“Item was poor quality and arrived faulty (noticed stitching had come undone on back seam before even trying on). Disappointing first order from Elsie’s Attic. Have returned and requested refund.”

“Have previously had great service but sadly not this time. Having heard nothing for 2 weeks post purchase I emailed to ask for advice on where my order was. I was then emailed back and told there was a problem with the suppliers of one of the dresses I had ordered. They would send it on to me as soon as it arrived. I am therefore still without either dress, one of which was meant for this weekend. If I had known in advance that the dresses would not be arriving within the 2 week window I could have ordered something else. I am still looking forward to receiving my order.... fingers crossed!”

“Ordered anot item. Received an email to say the item was not up to standard so you cancelled the order yet it was back in stock 24 hours later. What disappoint a customer when you could have waited 48 hours to see if new stock was better. Very disappointing”

“Unfortunately on this occasion my order was incorrect. the dress I ordered was sent in the wrong size and I fear that size will no longer be available for an exchange. :( however, the speed of delivery was superb!”

“I was looking forward to receiving the star trousers I ordered but was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the fabric, incredibly thin and the seam stitching was showing as if the fabric was being stretched, I'm a size 10 and the trousers are supposedly 1 size, being size 8 to 18. These have been returned and I am hoping for a refund to restore my faith in the company, this is the first purchase I've made from here and wish I hadn't, should have stuck with my gut instinct to not buy off line as such.”

“Ordered trousers star material , wore for 2hrs returned although a replacement requested. Material very thin trousers had holes in seams. (I’m a size 12) . Awaiting replacement 😢”

“Absolutely love the item and wanted to keep it, however was not true to size. An oversized top was displayed on a size 12 model and fit nicely. My top was massive!!!!!”

“Wanting a review when the item hasn’t been received yet posted 30th it’s now 7th deliver note does say allow upto 7 days but no sign of it yet and today is 7th day”
