“I finally gave in to my first online clothes shopping experience. Ordered the jeans, I had been eyeing and took the plunge. Jeans arrived and they didn't fit, no problem, I will return it and figure out what my size is. I paid for my return and when I received my gift card refund, it was for half the amount I paid. I reached out to customer service and they said the jeans were damaged. I had tried on the jeans only to get them up partially and took them off and put them right back in the bag it came in. I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Customer service is horrible. they have NONE. i am surprised that #CardiB would promote this clothing line as i see her as a no nonsense or BS kind of women. You have to pay for returning items even if it because of horrible costumer service and false advertisment. They change there sales so fast you actually lose more money when you think your getting the best deal. i ordered twice from them promising overnight or priority shipping but it has been 5 days and i still have not received anything. on top of that they will not accommodate or credit anything to my account. they are very satisfied with how unpleased i am and sent me information to return instead of finding a resolution to satisfy my complaint. i am hoping another company will pick up fashionova line and take it to a better place but whatever is going on right now is horrible and by what i see with the high complaints on low ratings i dont see this company lasting much longer. if you can wait weeks for your clothes go for the cheap stuff most of their things are cheap material anyways. the only thing that works are the jeans for the fitting but even then the jeans are very thin. Good luck who ever tries them out.”

“Their return policy is horrendous, they shipped damaged dresses and I returned them i have yet to receive my money back it’s been over a month! going back and forth because now they’re saying my package was never returned. Clothes is cheap material doesn’t look like the picture!! Never again will I spend my money here..”

“Genuinely worst company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Received a faulty item and after following the correct procedure was sent a gift card for the amount but nothing for the postage. Sent so many emails asking why I would bother to order from them again if I’d then have to pay another lot of postage and only ever got back auto/draft emails from supposed c/s representatives completely ignoring all of my complaint. Still get emails telling me to use my gift card.... obviously would never order again”

“I purchased a dress from Fashion Nova online. The dress cost $24.50, shipping cost $6.99 and tax cost $1.97. that is a total of $33.46 i spent on the dress. when i received the dress i tried it on and saw it was to snug. so i placed it back in the package it came in so i could return it. I spent $11.00 dollars to return the dress. Now I've spent a total of $44.46 on a dress i don't have. Fashion nova emailed me a couple of days later with my refund on a gift card for $13.02. i was in shock to see i only got 13.02 back when i spent in total $44.46. when i emailed them questioning why i only got $13.02 they responded telling me the dress was damaged! the dress was never damaged and was never worn besides me trying on the dress. Now i dont have an outfit and im out $44.46 because i refuse to order from then ever again. this is not customer service they basically took my money!!!”

“I used to love FashionNova until I had the worst retail experience. I never received my order and 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund which I will probably never receive because FashionNova never took into consideration my complaint. I would never use this again and everyone that I know have stopped using the website since my bad experience. There are so many other similar websites who actually care about their customers. It appears that FashionNova just doesn't care.”

“I go to purchase items in my cart, click the check box to save my transaction details for faster purchases later and BOOM, order is placed. Really? So without clicking "complete order" you take my money without my CONSENT? That's ILLEGAL as all hell but ok cool, i'll be sure to never shop here again.”

“ordered over a month ago & still haven’t got anything. I paid at least £100 in clothes then they said the global freight system had taken my clothing, I thought it was real so paid £27.15 for customs. I continuously email & call the company and I’ve heard no reply since I’ve paid them. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHIONOVA. ITS A SCAM!!!”

“If i could give no stars I would!!! Terrible terrible customer service!! Ordered over £200.00 worth of clothing and it’s been 10 working days with no tracking number and no one is coming back to me on emails or the phone!!! Till today no response!!! But my money is gone!!!”

“Fashion Nova no help at all. People working there think it’s fun to ignore customer email and play with people’s time and money. On top of that there is a fake company ‘Global freight systems’,which I’ve never heard of a day in my life. Never once have I had to pay customs, especially on items that are below the rate... absolutely disgusting. Wish I could give 0 stars..”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I order from Fashionnova regularly and have made numerous returns successfully. However with my last return there is A LOT of ISSUES. They mostly send you a template reply and offer in no way to help locate my package. I sent it with 2 day shipping and all I got was "sorry we can't help you" I like their clothes most of the time, but their customer service is by far the WORST. I spend an average of $200-300 a month with them and I will NOT be ordering from them anymore. -DISSAPPOINTED CUSTOMER”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA! Consider yourself warned, they are thiefs and just want to TaKe your money in whatever excuse. They cancelled my order and did not return the whole amount , they stole 16e from the Visa card used. They also add 10 e for every order made with Visa card without telling you anything off such cost will be taken!? (Supposed to be free shipping...) Have contacted them about this issue 2 times via email and they only play ping pong boomerang with you and keep repeating that they have done all correct and I just should contact my Visa card or bank... talk about escaping responsibility lol... I will sure make official complain true Visa cards insurances and tell them how this company steals people’s money. Hope they lose their visa rights ;)”

“I placed an order for $77 dollars on 12th of April ‘19. Contacted FN May 5th to ask what happened to my order. FN then told me my items were held at Global Freight Shipping they then sent me a link. I paid the charges then nothing. Yodel do not have the items so I am contacting my bank for my payment back for GFS PayPal for my money from FN and I will never order from them again.”

“COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY!!!!!! I ordered 7 dresses for an upcoming trip, roughly about a month before I was to leave the country. I allowed myself this much time to place an online order because the website itself ensured me MULTIPLE TIMES that their shipping takes 5-10 business days. Well they lied. I was told on the phone with a customer service agent that the 5-10 business days is only talking about how long it takes for the shipment to get to customs... HOW IS THAT A REASONABLE ESTIMATE?!?! On top of this all, they dont allow full refund... only store credit. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO SHOP THEIR AGAIN??? this online store is HORRIBLE.”

“Fashion nova is a scam. I bought jeans for $19.99 and had a discount of $5.99. They were stiff and were not skinny jeans so I had to return them which cost $11.00. Then I find out they will not return your money. they will only give a store credit on an e card so I got that. But come to find out they don't give you your full amount back. So after trying to buy jeans the same price and a discount the same, I found out I had to pay shipping again. So the $20.99 I originally spent...in order to get the same jeans only different size I would now be spending $19.99 plus $11.00 and then an additional $6.99. I am paying for the pants twice. This is a horrible place where greed overrides valuing their customers.”
