“To small and poor quality”

“Although the dress was in design pretty and flattering. Material felt a little cheap but I also had to size up quite a considerable amount and even then it was a bit tight for my personal liking.”

“Sizing was very bad - I ordered a size 8 skirt and it was at least a 12/14 so I had to return. A real shame as I loved the pattern.”

“I ORDERED THE CAMOUFLAGE SLOUCH TROUSERS (6-12). POOR THIN QUALITY FOR THE PRICE AND BEING 5' 8" THEY LANDED JUST BELOW MY KNEE. FAR TOO SHORT. OBVIOUSLY NOT MADE FOR A TALLER LADY. THEY LOOKED GREAT ON A FRIEND, THOUGH NOT FOR ME. SUCH A SHAME.”

“The dress I ordered was received screwed in a ball. This resulted in the dress being very creased. The quality of the material was also very poor. I wore the dress once to work and within an hour I noticed a number of pulls in the fabric, this had been caused simply from sitting in an office chair. This is a shame as the dress was a great fit and very flattering.”

“I love Elsie's attic.... Unfortunately, 2 out of the three tops I bought have the stitching gone after One wear... I've one left to try and see if it does the same. Not cheap and would expect better. The two dresses I bought are as lovely as I had before. I am a busy person and just don't have time to be returning things. I will no doubt buy from again, but if I have the same issues, it will probably be the last time. 😔”

“This is the first time I've bought clothing from you, and will probably be the last. The dress I bought was SO see through it's unwearable (it's mid return), it shouldn't even be available. I feel horrible for the poor person who unwittingly wears this without first checking. It looked lovely in the pictture, but the reality is the material is not much heavier than tissue paper.”

“I was firstly disappointed that it took such a long time for my order to be processed & despatched. When my item did arrive it was made from very thin material & looked screwed up & very cheap, which is a shame as it looked so lovely in the pictures.”
