I have been ordering since may 2019, still waiting for 30ml bottles to be stocked of Totally Wicked Tobacco Americana. Very disappointed. Other than that shipping has been prompt and prices are ok, but would be better if they carried the 30ml bottles of the juice that I use.

I've been happier with Electric Tobacconist in the past. This time (3rd time ordering from them) they took 4 days to deliver. I've also taken the time to fill out very positive reviews for them in hopes of receiving a coupon for my business and the time I took to give a very positive review - and received NOTHING for that. The products I received were fine but wished their service was faster and that customers received some sort of 'thank you' in the form of a coupon or store credit to loyal customers.

This company is an international company so you are charged a foreign transaction fee if your card charges this fee. Therefore, it's on YOU to verify if your card charges a fee. This brings my review down to 3 from 5 (no phone # and transaction fee being possible). They do not disclose this on their site which is ridiculous and maybe unlawful. They do not have a telephone number to call, only a Contact site email. Their telephone number is in the UK. On the plus side, their shipping is very fast and they respond to Contact Us emails very fast. Just would like full disclosure on transaction fee and have a USA phone number.

The price on the item that I wanted to purchase is a good price however I have a complaint regarding coupons codes. I went back and forth for at the very least looking for coupon codes on REDDIT, CouponBirds and several other coupon codes site and I tried 7 different coupon codes which were verified and within the expiration dates and not one, not one was accepted. Each and every coupon code that I tried from various sites were rejected. That was a huge let down, especially for a first time buyer at this particular store te. I am impressed with the customer service I received. Buying ecig products online can be sketchy and I was nervous at first. But this company took care of me and my products came at a timely basis. I highly recommend!

I have a problem with my order when I opened the pack that was sealed one of the juuls had been torn out so one was missing so I opened the other one same thing missing a juul and since I paid for 2 packs with 4 in it and missing 2 juuls you need to replace them

The Blu vape is good except for the Blueberry pods they leak!!! And you get the vape juice in your mouth.I had this issue before with another brand I got from here and they were to have given me a credit but Never got one! I don't think I will be going through t Electric vape again

The service is fast and first rate, but lately their V2 cartridges are not full of cotton filler or liquid. I don't know if they've changed suppliers or are just trying to save money, but if it continues, I'll be shopping for a new vendor for my cartridges. They cost a lot as it is and I want my money's worth.

The pods are amazing only thing I didn’t like was my first one was a blue raspberry and it kinda burnt a little and wasn’t so smooth idk if it was because it’s a brand new device and its first pod or what

I was looking for a good tobacco flavor. Bought the American Tobacco, not impressed with the flavor. I may try another, but right now my daily is Flue-cured tobacco from Juicemafia. Haven't come across anything as good in 5 years.

I ordered the strawberry flavor which is now my favorite...however I also ordered the Mint Menthol & it tastes like a cough drop. The delivery was also very slow.

Very fast shipping but I had ordered a SMOK Mico this month and it is now broken. Went to sleep woke up and went to hit it and got a bunch of juice in my mouth. I took the pod out to find out that all the juice leaked into the mico itself right to the motherboard it turns on but will not fire 🤷🏼‍♂️ brand new pod as well just filled it the night before the incident

I love this site as a whole, it offers the best prices for my needs. However, this time my order was 4 days late. Electronic tobacconist shipped the order out on time so it was probably an issue with USPS. But because of this delay I can’t rate higher than 3 stars.
