“Very disappointed with the fit of the dress, I am normally size 8-10 so ordered a 10, I couldn’t even zip it up. I wouldn’t even think to order a size 12 just in case! I’m now dressless for this weekends wedding and out of pocket because I have to send it back and pay for it’s return! Gutted”

“Unfortunately as soon as I opened the parcel I knew it was not as nice as it looked in the picture. It did not hang well and I must be about the same size as the girl modelling it. It felt and looked cheap - like something you would pay £10 for out of Primark - I don’t shop in shops like that, so definitely not for me. My partner burst out laughing and said ‘I hope you’re sending that back, it’s awful’ and he never pays attention to anything I wear! Sorry for the scathing review, but I feel a bit annyoyed because I spent £3.99 for delivery and £3.95 to return it and that would be fine if it was just not to my taste (which is what I stated on my return slip) but the real reason is that I found it to be poor quality and not worth £25!”

“I was disappointed in the quality of the dress that i ordered. The bottom was not hemmed, just overlooked. And the elasticated frill cuffs made the dress look cheap. I would also be put off ordering from the site again by the fact that you have to pay for postage to receive and return goods- so it essentially cost me £8 just to try on a dress!!!”

“I was promised 1-2 days delivery, but unfortunately it arrived after 4 days. I understand they were busy but I would have appreciated a note on the order confirmation to explain otherwise. I paid almost £70 for my dress and wasn’t happy with the quality of the material.”

“The maxi dresses are such poor quality it looked like I’d put a large dishcloth on - certainly not worth the amount paid I’m afraid - have already returned them - shame as I was hoping they’d look nice and chilled”

“Parcel took a while to arrive. I ordered a dress and it has a big dirty mark on it. This is so frustrating I am 8 months pregnant and do not have the energy to return the item. I just wanted a big dress to fit my bump into!”

“My two kimonos arrived and i loved them . Unfortunately after a few hours of wearing the dangly bits were falling off all over the house . The next day I tried the white one and that was exactly the same . They look lovely but not impressed and wondering how long they will still look wearable for”
