Fashion Nova has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Buyer beware!!!! They are dishonest and hustlers who swindle people out of money. I ordered a pair of jeans, I like them but they arrived with a defect. So I emailed and filled out a request and was told that because my request was not sent in 2 business days, which it was, that there was nothing they could do, like I couldn’t even return them and get their lousy store credit. Are you kidding me? My order total was $141.95 and my daughter’s order was $180. I will never purchase from them again. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. I don’t need a headache when I’m spending this kind of money with them. I also will be reporting them to the better business bureau. They have very shady business practices. And they took forever to even start processing both my order and my daughter’s. The absolute worst!!!!

I brought two pairs of jeans they smell so bad I’ve washed them soaked them and the still smell bad.

They rarely respond to emails... make you pay shipping for returned items and then make you wait over 2 weeks for your store credit. I purchased items on Black Friday that were clearly in stock at the time of my purchase. After 2 weeks I received only HALF of my other and after emailing them numerous of times... the email me back finally... only to say they will refund me my money for the items I didn’t receive. They have no respect or care for you after they receive your money. They email and text EVERY day about sales and new merchandise but can’t respond to your emails about already purchased items. All they care about is your money. Once they get it... you’re no longer important. Trust me... I’ve been dealing with this company for the last two years and have spent A LOT of money. They don’t value loyalty. Customer service stinks

Fashion Nova is so disappointing. I’ve received the wrong size and called them to return an order. The lady on the line was rude and there is NO REFUNDS, only to get points which makes people have to buy more from their website to make up for the money they lost. THEN there was a email they sent of the RECORDING of the call without any consent. Then when “returning” the item they make you PAY $7.99 for them to even come back with you about it. TRUST ME it’s a whole SCAM.

I used to buy a lot of clothes from fashion nova and returning when not fitting happily knowing that I always get something better even tho I don’t like That they keep the money and just give you a credit store, but this time on Black Friday I got my purchase for 50% off and after several emails telling me that my order will arrived I got an email telling me that they will refund my money because they don’t have my items anymore, and on top of that they offer me $10 gift card that expired on January 2020, so I have to buy something full price right away because is about to expired, I told them that is not fair that I wait all year to get 50% off and they can’t even offer me the coupon of 50% again because it wasn’t my fault and also offer me only $10 for a full price item when I got a better prices on Black Friday and they just replied that the Black Friday coupon expired already, really??? That’s how you treat your loyal customers, never again....

This company is the worst I ever had to deal with trying return merchandise. It takes forever to get a credit. I will never purchase anything from this company again. PLEASE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE MAKE SURE IT'S THE CORRECT SIZE AND DON'T HAVE TO RETURN:(:(:(:(:(

-clothes are a hit or miss on sizing -they ONLY offer store credit for returns even if the item is new, unwashed, and have the tags attached.

Customer service stinks! Return policy stinks! If you are paying to return a package, do yourself a favor and go to the local post office/fed ex. They use some bootleg carrier that picks your order up from the post office, takes the package around the country gathering more returns and if you’re lucky, it’ll show up at the warehouse three weeks later. I was given the wrong credit amount. I paid a discounted rate, so naturally I didn’t expect full retail price of the goods, but these folks discounted my discount (where do they do that???) You pay a customer back what they paid....nothing more, nothing less. I’m done!!! I feel forced giving one star...wish their was a ZERO option

Placed and order with them on December 6th and paid for expedited shipping. I reached out after a week had passed to see where my package was, and they never responded. Then, on December 12th, I finally got an email that my order had shipped but they canceled 3 of my 5 items with no explanation or credit given. It is now December 17th and I have not received my items. I contacted them again on the 16th to see when my items will be here because I am going on a trip this weekend and need them, and still no response. I will never shop with this company again. I believe I should be refunded for the expedited shipping charge I paid, but based on how helpful customer service has not been, I am sure I won't get that.

