“I purchased both my items a month ago still no updates on their tracking still according to the tracking they haven't even left the USA let alone on its wat to Australia, customer service is a joke saying there is not an issue continue to wait to a given date then when that date comes and goes with no change on tracking told to wait again ,I wish I had never heard of this rubbish lieing company ,never ever again just hoping PayPal get my money back ,avoid these people at all costs”

“I have been ordering from this company for many years now, spending thousands of dollars throughout the years. I recently placed an order in July 2022 for merchandise over $200 worth. The items according to Fashion Nova were delivered. I was at my home the day of the delivery and I did not receive my package. I received other packages but not Fashion Novas package. I immediately reached put to their customer service and they responded stating they are not responsible for stolen merchandise and that I should file a police report. This is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Horrible customer service! I feel scammed and robbed of my hard earned money.”

“Horrible customer service refuse to send my other heel after sending me two right shoes. Told me I’m over the damage deadline the items are not damage they sent me two of the same heels. Never worn I also hate that they never give you your money back only a gift card. What if I don’t want to shop with the company any more!”

“I would give FN -1 stars. I ordered items from FN 3 weeks ago and I never received sandals I ordered. I tried contacting them and they don’t answer their phone because they only do emailed customer service. I tried contacting them 3 separate times and I still have not received a response from them. I will never order from them again. I will be contacting the FTC. This isn’t right!”

“Expedited shipping is an absolute scam. Ordered on a Monday and was told it would be here by Thursday. Today is Thursday and it’s just now getting sent to distribution center. Don’t advertise for something u don’t have!!”

“I ordered some items on the 3rd of June and the estimated delivery was 21st of June.Had bought for my birthday only to be sent a message on the 28th that the items had been delivered.Didnt receive any items and not even the tracking number was working the whole time.Itried contacting fashion nova only for them to tell me that reporting the same issue several times was not going to resolve anything.THAT WAS 100EUROS!!!!!first and the last time buying from fashion nova”

“I don't want to give them a star but I had to pick one to write the review. I ordered on 4/25/22 I have not received my order. I emailed them and got a respond that they do not have a resolution for me meaning they aren't going to refund me my $123.03. So I lost out on $123.03 without receiving my merchandise! I was being patient because I understand everyone is short staff. This is not right that they have done this to a lot of customers!!”

“If you don’t receive or are missing some items from your order don’t expect to get a response from them. I ordered a shirt set and never received the shorts. I contacted them twice and have yet to get a response. A week is enough time to have been able to respond. I will not be ordering anything from this business again.”

“I ordered clothing items from Fashion Nova on June 22, 2022 with a credit that I had received. I used the rush shipping method so it should have arrived June 24th. It was shipped but has been sitting at one of the FEDEX facilities since the 24th. I called FEDEX and they tried to locate the package but told me its lost and I should contact the shipper. I have contacted them and all they sent was a$10 credit. My order was $108.00. I am contacting the FTC and BBB, today. Just like someone else stated we all need to do the same. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and this is my first negative encounter but also my last. They need to improve their customer service.”

“Fashionnova’s courier services claims l signed for a package which l never received till date. Sent fashionnova an email and they didn’t care for it basically told me they didn’t care coz they have evidence but what if the driver really didn’t leave my package? I was so excited bwt my package mostly lve lost money and l will never shop from y’all again!”

“I've ordered from them about 3 times now. I will say: if you don't live in the States, I do not recommend as their return policy is absolute garbage (they don't cover return shipping for international orders). Bought $500 worth of items, wanted to return 4 that didn't fit for about $128-ish and shipping from Canada back to them cost at least $58-60 so in the end, I'm getting roughly $60 back. The cost benefit wasn't worth it for me this time. Sizes are hit and miss unless you have a BBL/model body type. I def. will not bother ordering from them again.”

“HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY, I am addicted to fashion nova. PLEASE READ the reviews on items. I usually wear between a L or XL, so if you read the review and it says size up or down I do. Yes I have sent items back but I get a credit within 4 to 5 days and I order again. If the order is pass the time if you expedite it Fashion Nova has given me a gift card for credit. NOT DISAPPOINTED at all but you have to read reviews. I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ON EVERYTHING I BUY FROM Fashion Nova.”

“I have order from fashion nova several times. At first I got my order on time. Now when you order from fashion nova. You do not get your order. I get married this week. I order a pair of purple shoes for my wedding. I have not received them. I tracked my order. Fashionnova use laser shipping . Laser ship rating is 1.3. They delay my order. They had my order for one week. I call them and they wanted me to call fashionnova. You cannot get in touch with fashionnova . I lost my money, time and patience. I like fashionnova clothes but they need another shipping method. Who ever received my package I hope they like it because they didn’t have to pay. My sister order a dress from them . She received it two months later. I will never order from them again.”
