“I’ve been dropping in to Costa @ The Premier Inn T5 Bath Road UB7 0EA for a number of years now and it’s always nice to be able to take a few minutes to enjoy a good coffee and a bite to eat… Today I was really pleased to be greeted by Keith who I’ve known for some time now. He not only makes one of the best “flat whites” but his politeness is 1st class…. Being greeted with a big smile makes you think that you’re being made welcome… Pkease look after this guy as he’s a great asset to Costa.”

“This is the best Costa in Northamptonshire and I have visited most of them at some time or other. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, even when they are rushed off their feet, or even have difficult customers! There is both Drive 'thru and restaurant, which includes seating inside and out. Yet, despite all the extra custom the Drive 'thru brings, the staff are still friendly and do their best to be as quick and efficient as possible. I don't know how they do it, but they do, and always with a smile on their faces. I cannot recommend Sixfields Costa Coffee highly enough, they are simply the best!”

“St Albans Costa located at the Maltings is the best place to sit and enjoy some time with friends and family. Their customer service is impeccable. Lovely friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your visit special. It’s a wonderful beverage outlet with mouth watering cakes. The price of products is affordable. When you are treating yourself, sometimes price does not matter, and when you are being treated like royalty who cares?😊”

“Costa at Thorpe Bay, Essex is fantastic. The staff are always cheerful, even when very busy or short staffed. The cappuccino and latte are of the standard expected of Costa barristers. We visit up to 5 times a week and the standard never varies.”

“Costa Ipswich. Such lovely and helpful staff at costa Ipswich, they made such a fuss over my three year old when they made her a baby chino showing her how to do the chocolate sprinkles ! They are very friendly and food and coffee is always top quality.”

“New costa at Harston Cambridge Have been there several times. Staff members are very friendly, especially like to give a big thumbs up for yesterday's customer service. I was offered free chocolates after purchasing coffee. Excellent service”

“Today at the Costa next to the Tui Manchester was excellent service Alicia was very helpful towards me and my disabled son. She assisted with the order and brought it to me whilst I took my son to the toilet ... She was absolutely great without hassle I paid n was comfortably seated. :)”

“my wife and over the last 3 weeks have started to use costa coffee for our morning coffee breaks visited beaumont leas hinckley castle st and the crescent and we have been very pleased with the products and the very good way they are doing in the cleaning and seating dsuring during andcovid 19 congratulations to all concerned all the best for the future”
