For UK buyers , if you buy from fashion nova ,please be aware you will be ask to pay custom fees . Fashion nova does not state this on the website . So if you don’t pay , you won’t get your order plus you will have to pay for the fee for your order to be return to them . Also if your order is late , it it probably been held by the custom. Fashion nova won’t update you about this . You will never know what’s happening with your order unless you ask them . Cause they won’t update you ....or the tracking info. Also they won’t apologise for their poor customer service...so be aware

for starters they DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. Second I referred a roommate and he spent over $100 dollars on their website and I was suppose to receive $30 for that. It never came because we have the same shipping address and that's not allowed. Where does it say that sharing a shipping address isn't allowed? I emailed them and every time i respond to the email someone new emails me back and keeps saying the same thing. They need better customer service for sure....

If you have had problems with your order when ordering to the Uk or Europe this may help you. After waiting 2 weeks for my delivery (sometimes normal waiting time) I received an email from 'Global Freight Systems' asking me to pay a fee for duties and taxes. I was hesitant to pay this and at first thought it was a fraud company so I ignored it. I did email Fashion Nova about it but they didn't say anything about GFS and just said it can take up to 30 days to receive my package so I carried on waiting. 30 days had now past by and still no package so I emailed FN again and the send me an affidavit form to fill out so they can investigate where my package was. The next day they let me know it was with 'Global Freight Systems Ltd' they were awaiting my payment for the duties and taxes. She sent me a new tracking number along with a link to the website which is: https://globalfreightsystems.co.uk/PaymentService/MakePayment So now I knew it was legit (despite all the reviews saying its a fake company, it isn't). It also states on their website that they work with some companies including FN and they had a right to charge duties and taxes for some packages coming from abroad, it also states that FN does not mention this on their website or delivery info (hence why so many people are angry and don't know whats going on with their order). I paid the fee that day and each day I checked on Yodel to track my order but each day it said 'Your parcel will be with us soon' Until the 7th business day it said it would arrive that day and I was able to track it the whole day until it arrived. So I received my order after 5 weeks. Finally! I hope this helps some of you and I really think FN should make some changes to their website so UK and European customers know to expect other fee's (Everyone who has had this problem should email FN asking them to state that we may have to pay more fees)! Otherwise they will carry on doing what they are doing,, Its not fair, they are a multimillion dollar company, their customers have the right to know!! So after this long frustrating wait I am very happy with my clothes but due to this frustration I won't be ordering from FN again. Shame as I loved their range so much! Im sure I'm not the only customer they are losing due to this. Time to make some changes FN and notify your valued customers on your website!

Terrible service and email responses from the fashionnova team seemed automated or completely unhelpful. Ordered my clothes 13th april and they are apparently still in transit to yodel and its not going to arrive by the looks of it even though i have sent 10+ emails to them trying to sort out the issue. Never ordering from them again

I purchased a dress from this company that was 44 USD. Initially, I paid less because I had some discount coupons. Unfortunately, someone at this company was not using their head at all. Instead of using the amount I paid for being 24 USD, they mentioned the 44 USD. That is 20 USD more. For that reason, I had to pay customs worth something like 25 USD. Now customs does not want to give me my money back after telling and showing them that I paid less for the dress. I have the evidence that I paid less and no customs costs should have been charged. If only Fashion Nova mentioned the correct amount, I did not have to pay customs of almost 25 USD. Therefore, Fashion Nova should pay me my money back or give me a discount of the same amount I paid to customs in the Netherlands. This is their fault for not mentioning the correct amount. Just to be clear, I did not get a refund yet.

Sizes are way off. They will only give you a gift card back to their store. Quality is terrible. Had to pay for shipping to return.

So I went to the Fashion Nova site, because I had a $15 credit from a previous order,Of course I went straight to the “sale” section. I bought 3 pairs of jeans and 4 sweaters and 1 short sleeve shirt, I ended up paying $105 bucks, and I am SUPER satisfied with my purchase! I am a curvy woman and EVERYTHING has mostly spandex in it so they were super stretchy. I was smart enough to order a size up in case I needed to wash and dry to get the correct size and that proved to help. The jeans are thick and of good quality, for $19.99, I thought this was a great deal! The jeans were actually NOT a sale item but were still $19.99… Great quality for the price. My only complaint was that they advertised a 50% off code, but when applied it seemed to only give me about 30%… They had several savings codes swirling around…it took about 4-5 days to receive my order, and I was lucky to love everything piece so I had no need to use customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to express my pleasurable review!!

I wrote a review previously Im not sure how they got a three stars rating from me but if I could give 0 I would.... I hate fashion nova and I have canceled them. I tried to get my money back for an order and they just won't respond to my queries. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH FASHION NOVA!

