“Recently purchased the Mustard floral slouch trousers and denim embroidered slough top. Poor quality materials and stitching for the prices they are charging. Can’t really call the shirt Denim as it’s more like sarong. Can’t even return it as I’ve read their T&C and it has to be in the clear plastic bag and I’ve thrown all packaging away because of how I opened it. All together disappointing as there stuff looks great in their advertising.”

“I ordered three items. Each were lovely quality and looked very nice. However, one I could barely get on and it was meant to be plus. The other was a 16 and again very tight. The third item was ok. So I was a bit disappointed.”

“Firstly I've never written a negative review about any business. Delivery on items is beyond slow.... 10 days. I received my latest order yesterday... Star slouch joggers/pants. The smell of said item was awful. Smelt like fish. I've now washed them twice and they are fine. Didn't bother to complain directly to them as I never receive a reply from them. Sorry to be negative.”

“It’s my first purchase and I had no idea the items I purchased are on “pre order”. Two weeks on I still have no delivery and no idea of when to expect the items. Only discovered the status as a result of me contacting them. Pretty disappointed with my first experience, particularly after checking so many rave reviews siting “quick delivery”.”

“I ordered two casual maxi dresses, one was stripey and one with butterfly's. Both stated sizes 8 to 20. The butterfly dress is lovely but the fit of the stripey one is not the same size it's a lot smaller. I'm a 14 to 16 and it does not fit well in the bust area. Both dresses have stiching down the front that looked pulled even before trying on. Having spent £40 odd for the two dresses I was really disappointed with the quality. I guess you don't know what clothes are like until you buy from an online shop but I don't think I'll be returning. Its a shame because the clothes look lovely online.”

“I unfortunately found the items not good quality. On the first time on wearing the trousers, pulling them up to adjust I tore the fabric because it is so thin. The dress is lovely however because I have a large bust it is too small. I will be returned both of the items.”

“The item I purchased was not as pictured. It was layered over another top but this was not made clear. When I queried it there was no admission of it being misleading. I’ve returned it but I’m disappointed with the response really 😞”

“These looked great on the photos- and with them being a size 10-16 I thought they would make good post-maternity pants for the summer. Unfortunately they arrived and there was a hole in them. The material is quite thin and if you are on the larger side of 10-16, not very flattering.”

“I bought the camouflage cotton trousers in grey. They are far shorter than they appear in the photo (especially when rolled up twice like on the model). They fit more like 3/4 length trousers. Unfortunately I left it too late to return them.”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of the dress, the stiching on the hem was uneven and poor quality. I have returned this. Also found it alot shorter than expected, I am 5'9". The trousers were nice but too tight a fit.”
