“The staff I dealt with were wonderful! So helpful and understanding. Because I'm 73 yrs old, I asked the staff person to tell the driver to give me extra time to get to the door before leaving. Both dispatcher and driver went above and beyond!”

“The Electric Tobacconist company has been great. Their customer service representatives are top notch. The delivery service, is unreliable, I never received my order. But per the agreement, I notified ET on day 40 that I hadn't received my package. After verifying I never signed for delivery, I was refunded the full amount that day.”

“I tried to order vape pods, would’ve saved a lot of money compared with retail prices. Turns out they cannot ship product to my state. Customer service people were super responsive and kind. I wish I could be a customer—very impressed with their help center!”