Horrible horrible horrible..... I would NEVER order from them again. First they took my money... The package was sent back to them they never acknowledged receiving my package and would not respond to any of my messages. Stupid me gave them another chance this time I got my package with items missing. In addition I got many items that were not fashion Nova branded....I'm over fashion Nova. I will save up and buy from companies with integrity. Cheap is not always good. Customer service is garbage and they ignore you completely.

I purchased a gift card for my sisters birthday and they said they couldn’t fill the order. Wtf! It’s a gift card! Never got my money back either. No email response or phone call. Fraudulent company. Do not shop here. Report them to your credit card company so they will lose credit card privileges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SEND INCORRECT ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN THEIR SALE SECTION (THE ONES THAT THEY CANT GET RID OF ONLINE), THEY WILL SEND TO YOU BY “ACCIDENT” AND IF YOU DONT REPORT THE ITEMS WITHIN 48 HOURS (for ex: if you are out of town and can’t check the mail in time) THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE( even if it was their fault for packing the wrong items in the first place). THEY WONT EVEN CREDIT YOU IN A GIFT CARD FORM OR SEND YOU THE ORIGINAL ITEMS YOU ORDERED. Report them to “Better business bureau”. Fashion Nova is a shady company. I am writing this to warn others from getting their money taken from them.

This is possibly the worst company known to man-kind! They forgot to ship me an item that I purchased. They only gave me a store credit back for the item the THEY forgot to ship and told me I needed to reorder it...hence I would have to pay a different sale price AND pay shipping unless I wanted to spend another $75. They only can be contacted via email (which I now understand because they have the worlds worst customer service and their phones would be ringing off the hook). They eventually told me that they would issue a refund for the item back to my card, which I never did receive after countless emails back and forth. It became such a headache that I just cut my losses and decided It was a lesson learned! NEVER shop Fashion Nova. EVER! If I could give them anything lower than 1 star, I would.

Horrible customer service. They sent me an incorrect item and when I called to have the correct item shipped, that item was sold out and they only wanted to issue me a refund if I sent the incorrect item back. It’s unfortunate that they would allow a customer to pay for the shipping fee when it was their mistake that they sent me incorrect items that I did not order. Ridiculous.

Never received my package Very bad service of shipping to Europe. I have never receive my package, as the shipping company Global Freight System first said me to pay 18 pounds more for the customs, but you just cant pay because their system doesnt work not online, not via bank, so the parcel couldnt be shipped. And the shipping company never ever respond neither on messages, neither on calls. And of course I cant refund my purchase. As said Fashion Nova they dont take responsibilities for shipping company, but the do have a responsibility to choose the right company. Worst service ever. Will never choose this fashion retailer again.

This is by far the worst company ever. The size doesnt match order. Quality of the material??? Baaaad! Plastic looking non fitting clothesline. Cheap laces and once you pay, your money is gone🤐🤐🤐🤐

I made 2 orders from the U.K and Fashion nova lied that they shipped and i should contact my courrier Yodel i have been in touch with yodel many times and they have told me fashion nova sent a pre shipment form only but not the actual order. its almost 2 months now like how the hell do you take people's money and lie about shipping their items when you didn't and when asked you keep lying some more? 2 orders really if it was one i would have said mistake but reading the reviews it seems us international customers are being scammed more and are seen as easy targets as we live far. My advice to anyone is STAY AWAY or if you have to shop use Paypal otherwise you will not get your items and they will never refund. Plus the customer service is terrible they just send generic emails with useless codes...WE WANT OUR ORDERS OR REFUNDS @FASHIONNOVA!

RIP OFF MERCHANTS !!!! AVOID FASHION NOVA LIKE THE PLAGUE FOR YOUWILL GET SCAMMED!!! I ordered items almost 3 weeks ago. These fools did not have the decency to tell me tbe truth when I asked about my items. Oooh it's still in transit. Someone finally confirmed my items were lost in transit. Came time for the a refund. I got told i would be getting sore credit as they are a credit based company. I call BS!!!! if you are able top take payment via PayPal you should be able to refund the same way Fashion Nova, stop ripping your customers off. I will be pursuing a full refund you best believe it. AS I SAID DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

BEWARE EVERYBODY ORDERING FROM EUROPE! They have this new scam you pay shipping (while ordering) plus additional custom duties at your door when the package arrives. I ordered normal shipping but they automatically put express which I couldn’t change nor ask for since it’s more expensive. I had to pay 28 euros of customs duties in cash at my door, in addition to 19 euros for shipping. Almost the same amount my two outfits cost. And the clothes are made in China so beware! It’s cheap/poor quality! Fashionnova are a bunch of scammers, it’s a disgrace! I will never order from this website again.
