Shipping REAL SLOW it said 3 to 5 days...it took 17 days....then when I got it well what do you know...Got to go on LINE to see how to TURN it on and TURN it off....how to put it together......

Hey Billy! Sorry to hear about the issue with the shipping. USPS First Class mail takes anywhere from 5-7 days for delivery. It appears that your package was delivered on the 7th day after leaving our warehouse. We hope you were able to figure out how to turn your Cue vapor system on and off. Well let me say this I couldn't believe how fast I received my product it was amazing and the packing was great everything I received was in perfect condition I will be using Tobacconist for all my orders Thank you for giving me 45 year smoker with copd hope to breath again

Take too long to ship, i order Sunday night and receive my order Friday. I just think it should not take that long for such a small item.

Their prices are good and they fill orders quickly. But they are not accepting Mastercard right now which is very inconvienent for me.

My full order wasn't available, I did get a portion of the order quickly and I refunded for the items that weren't shipped promptly.

Selection is great, lots of brands to choose from and the website is easy to navigate. Costs are competitive with other online stores. What I found lacking was communication - specifically on shipping. I've ordered twice with Priority USPS shipping and did not receive the orders on time, as promised, in either case. The order did arrive, but much later then expected with Priority shipping. In both cases I received no follow up from Electric Tobacconist to indicate any delays or let me know when to expect my shipment.

We also now email you when the delivery has arrived. We hope you like these improvements. USPS Priority is very fast and reliable but sometimes the delivery times do vary. I bought FIN V-TANKS. THE BATTERIES DON'T LAST LONG ENOUGH. ALSO SEVERAL OF THE TANKS LEAKED AND HAD TO BE DISCAARDED. YOU ARE CHARGING TOO MUCH. I HAVE TO GO TO WALMART..
