be cleaned in dxb airport terminal 1 but 1 employee hen name is jen she asked me to wait for her until she finishes cash for client . I waited her 35 min she finished everything and disinfected cleaned my table and all the 35 min i was standing up waiting for her but she was screaming on me sayin they are only 2 and she doesn’t have time to clean my table. She said change your table if you don’t like or take towel from the kitchen and go clean it by yourself . She is very unprofessional and rude . She was screaming in a very loud voice and im a manager in the airport. What she did is very unprofessional and itself not acceptable. Always the staff here laugh together and talk loudly and they make very noisy voices where we can’t focus on our meetings.

I asked for a menu I could look at. The manager told me to use the ever changing display board. It changes so fast that it is not possible to properly read the list of drinks before it changes. I asked again for a menu card. He muttered something and demanded to know what I wanted to drink. His whole manner is that he does not enjoy the job, especially dealing with people. The lady helpers are much better. I paid by card and luckily noticed the manager had over changed me by a pound. If costa had a proper printed menu then it could contain information about the ingredients and additives in its products.... so we can make informed choices which are better for our health.

Hottest day of year 30degrees was refused water at costa team valley was told had to buy a drink to obtain water, im a regular here ive used costa daily up and down country for 20+yrs never been refused water till now, is this NEW NATIONAL COSTA/WHITBRED POLICY ??? Their are many health reasons why a customer may require water PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF this "apparantly" became costa protocol from 20 18 can only presume team valley branch is exempt from national company policy ???

We go to lakeside every sunday and I love to sit and enjoy coffee with cake Asian girl don’t know what’s her name she is just so rude It’s been 3rd time she served me and she is so rude.so today I was waiting for my order and I was thinking how rude she is 😛thankfully another girl was not as polite as me so she insulted her 😝I was happy In short be ready to get stupid environment.
