“ECCO TREDTRAY WOMEN'S BOOT
Most important, Ecco remove client's review from its website. !!!
Not ignorable
These boots have so uncomfortable, the heel cups made from very tough material (not leather) to bleed heels.
They are fashionable but absolutely not comfortable”
“I bought a shoes 2 month back from Pune store but shoes color got fade and not store person saying it's normal but before they told if there will be any issue in color we will replace the shoes”
“The gentleman in the Harrogate shop on Saturday was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he was really polite & professional but lovely with it.”
“ECCO stands by their products. I returned 10+ year old shoes when the sole literally disintegrated. An easy, prompt and cost free return that provided a $150 voucher for replacement. The new shoes have a far better sole. I own six pairs and the new Holton design a great fit and comfortable.”
“Very pathetic quality without warranty for wear & tear. The shoes of worth 20k got torn in 4 months and ECCO isn't bothered to repair it under warranty. Firstly if you are making such expensive shoes, the basic requirement is good quality. And if you can't offer good quality, better consider the wear & tear under warranty for approximately 12 months.”
“The shoes ordered online were defective. I returned them and the customer service was terrible. I asked for a replacement. After more than a month the sneakers arrived yesterday. The laces were dirty with spots and the shoes were recycled. In the past I purchased from Nordstrom and Stan’s never online. I have never had a worst experience and to think the shoes were recycled is maddening.”
“I bought a pair of shoes from the Square One mall in Canada. the new manager Indrani was very nice and pleasant. She was informative about the product and leather used to make the shoes.”
“Before my one month travel I went to ecco store and got a plain white slide in shoes what a tank shoes! I walked with it all day everyday. I used it on (ALL IN) mode since day one outa the box XD I walked in parks, mud, rain, stoney roads all over Netherlands. If you look for something Elegant/Easy to clean/Timeless & Super comfy use your money on ecco!”
“I have used Ecco golf shoes and trainers for many years. Problem with the golf shoes, which I have had before, namely that after a few wears, they stink of cats urine. I had one pair changed which I had bought from an Ecco dealer, who admitted that it was a chemical reaction Ecco were aware of. This latest pair, I bought direct from Ecco and despite several emails I can get no reaction from them other than the auto generated email receipt.
Shocking customer service.
Will not use again”
“I ordered a pair of Ecco shoes from Ecco. I got a used pair of shoes. The left shoe had a large and pronounced walking crease and the white shoe strings were filthy. Ecco will not even address my problem. No more Ecco's for me.”
“My old pair of Ecco toggle sandals I love. I would love to buy another pair , but at the high price coupled with terrible reviews, I'm not going to chance it.
And their website explains that the ' shoes are made in their very own! factories in , Third World countries.
Ok. We're they always? Doubtfully.”
“I only wear Ecco shoes however 2 problems exist namely availability
and size consistancy. It took a lot of hunting to locate a supplier with the
style and size I required. Finally I had them sent from Australia at a cost of
more than 50% of the cost of the shoes. Ecco’s sizing is inconsistant.
I use Ecco golf shoes size 45, previous sizes 44 and 45 slip on shoes which fitted perfectly and the
new size 45 slip ons which feel like a size 46.”
“It is sad to see what has happened to ECCO Shoes. The quality is non existent. The customer service is even worse as I have had ZERO response from them. I am recovering from cancer and walking is essential to my health. I have a pair ecco track 25 that literally had the sidewalls fail. It is nothing more than a thin wall of foam rubber. The tops and soles look brand new but the sides have completely come apart. NO response from ECCO! Never again will I buy or recommend like I have many times in the past!”
“Ecco shoes are absolutely the most comfortable and best supporting shoes that I have ever owned and walked in. I have tried many of the best comfort shoes and have been satisfied with some, but until I tried Ecco I had never found one that I couldn't buy enough of them. Love my Yucon. I have narrow feet and it is difficult to find shoes that are not too wide for me. Also, hard to find good shoes with arch and/or ankle support nowadays. Quality has become less common in a world of the cheap and disposable. America made was usually of reliable quality, but more difficult to find now. So gladly I recommend this brand od shoe to those who actually knew and expected quality for their money. Only down side would be that for a lot of us we consider the price expensive.”
“Ecco offered a 20 percent reduction on my next pair of shoes. I will never buy another pair of Ecco shoes again.
The sole if these sandals literally disintegrated this weekend. The shoes have had little wear. On checking online it appears that they have had this problem for years all over the world but have not taken steps the fix it.”
“Bought the goretex hiking boots for £190 in Nottingham. Really loved them - until it rained. I have worn them twice in wet conditions now and they leaked both times. Not good for walking boots - especially at this price. Shall avoid Ecco in future.”
“I hadn't worn my shoes for over a year (courtesy of COVID) and then when I put them and began walking the soles began to break apart and created a huge sticky black mess. So I took photos of the shoes and threw the shoes out. When I called the company to arrange a replacement, they were well aware of the problem (they called it hydrolysis, almost proudly), but were unwilling to make any concessions towards a replacement or discount for the purchase of a new shoe with the photos alone. They insisted on receiving the shoes.
This is by far the worst customer service that I have encountered ever.”
“I latterly walked out of my shoes with my Ecco Timberland shoes. I turned around and the sole of my shoes was all over the floor in some tar like mess. I will never buy another pair of Ecco shoes and will tell everyone I know buyer beware. The problem is Ecco will not do anything for its poor quality.”
“Terrible quality.. for goodness sake at least have some respect and make good quality footwear..two of my pairs are terrible quality , terrible unwearable workmanship”
“The shoes were different sizes and customer support was non existent. I may as well throw them in the garbage. I won’t ever buy from them again and you shouldn’t either.”
