I received my order undamaged and complete. My only complaint is your shipper! They rarely update order tracking and don't send notifications for delivery. They offer no flexibility in their delivery times, they deliver only when they want to deliver. This can be difficult based on the required signature!

This is due to the PACT Act which no longer allows us to send with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. In compliance with the PACT Act, all orders must be shipped with an adult signature required as well as a valid ID upon delivery. It's also no longer possible to ship with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. On my blu nation rewards I have 11701 points and no one will show me how to apply those points when I buy from Electric Tobacconist. I spent $3000 last year and can't use my points. I cashed a bunch of them in for $5 couponds but no store would take them. What's up with all that? Can someone help me redeem my points toward my next ($300) order? God bless

The points/coupons are intended to be redeemed during the checkout process on the bluNation Marketplace website only. Tell the shipping person that they must wait until 3:00 PM to make sure I will be at home. The order for me I just ordered on Jan. 4th tell the shipping person I won't be home until 3:00 PM. #ETUSA3772386-957

Your Products take forever to recieve, I found another place that delivers by mail and their came within days. Highly upset how long yours took to get. The product its self was as expected.

The biggest complaint I have is the shipping/delivery company used. Very unreliable in my opinion. Supposedly no signature required but the tracking info indicates a attempt was made to deliver but no one available to sign. We were home on the date and time indicated. Suggest you use a more reliable service such as UPS, Fedex or the mail service.
