“Shipping REAL SLOW it said 3 to 5 days...it took 17 days....then when I got it well what do you know...Got to go on LINE to see how to TURN it on and TURN it off....how to put it together......”

Hey Billy! Sorry to hear about the issue with the shipping. USPS First Class mail takes anywhere from 5-7 days for delivery. It appears that your package was delivered on the 7th day after leaving our warehouse. We hope you were able to figure out how to turn your Cue vapor system on and off. “Selection is great, lots of brands to choose from and the website is easy to navigate. Costs are competitive with other online stores. What I found lacking was communication - specifically on shipping. I've ordered twice with Priority USPS shipping and did not receive the orders on time, as promised, in either case. The order did arrive, but much later then expected with Priority shipping. In both cases I received no follow up from Electric Tobacconist to indicate any delays or let me know when to expect my shipment.”
