“I’m a regular customer in Costa on Leytonstone (nearly to station) this wonderful store!!! So many happiness every time))) So kindly staff and very-very clean! I will recommend it to everyone!!! I’m enjoying my spending time in this store! Thank you!”

“Today at the Costa next to the Tui Manchester was excellent service Alicia was very helpful towards me and my disabled son. She assisted with the order and brought it to me whilst I took my son to the toilet ... She was absolutely great without hassle I paid n was comfortably seated. :)”

“my wife and over the last 3 weeks have started to use costa coffee for our morning coffee breaks visited beaumont leas hinckley castle st and the crescent and we have been very pleased with the products and the very good way they are doing in the cleaning and seating dsuring during andcovid 19 congratulations to all concerned all the best for the future”

“Basingstoke hospital Costa coffee.After my visit earlier in the week I was disappointed at the lack of social distancing.Couldnt have been better today,everyone keeping well apart,tables clean and I remembered to ask for a napkin. Thanks,I felt safer.”

“I have a coffee every morning at my local Costa which is located inside tesco at Harrow / London. Maria and the test of the yeam provide an excellent customer service . More importantly they always remember their local customer and get the drink even before asking . A smiley coffees always taste better and brighten up the start of the day .”

“Most of the time drive throughs prove quick and efficient, though occasionally orders are incomplete and drinks lacking in added taste or added syrups and staff seem moody and uninterested in serving the customer. However, at Costa Drive-thru in Shirley, Solihull, some of the staff seem more than willing to help and go that 'extra mile'. A big thank you to Rich and Jade and Sara (I think that's the spelling) who smile and don't gripe in front of customers. I've even recommended you to those I know who have said the same, so a BIG thanks, guys. They make their drinks how they like them to taste (thanks, Rich!).”
