I love my new purchase but unfortunately the zip was faulty. I should have sent it back but I needed it for a certain day so I fixed the zip myself apart from the small fault I love The coatigan x

I ordered a bag I had my eye on for a while. I decided to treat myself with my bday money. I was able to order and pay for the bag, received the email to say order had been received etc etc. 2 days later I received an email saying bag was completely out of stock and not to be re-stocked. Did I want an alternative ?? If I had wanted a different bag I would have ordered it !!!!!

Love love love the items from Elsie’s attic but so does everyone else it seems as ordered items that were shown as available however then informed they weren’t. So disappointed ☹️

Unfortunately you sent me the wrong bag. I have returned it the day I received it and am now waiting on the correct bag arriving.

the bag arrived really smelly (similar to nail varnish remover), currently airing the bag, but really disappointed.

The efficiency of Elsie’s attic was great the item ordered was poor but the ability to return easily was also great The sizing was al wrong I am 5’11 size 14 and the trousers were not only shorter than expected but hardly went past my thighs... it was as if they were for children

Before I write this I must make clear that I’ve bought other things from Elsie’s Attic and been completely satisfied but I’m afriaid that this review won’t be a good one. I’d wanted a white star top and seen one at our local market but I also saw it for sale at a more expensive price in Elsie’s Attic. Thinking that the material would be better from Elsie’s Attic, I ordered one despite it being about £20 more expensive. When the top arrived I was instantly disappointed with the material and quality and I felt that the white top had a greyness to it. There was a mark on the top so I had to wash it straight away (I could tell the mark would come off). I tried it on and then noticed a small hole on the elbow. I was gutted but as I’d washed it then I wouldn’t have returned it (plus, I never really return items I’ve bought online because it’s all such a faff). I washed the top again after wearing it (thinking that I’d fix the hole on the elbow) but when I washed it it looked even more grey despite it being washed on its own. The top is now in the bin 😫

I have received an email to leave a review but i have yet to receive my order. I placed it a week ago. I had to ring yesterday to see if it had been dispatched. The only thing i have from my purchase is an email from paypal to confirm payment. No other emails or communication from Elsies Attic. I am extremely disappointed with the service so far!

Delivery and order process was good. Unfortunately when my bag arrived it smelt really odd; almost ‘fishy’. As it was a canvas bag and I desperately loved it, I washed it. Big mistake...it fell apart. The star part detached from the main body of the bag. My fault, I should have contacted the store. Sad as the bag itself is adorable.

My product arrived in an acceptable amount of time and condition however item was not what I had expected.. The jumper itself was poor quality and has no washing instructions. I had looked forward to receiving my item and I'm very disappointed as it was oversized, I'm 37 weeks pregnant so to find something that looked so pretty and was oversized on the website was a win in theory but I am totally underwhelmed and will consider this in future when looking At this website as they do have many beautiful items but appear to be of deceiving quality.

Order did not arrive within 48 hours so the following day, (day 3), I messaged to enquire about tracking details. I was eventually advised the NEXT day, despite my message being read on that day, that my order had actually not been sent, despite the fact I had received dispatch emails. I phoned customer services because the messaging system was taking so long. I was told there was a fault with one of the items & they had decided to wait for stock, however, the item then went out of stock. All of this without informing me. I said that was unacceptable. I was offered the same item in an alternative colour. I accepted, asked for my delivery charge of £3.99 to be refunded & for my order to be sent out as a priority, free of delivery charges. This was done & I received my items the next day. So although it ended well, I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I hadn't chased it up? Would I still be waiting for my original order to turn up? So I would say communication from your end is an issue. Once I made contact with YOU things moved swiftly. I would be wary about ordering again, seems unorganised & a general lack of communication or even thought for your customers.

Service is fast and easy , unfortunately I will be returning this dress as it is not the shape I expected ( different from photo) previous purchases have been perfect.

i brought a top online, that admittedly said one size fits 10 - 20 (or something similar) and it made me look like i was wearing a tent (i'm a 14) and it would have drowned my friend who is a size 18. which is a shame as i liked the sparkly star.

Customer service was good, quick delivery but the sizes were unwearable. I am a 12/14 but the trousers which should fit up to a 16 were too tight, the cowl top was too long and too wide. It swamped me which was disappointing as it looked gorgeous in the photo. I have sadly returned them for a refund.

You have no confirmation email or order tracking service. I have no idea when and if my item will arrive, not even a predicted date. This email asking for a review of my purchase is the only acknowledgment that I’ve even shopped with you. I can’t comment on the item yet as it still hasn’t arrived
