I have order a black pants on april,2019 I have wear the pants two times the seams on both side of the pants the material has a stripe from top to the bottom like the elastic from the material is coming out,I send them a message they told me they were very sorry but I should send it back the second day of the delivery,they very stupid how in the world, I'm going to send it when that happen after.they dont care about your opinion or the customer,I will never buy anything from them

Recently placed a large order ! Received one pair of jeans from the entire order. Was charged for everything else and still haven’t been refunded ! When I called to ask for reason. A clueless Adrianna couldn’t explained what happened. Her excuse was “ you know technology can be the worst sometimes” It was an error in their part and never received any emails. They have the clothes in stock and can’t reship . Missed out on the sales and clothes that I was depending on for vacation. Customer service sucks when asked to speak to a supervisor She was giving me any excuse to not put anyone on. Horrible stay away ! After all I’ve heard from friends I decided to give them a try really wished I didn’t !!!!

first of all the reviews on their website are only positive. i’ve posted a bad review for a particular item before and it was never posted. so they’re not letting you see real reviews on the product. their sizes are VERY inconsistent. i once reordered a dress 3 times because my normal size, small, was WAY too small. i reordered all the way up to a large and it still barely fit. this time i ordered five dresses all in small. 2/5 fit. two of them would be a xxsmall in normal brands. absolutely ridiculous.

Worst experience shopping online ever. I used apple pay to make my purchase and I was not prompted to add a promo code. After I realized that, I sent an email within 30 minutes of my purchase asking if I could add the promo code and I was denied. I asked if I could return the items and repurchase them so I could use the promo and I was told that I could only get store credit. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered from FN two pair of jeans, I paied for them but never received. Iam from Europe. If you order under the 140 Euros (aprox.165 Dollars) than your order if free of any additional TAX and costs. However I received an e mail from some British logistic company with information that they are holding my package and asked me to pay extra money for delivery. Fashion Nova is sending their goods to Europe through this GLOBAL FREIGHT SYSTEMS LTD company. I am not the only one who was cheated this way, please check on google reviews, type GLOBAL FREIGHT SYSTEMS and you will see the same stories in reviews of many people who payed twice for their goods and never received it. It is a shame that Fashion Nova cooperates with such a non creditable delivery company. This happens in many Europe states. So my advice is : If you are from Europe, do not order from Fashionnova because you will loose your money and you will never get your order.

I had purchased some clothes from FashionNova.com. When I had received my order, I had just came back from a vacation and only opened the package today, July 3, 2019. When I tried on the clothes I noticed white splotches on one of the jeans. These splotches had been t there prior to me opening the packaging. When I had emailed the Fashion Nova customer service, they had emailed me back stating that there is a two day policy to get anything done about a damaged product. I was vacation and only got to open my package today. Also, I spent my money on these jeans and they arrived damaged. How is this my fault. Fashion Nova has these ridiculous policies that are meant to curve every complaint they get. It is their responsibility to ensure that their products are sent out in perfect condition and when it’s not, it is there duty to resolve the issue and practice good customer service.

Scam, your money for a return is not refunded Not worth a star, following an order placed at FASHION NOVA, after paying 30 CHF for a return of 500 grams of merchandise, the return is not refundable in full, they recalculate each item returned at half price, for a refund on a good gift! Pay attention, buy no! THE MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT CORRECT, SO YOU MUST RETURN THE ARTICLES AS THEY ARE TOO LARGE, THE MERCHANDISE THAT YOU COME TO RETURN IT WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED !!!!

Returned items were not acknowledged via email or otherwise. Separately, was informed of a policy that a payment method could not be changed after an order was placed even immediately after submitting regardless of whether the goods were shipped yet or not. Very problematic and not customer oriented.

Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Their policies are completely unethical. Even if you placed an order in error and tried to cancel it one minute later they will not allow you to do so this is ripping people off to say the least.

let me tell you what they did! i was overcharged $10 more to my card! plus i tried to contact them they would not responde! when i got the order i had to pay another $28 to DHL when i already paid $8 to fashion nova! they said nothing about extra charge! asked to return they said you have to pay for extra for shipping to send it back plus would not let me exchange anything!!!! Please don't waste time or money on them!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA! I've had so many issues with them from them sending items with stains to items not being stocked after they've taken my money to items nor being shipped in a timely manner and lastly having issues with their sizing guide! Customer service doesn't really help. They just juggle you around between representatives. I just hate that I decided to give them a try again and again

This is a scam company. If you need to return an item, they won't refund your money, just give you store credit. Then when it comes to starting the process of actually doing the return, they want to charge you $9.99 to print a shipping label and it has to be through UPS. The US Postal Service is cheaper and more convenient to use. So they are probably getting kick backs from UPS for doing things this way. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

I finally gave in to my first online clothes shopping experience. Ordered the jeans, I had been eyeing and took the plunge. Jeans arrived and they didn't fit, no problem, I will return it and figure out what my size is. I paid for my return and when I received my gift card refund, it was for half the amount I paid. I reached out to customer service and they said the jeans were damaged. I had tried on the jeans only to get them up partially and took them off and put them right back in the bag it came in. I will not be ordering from them again.

Customer service is horrible. they have NONE. i am surprised that #CardiB would promote this clothing line as i see her as a no nonsense or BS kind of women. You have to pay for returning items even if it because of horrible costumer service and false advertisment. They change there sales so fast you actually lose more money when you think your getting the best deal. i ordered twice from them promising overnight or priority shipping but it has been 5 days and i still have not received anything. on top of that they will not accommodate or credit anything to my account. they are very satisfied with how unpleased i am and sent me information to return instead of finding a resolution to satisfy my complaint. i am hoping another company will pick up fashionova line and take it to a better place but whatever is going on right now is horrible and by what i see with the high complaints on low ratings i dont see this company lasting much longer. if you can wait weeks for your clothes go for the cheap stuff most of their things are cheap material anyways. the only thing that works are the jeans for the fitting but even then the jeans are very thin. Good luck who ever tries them out.