All clothes from China, very cheap. And smell like chemicals bad. No such thing as a credit only store credit. Prices to much for this dollar store junk. Clothes only last a couple wears and then they are trash. They should stick to shoes only good product they have

Let me just start by saying that I’ve ordered from Fashion Nova so many times and I’ve never had issues until now. Everything typically fits really good and it always is delivered on time. I ordered right before the Black Friday rush and My package came on time, however nothing fit 😫. I purchased a label through them and sent the box back to get my money back- on the gift card that is. I sent this back over 2 weeks ago and I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve reached out to them with no response!!! I got a hold of them about 2 times within the last week and they just keep saying they didn’t receive it. If they didn’t receive it, then who the hell did?! because it was sent to them! The few emails that I did get back was not helpful. They keep asking for the same information over and over again instead of answering my questions. I’m sitting here everyday stalking my email in hopes that someone will respond and let me know that my package has been received, but nope. This is beyond ridiculous and has really turned me off. As much as I like their clothes, I’m done. I will not continue to support a company who can’t even give good customer service. The reps are rude too btw. They got above themselves with the Black Friday sale. They should’ve stopped it once they realized that it was becoming too much to handle and they were extremely backed up. I’m done.

Terrible Experience, my first and last time ordering from Fashionnova!! Paid extra for overnight shipping and still has not received my order after a week. Estimated receive date is pushing one day further every day.

I made an order on December 6th for an outfit for the 23rd Christmas Party. After not receiving any information on it on the 10th i looked online and it gave an estimated shipping date of 12/23rd. I freaked. When I placed the order it said 12/13th for both orders. I tried all night on the 11th to get the "Fabulous Customer Service" to no avail. On the 11th Denise answered i was told to disregard the dates on the estimated shipping that they have a system glitch and both orders would be delivered on 12/17th and all items have been shipped. i asked Denise to please check again and she said she can guarantee they will get here on the 17th and apologized for me being upset with their service. So on 12/16th I get an email saying sorry for the delay due to backup issues with the warehouse the order has been delayed and there is no estimated shipping I can chose to continue to wait or take a refund or gift card. I call their office LIVID. I get Denise who now has amnesia and stated it was just an estimate and she can only provide me with the information they system gives and kept asking was there anything else she can help with anything else. I ask to speak with a supervisor she tells me the call cannot be transferred to anyone else. I then after another five minutes of back and forth ask for a refund now she tells me that I cannot have one. When I ask why she says do to the circumstances of the order. I ask her what are the circumstances and advised her the call was being recorded. Denise tells me since the order is only delayed I cannot get a refund. I tell her that I have an email stating to call if I was not willing to wait for the I don't know when you will get your order email she then told me to hold while she escalates and creates a ticket to see if I can get a refund. Save yourself and find another company to do business with. Today is the 16th and thanks to poor service of a company I have to start all over to find something to wear to this important event. Do not let the cheap prices and PAID celebrity endorsements fool you. This company is trash unless you are rich and famous.

Cloths fit nicely, but the customer service suck ass!! Getting a refund for the item i order and they could not fulfilled was like pulling teeth... Till now i contact them many time for my refund on a item they can't provide and they keep responding with a information on how to return a product for refund, dumb ass customer service or they need to get real people to resolve the issue. Never again will i buy from them!!!!! I will sure report them to BBB and to the State attorney of business!

very horrible and I would no longer be ordering any products from fashion nova. first I ordered some products December 5th 2 days later apparently it was out of stock never received a refund. Secondly I placed an order December 10th 2019, December 16th 2019 I decided to check the status of my order. on the usps tracking site tracking number does not exist, on fashion nova site it states my package was delivered march 6th 2019 so approximately 9 months before ordering I supposedly received the order.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Needed my dress for an event which has come and gone. Still have not received my order and the customer service representative Kevin cared about none of my concerns. Received an email saying that they couldn’t ship my whole order and would refund electronically instead of refund back to my card! No apologies from Kevin. Can’t speak with supervisor and there was absolutely no warning to me about shipping delays! Horrible horrible horrible customer service. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. IF YOUR CLOTHES DONT FOT YOU’LL NEVER GET A REFUND
