“Hub and i visit our local Costa 5 or 6 days a week for coffee and cakes, staff are friendly and attentive..
Atmosphere is mostly good when there's no noisy kids running around using it as a Crèche.
Just Lately alot of people on Laptops working and using the coffee shop as an office to use the Internet, buying one drink and hogging the best seats for long periods..can be 6 laptop users at a time, there really should be a time limit for these people..spoils it for everyone else.”
“Come here many times, the stuff is always friendly and helpful, they always cleaning the tables after customers have left. The coffee and the food is good. But I don't like it when they use always the same cloth to clean the machine where they froat the milk for the drinks. That's really a bacteria breader!”
“My favourite Costa Coffee is London Road Twickenham. Special mention for Manageress Gosha. She creates chilled atmosphere and great ambience. She is always friendly to see her customers. She makes my day every times and always serves with a big smile which makes my day. The service is outstanding. She is the best manageress by country mile. Without her the place would go downhill.

“We visited the new Costa just opened at Somerford, near Christchurch today. It’s a new, fresh store which was very pleasant as was the staff. However, it seemed to take ages waiting for the actual order. Not sure if this was because of the drive in?? Fortunately, we had time to spare but there were quite a few customers getting quite agitated by the waiting time for their orders (presumably because they were workers etc..) shame because in every other sense, the experience was good.”
“Really love visiting Costa for a treat. Being a wheelchair user always find their facilities very good. However today visited Costa at Meadowhall, sheffield my carer always has a hot chocolate tried new Kit Kat one today. did not like it at all. was bitter and left a horrible taste in mouth afterwards. Not a good choice of flavours made by costa.”

“the almond milk latte and mango/passion fruit cooler is great, in my opinion better than other places for example starbucks. the ham & cheese toasties are delicious, there’s 2 costa’s quite near me, i like the cosy decor and the staff are nice. apart from it being expensive i would recommend costa coffee.”
