“Fashion nova has a return site that i placed my email my item number paid my money 7.99 and 9.99 tried to print my return packing label and the label does not print. No there is nothing wrong with my printer because i went to work and tried to print and the label wont print FN i cant believe you guys are scamming consumers this way, this is WRONG, no in order to return i have to go to UPS and repay again, YOU GUYS ARE LOW DOWN.”

“This is my first time ever shopping with Fashion Nova and this have by far been the worst experience ever !!! My items “says” they were shipped but I NEVER received them. I contacted Fashion Nova via email and the representative was so rude. He had NO compassion. I told yo contact UPS and file a claim and that was it!. If you have any problems you have to communicate via email there is NO live person or number for you to speak to someone. I lost out on almost 200 dollars. I am so upset! All I want is my money back and they won’t even do that! NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!! Stay far away from this place.”

“I have been purchasing items from Fashion Nova since the very beginning. Never had an issue until September 2019. I ordered a dress and a few bodysuits for an event. When the clothing arrived they smelled like paint thinner, fish, and vinegar. I sent an email to customer service and they asked me to send a picture of the items. I was thinking it's weird since you can't smell them through a picture. They then sent me an E-gift card to replace the items. Well I received my replacement September 30, 2019 and it's the same smell but even stronger. I can't wear these clothes smelling toxic. I reached out to customer service again and was told they can't return my money. I read the policy, however, all the clothes that are being sent smell. There should be an exception made. They have just lost a pretty loyal costumer.”

“Product was late despite paying for the quickest shipping option available. Requested a refund and was given a gift card. Refuse to use gift card cause none of the items even fit properly (small was way too big for tops and pants just gave mad camel toe due to the amount of extra fabric around the groin. Super unflattering) and they do not match the patterns on the online store (ie they are knock offs of lesser quality) . Frankly, a scam”

“After i shipped my clothes for return, i found out 2 weeks after that items that end with .00, .96, .97, and .98 is final sale (nonrefundable). I spent 75 dollars and only gotten back 40 dollars. They only do store credit back. Overnight shipping was delayed for a whole week. I paid 15 for the overnight shipping. This didn't happen once but twice. Their clothes isn't worth the hype. The jeans are ight, nothing special. I'll just stick to leggings.”

“I really enjoy wearing their clothes, but their return policy especially for damage items is pretty less than substandard. My boyfriend bought a vest, tried it on and liked it. So he pulled the tags off. Later that day he stuck his hand in one of the pockets and found a HUGE hole. Seeing as though this package was delivered five days ago, I thought it was only appropriate to reach out to the company and perhaps they can send me an undamaged item. Instead, they give me this ridiculous answer stating damaged items have to be returned within two days. PLEASE DO NOT assume a quality product before inspecting fashion nova’s clothes throughly. They don’t care to take ownership for their damaged clothes they send to your doorstep.”

“purchasing from fashion nova is equally as throwing away your money, bc they only can give you store credit if you return and their clothings are shitty and so much worse than you look from their website. same size can turn out much smaller or bigger, plus you have to pay the return shipping cost by yourself. like once you paid, you can never get your money back but be forced to buy other shitty cloths instead by their store credit, plus you lose money to return the shitty products as well! I am sorry I cant recommend ppl to buy from fashion nova! unless they can refund your real money at least.”

“THEY LITERALLY DONT WORK WITH YOU. I really did love the clothes I got... however some items were way too big for me.. even after ordering size smalls Im trying to return the items to get XS or different clothes. But apparently cause I got it on a sale I will only get half that money back in STORE CREDIT like just give me my freaking money.. plus I have to pay to ship it back. The clothes are so nice and I love em but the shipping process is literally the worst it doesn’t make it worth it if you order and it doesn’t fit cause they honestly won’t care or even try to help you.”

“I ordered 4 products, and 2 showed up. I paid in full for all of them, but when I called the customer service representative told me I had two options: accept CREDIT only to be used on the Fashion Nova website for my lost items, or file a claim with could take 30 days. So beyond disappointed with this whole experience. Would not recommend at ALL”

“The business certainly doesn’t go out of their way to help their customers who have issues with their purchases. I bought a pair of jeans (I’ve previously bought many pairs of jeans from Fashion Nova this size) that didn’t fit at all, the waist was absolutely huge, like it was a pair of maternity jeans and were clearly faulty. They were $15 USD. To post them back (from Australia) would have cost me another $15, on top of that they only issue store credit, so if I was to send them back to replace them with an non faulty pair, I’d be made to pay for shipping both ways and end up being out of pocket $30 USD for a mistake made by Fashion Nova. I emailed them about this and was told that I had to pay, they wouldn’t cover postage costs or refund me.”

“Although their shipping to Australia was impressive, it was a total scam! Their sizing charts are completely off, I even measured myself exactly and got other people to measure me - all coming out with the same numbers. I even ordered in a size up, still too small. I wanted to return, only to find out I can't exchange for bigger sizes and that I have to pay $17 and up for shipping to get STORE CREDIT? I then proceed to write a bad 1 star review on the dress i ordered, I get an email saying its posted and then come to find THEY DELETED THE REVIEW. I then proceed to email THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD and get two automatic emails saying the same thing but then contradicting themselves with the exchanges. I want a refund, not store credit of $100 to buy shitty over priced clothing. Their "easy returns"is a complete lie. Don't buy from fashion nova, it's a total scam full of money hungry stealers.”

“Try everything on as soon as you get it! I mad the mistake of getting my package on a Monday night and now this morning I tried on one of the shirts and there’s a big whole in it! Turns out the damaged item refund only works two days after you get your package... this is ridiculous and I’m disappointed. Thanks for taking my money fashion nova”

“Worst online retailer ever. I purchased items and never received them. I was told to contact UPS and pick up the issue with them...who says that. Any other store would research the issue and then replace all lost items. NEVER SHOP HERE!”

“I never received my order or my money back. Keep giving me the run around. I’ve ordered in the past and I loved it and it really sucks cause I refuse to do business with them ever again. Had they rectified this I would of still been spending money.”
