“I ordered a coatigan,it looked lovely and was very flattering but I found the material very itchy so had to send it back. I think the item is a little overpriced but had it not been itchy I would of kept it regardless for its flattering cut . Elsies attic were extremely quick in replying to emails and to refunding me,it was all very easy and straight forward.”

“I ordered a grey star tote bag. It’s a perfect size for my needs. However unfortunately it is faulty and I am awaiting my replacement. I received an email response very quickly when I got in touch and feel that my needs have been dealt with very well. Unfortunately not every item is perfect every time and this time it was my item. I’ve ordered from Elsie’s attic before and will do so again.”

“I love my Coatigan! I am a size 20 but am 7 months pregnant so wasn't sure if the 18-22 coatigan would fit, but it does! It fits lovely! It's very warm and cosy - just what I need for Autumn and Winter! I dropped to 4 stars purely because of the lack of confirmation after ordering and the time it took to arrive - sorry!”
