“Diabolical customer service. The first order the flowers were shabby and not as in their picture. The other order they claimed I had put in my address incorrectly, and yodall delivered them to a neighour who refused to give them back to me. Don't use this company is my advice”

“My daughter has survived covid so I ordered a beautiful bouquet from these people. It was appalling service first of all they took it to the wrong address! Then when they eventually delivered the delivery man was so rude. The bouquet was awful nothing like I ordered and paid for which was £48. They will do nothing. They at first offered a replacement then decided they would not send one. They refuse to answer my E-mails now., It was such an important occasion - the have no compassion. they should not get away with this. But they are so sure of themselves. It is very frustrating trying to communicate with eflorist as only email available and long delays between the not very helpful replies. I know these are difficult times but this is not good service. I would like my money back.”
“Needed to cancel an order, as the recipient made last minute plans to be away and they refused to cancel, or even redirect the order to me. Kept getting very generic, copy/paste replies and no actual help to try and resolve the issue, despite giving ample time. So my friend is going to come home to rotten flowers and chocolates on her doorstep. It’s ridiculous.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering - I would never have proceeded with the order. Definitely going to stick with local florists for future orders.”

“Zero satisfaction when I complained about the size of the bouquet ordered for my mother's 91st birthday. I ordered the £24.99 MEDIUM bouquet (reduced from £34.99) and it was much smaller than the advertised bouquet. If they had indeed been charging £34.99 it would have been even worse. Do not shop here!”
“ordered what looked like a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I contacted the company as I wasn’t sure the msg on the card had been completed. I got confirmation that it was sorted and yet the flowers were delivered with a blank card, the arrangement looked cheap and didn’t resemble what I ordered. I contacted them on chat and I’ve sent two emails including photographs. I received an email to say they can’t guarantee the flowers will look the same. I accept this but not one rose instead of five with cheap flowers as fillers. I won’t use this company again unless they correct their mistake. Very disappointed.
Received a lame response similar to live chat and my emails. Will be lodging a complaint with my card provider to sort this out. This company does not want to accept responsibility for anything. If I could I’d give it no stars.”

What arrived looked nothing like the website.flowers were half dead Broken stems/ flower heads etc.and obviously hadn’t been watered for sometime.will never use such a terrible supplier again.total rip off.better going to the petrol station on your way home. I’ve emailed and sent photos but heard nothing yet.but quite frankly I’m not interested in anything they have to say.totally disheartened and very disappointed. “I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. They did not arrive. When I complained, I was told they could not trace my order. When I sent them the invoice, they claimed I had given the wrong house number, even though the invoice showed the correct one. I have sent 12 emails to sort this out and they have just sent another response asking me for the order details. I have asked for the name of the Chief Executive but just get a different name responding to me everytime.”
“Purchased a 'luxury' bouquet for £31+ 6 delivery. Reduced from £40. A boxed, unarranged bouquet nearly half the size of the image advertised was delivered, flowers battered by the free chocolates i didn't even want. After emails and numerous pictures i sent them they dismissed my expression of dissatisfaction despite me pointing out there was 30% less roses in my bouquet vs the image on their website which only shows the luxury bouquets in order to mislead buyer's. Use a high street florist if you can or buy flowers from the supermarket instead. Will never use again having been a first time user.
Their emailed responses are cut and paste as seen now in other feedback so they have no interest in customer service”
“I ordered a bouquet for a friends 60th birthday there were 12 rather cheap blooms which I could have got from the Lidl and no additional foliage. They were half dead and frankly disappointing I complained to customer service and sent a picture to basically be told they will pick up and last for 7 days. When I saw the photos of the flowers I was embarrassed to have sent them notwithstanding my daughter also sent her flowers from Moonpig got them £4.00 cheaper and they were beautiful. Avoid this company at all costs poor product and terrible customer service”

“My lovely sister in low sent to my birthday flowers and it was big surprise to me , but very sad when I received a box with flowers and inside I founded old roses and the wrapping paper looks like use and old too. When they arrived half the flowers where missing and what was there where in poor condition. I did complain only to receive a generic message telling me how to look after the flowers. I complained again with no response. Avoid at all costs.”
