“I have been shopping at Fashion Nova for years; long before all of the celebrity endorsements. Over the past year fashion nova has become very tacking, in the quality of their clothing and in their customer service. I have received dirty clothing, clothing with tears and strings hanging, and clothing that have not been sewn correctly. I have spent thousands of dollars with them, even turning other people on to them. However, at this point, I think it's time for me to take my business elsewhere.”

“I will never order from fashion nova ever again I bought shoes from them the shoes were too small I was told by a fashion nova representative to return them and i wasnt getting a refund they were going to send me a coupon code and I could pick a bigger size shoe later to my surprise they are making me pay an extra shipping fee on top of the two shipping fees I've already paid I will never order from fashion nova ever again”

“I ordered 3 dresses from fashion Nova and 1 of the dresses was ripped!!!! This is ridiculous!! It’s. A global company! & they are sending damaged items to their customers? Now they will issue credit but of course I don’t want the credit cause I’m not purchasing from this website again! They should refund our money back!!!!!”

“I just want to start by saying I order from Fashion Nova a lot. I like their clothes but I have had some bad experiences. I once received to left boots, I emailed them and they asked me for pics. I sent them pics and never heard back from them. I still have two left boots I can't wear. They cost me 49.99, I believe. I also once received a bodysuit with a huge hole on the side, it cost me a little over 20 bucks. I didn't even bother to email them. I just ordered another and that one came in fine. The other issue I have, I noticed my orders take long to process than what they state on their website. They just sent me an email letting me know that the last order I placed is taking longer to process AGAIN. I usually order from at least twice a month. I think I am just going to stop! ORDER DELAYED Due to delays in our warehouse, we are still putting the finishing touches on your order. We’re as excited for you to receive your order as you are! While we don’t have an estimated ship date for you yet, we will be dispatching your order and sending you a tracking number ASAP. If you’d rather not wait any longer and would like to cancel your order for a refund or gift card, please click here and we will make every effort to cancel your order. Please note that we are unable ro cancel orders that are already in the process of being shipped. Of course, if you want to wait for your order, you don’t need to do anything. While we do not anticipate a significant delay, we will be monitoring your order - and if it doesn’t ship within 10 days of your original order date (and you don’t cancel prior to shipment), we will automatically cancel and issue a refund to your original form of payment.”

“Whenever I thought fashion nova cannot add any more to their collection, they always generates more and surprises me with more pieces. New items are added every week and there's always something to add to bag. I love how easy everything can be processed. Great shop.”

“I'm just gonna say, fashionnova has on of the most fantastic services online. I recently ordered a pair of jeans that was sadly out of stock, so I tried contacting the customer services and they told me they'll get back to me as soon as possible. They found one although it's of a different color. Nonetheless, I took it! Great shop.”

“As a dancer, I look for dance clothes that make me feel more confident and that are comfortable to wear. The ones I have are kind of expensive and I'm looking for a cheaper set with good quality of clothing. Fashion NOVA is an answered prayer for me. Love, love their dance clothes - they're cheaper yet very comfortable, and the transactions are quick.”
