“I've ordered from fashion Nova before and I'm never had issues. But I ordered for their black Friday sale and it was the worst experience I've ever had I'm completely DONE ordering from them ever again. They charged me for customs on their website, then omitted that information to the carrier delivering the package and then insisted on me paying twice for customs. They refused to contact the carrier and let them know that I have paid instead took the money in their pockets. They don't offer you ANY FORM OF REFUND only store credit. so I ended up paying $400 for clothes that I didn't even get to where because I wasn't paying an extra $99 of customs. So now I'm out $400 with no clothes, and a gift card that I'm probably not going to use because I'm so f****** tired of dealing with them and calling them over the same issue. I'm never ordering here again. This was such a waste of my time.”

“They failed to deliver my package to Europe and now they will not give me back my money, even though the package was returned to them and they confirmed that it was returned. I cannot place a new order because Fashion Nova cannot deliver to Europe without extra costs for the customer (about $50,00). I just want my MONEY BACK $160,00. I ordered this package in june, and have been emailing about the fact that I never got the parcel. Now 5 months later they gave me a gift card, but I don’t want this...”

“Fashion Nova is a scam and they are thieves who do not pay for shipping. They have on their website free shipping to US and CANADA, mind you, I paid for shipping to Canada in 1 day. Fashion Nova chose to send my package by DHL where I am being charged an extra $73 CAD on top of the money I wasted with them. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA. THEY ARE THIEVES Amazon has never charged me a customs fee nor the many other sites in the states that I order from. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA THEY ARE GARBAGE”

“I use to only buy my clothes from fashionnova. But I've noticed that their clothes has been getting smaller. Their 3x is now the equivalent to a 1x. And don't think about returning because you have to pay to ship it back and only get store credit.”

“I have never ordered from fashion nova before and decided to give it a try. First time I ordered a shirt and pant set to only have it be extremely see through and the inside of the thighs already having holes! This was about a year ago never ordered anything from them again. I decided this time to give them a second chance and ordered my baby shower dress to only be emailed saying that my order is delayed and they are unable to provide me a tracking number or any information in regards to when i would receive it. Extremely disappointed as I now have to go out and look for another dress for my event! It’s been 10 days now and I’ve been getting emails from Different customer service workers giving me the run around and still no tracking information or any information in regards to my order placed! I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point and will never ever be ordering from this site again nor recommend it to anyone as it was a huge disappointment and let down!”

“ABSOLUTELY NOT. Two packages went missing, one of them they never issued refund (I let it go), second one was the same issue. Customer service robots just respond with a 25% discount code which you can get on their cheap-o site at any point in time anyways.”

“Huge issue with Delivery career! If I could give 0 star then would be perfect! I am dealing with delivery issue. It's been more than 7 business days now and no update for delivery. Fashion Nova customer care is not fabulous according to their voice message on the phone. They don't know what's going on, and after this long time one of the customer rep sent me an email regarding the lost/damage form that I should fill out! Investigation takes 30 business days?!!! Really guys? I ordred clothes for an important event, I spent money and now I should wait for 30 business days to even get my money back? The funny thing is even the shipping career doesn't have update where the hell package is! I asked to talk to supervisor or manager regarding this issue but the guy who named Braulio and was really rude said supervisor can not do anything for you! I am not looking for any credit or refund, I just wanna the clothes that I ordered. I even told him, I can reorder clothes and when the first package arrives return one of them, just provide free shipping to me! you can use the standard shipping in the website! Also, the most worth thing that peaces me off was the guy said we are not responsible for shipping issue! really??Are you kidding me? when I am placing order you guys use cheap and low quality shipping! Fashion Nova customer service is not responsible and caring! sorry but 0 star! You guys should care about your customers not because famous people use this brand don't care about other customers!”

“Your ads on our phone are unwanted & worse non-stop. My wife & I have repeatedly ask that you stop & our requests are ignored! Even if your clothes were free we wouldn't be interested. They look cheep & trashy. My wife can wear out holes in her jeans fast enough, she doesn't need help from you. Why would we buy NEW clothes w/so many holes already in them? They don't even look sexy, even to a guy. With so much skin hanging out there leaves nothing to the imagination. Please stop wasting our time & yours. It makes you look desperate for business. Thank You”

“Horrible customer service. When you contact them you get generic automatic messages. Once you order they don’t care about you as a customer. They need to give the delivery company feed back not to leave packages at the door especially if you have a front office and a luxer box.”

“Fashion nova was horrible to me. This was my very first clothing order on line and I was looking forward to waring my dress for Thanksgiving. They shipped it to the wrong address and it got sent back to them. But they took my money for sur and I got no package. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bueau.”

“There customer service is horrible!! I sent back items for a return on 11/7 and whatever delivery service they use for returns have no delivered my items, it continues to say in transit. I have contacted FashionNova numerous times and continue to get the same automated replies!! It doesn’t take this long for items to be sent back!! They are not offering me no type of resolution! They returns are not easy and I would recommend not to use their return service and to simply do your own return not through them!!! They need better customer service, no wonder they don’t have a customer service number!!!! Just horrible”

“I have been a fashion nova customer since 2013...but lately since they've been endorsed celebrities it seems like the quality of their product has gone waaaay down. I ordered a few outfits from what used to be my favorite clothing store for my birthday Oct18 and was very very disappointed in the quality. Then to find out they reimburse you with a gift card was even more disappointing!!! Today Nov24 I FINALLY received my egift card and it was only for 1/2 of the amount I was suppose to be !!!!!!! And in the gift card they had the audacity to apply a $27 discount...why tf would give yal a disount!!!! I wish there was an option to post the screenshots because I would !!! Buyer beware !”

“I just spoke with a Fashion Nova representative and she was TERRIBLE. The first representative I spoke to was named Sequoya King and she was very friendly and helped me with my problem. But she did mislead me by telling me the product I paid for would be resent to me since it was their fault I didn’t received it in my order to begin with. A day or so later I got an email with a gift-card covering only $12.56. Mind you this company was having a sale that I participated it. The pants I originally ordered where $19.99. So basically I had to re-buy and pay for shipping in order to get what I ORIGINALLY ordered. I checked online and the pants where still available in my size, but apparently according to the second representative I spoke to they were not. She was very rude. Impolite. And in my opinion, if you’re going to have the description “customer service” in your job title you need to be the exact opposite. This is making me not want to purchase anything from Fashion Nova again.”

“The quality on the clothes sucks, my daughter bought something for her senior luncheon paid $15.99 for overnight shipping. We received the clothes and they look horrible. $75 dollars down the drain as per I read the return policy is a store credit like really who wants to order there again?!?!?!”
