Very bad customer service.. it’s my Ability to track a package down when you ship it to the wrong answer

My Experience Very bad customer service if y’all keep up with bad customers service y’all won’t be in business for long .. y’all ship my package to a different state y’all told me it’s my responsibility to track down my package when I never ship anything to that address I will never shop with y’all again.. Y’all don’t care about your customers that does number work in Retail

Dear FN Team, I want to speak to a manager or someone who is actually able to help me and solve this problem. I ordered 46 items, after a few days I have been told 1 items is not in stock, after a few days 2 were not in stock. I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES WHICH ITEMS YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. I received an order summery and a refund regarding missing items: 40 out of 46 were availabe, shipped and paid. 18 items arrived. Where is the rest?!?!?! Also, the list in the order for returns is wrong. Items have been listed, I never oredered and Items which were not even in the package. So I only received Items I ordered but the list is wrong and 22 items are missing even though I paid for 40. I want my order and I expect you to solve this!

Bought about 30 dollars white distressed jeans from them and first of all the size was not an 11 it was more like a 5 and it was so cheap material! Literally the last time I’ll ever buy from them. Aside from that I ordered a lot of stuff from them and the dates of arrivals were confusing. They never let me know when the date of arrival would be and when it came they were able to fit 15 clothing items in a small package!!!! Can y’all believe it! 160 bucks of clothing in one small medium almost sized bag. Waste of time and money!!!

I ordered clothes on December 3rd and 5th. My order came out to about $200. I specifically bought clothes for the weekend of the 13th and 14th. When checking out, I was told that my first order would arrive by the 11th and my second order would arrive on the 13th. My shipping date has now changed 4 times. Now 9 days have been added to my arrival date. I contacted fashion nova several times but no one contacted me back. I sent several emails. I called the call center many times. I even went as far as tweeting and messaging them on twitter. Not once have I received a response. Fashion nova sends me emails to by more stuff without sending my first orders. I finally received my tracking number and was told that my shipment would arrive on the 12th of December. It is now the 13th of December and Ontrac states that they have yet to receive a package from fashion nova. I understand it gets busy over the Holiday season but they dont take the time to contact their customers and update on the CORRECT ARRIVAL DATE.

My order arrived with multiple items missing and with one item that I didn't even order, no Paper receipt not even a return label incase I want to return something. I have email them the past 3 days about it and no one answer, I have call them and also no one answers.. never ordering from here again ! Save your money !

NEVER AGAIN. First and last time I’m shopping here . They do not want to refund you your money . Even exchanging is difficult. Don’t do business with them !!

They need to start putting bubble wrap on the earrings. You paying $7-$12 for earrings to arrive damaged it never fails 😩 the earrings be so pretty . Once I receive the stick be all bent up or either the rhinestones has fallen out .

I made a mistake with my order by clicking the wrong shipping and I called right away to see if they could fix it and the women on the phone told me to re order it and call back tomorrow morning (because they were closing soon ) and they would cancel my order. The next day I called 10 times and no one took my call. I even emailed them and nothing then finally at 9 pm that night I got through and the guy told me they couldn’t cancel or refund my order like I was promised. So I asked when my OVERNIGHT delivery package would arrive and he tells me Monday the 16th.... I ordered on Tuesday the 10th. I’ve not only lost $100 but I’ve been left feeling scammed, ripped off and ignored. Don’t ever order from fashion nova they have horrible customer service and cheap shitty clothes.

I ordered 2 dresses and decided to sent one back . That was October 28 .. it’s no December 12 and they claim they have yet to receive my return and refuses although I sent proof of return to give me a refund ..... this is like a nightmare trying to reach someone one the phone .... and when I reach an agent after about 15 try’s she said Mam am sorry we haven’t received your return and hung up on me 🥺 ... if it’s too good to be true ( meaning the cheap products they sell ) then that should have been my red flag .... never again you guys can keep the return and my money I give up .......

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I placed an order Nov 28th and received my tracking number Dec 1st for my package. On Dec 12th I received an email from Fashion Nova that my package had been returned to my residence. I'm thinking that's funny because the tracking number they provided me with still shows the order in the Fashion Nova facility. So I call On Trac to verify this information. On Trac never received the package. Fashion Nova has refused to refund me my money for a product they never sent me. How is a company like this still in business?!!!

They have cute stuff . But I ordered from many sites at once and fashion nova was the only site that didn't send an update email. Aldo shoes was the fastest delivery and around Christmas time..

I ordered 1 pair of pants for my daughter on 12/5 and Fashion Nova has not sent me any status on the order! But they were quick to charge my account! Don't order anything from this place...it's very unprofessional

I am never ordering from Fashion Nova again. Not only did the dress come damaged but they do not provided pre-paid return shipping labels. I tried to return the dress in person, checked the website and it said I could, but when I got there they said they don’t take dresses. Why? They sell dresses in the store, why not return them? Also, they don’t give refunds, only store credit which is NOT made clear when purchasing. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. This store should be ashamed of themselves for how poorly they treat customers. I’ve never been this angry at a company before. What a scam.

Don’t order anything from them! They robbed me twice and they simply rang up the phone when I call. I paid 20 dollars in a pants and they sent to wrong place but I provided the right address, they got the item back and returned 9 dollars for me! When I called they said they don’t have the item and can’t give me discount! Representative was very rude to me

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They do not care about the customer at all. First off its extremely hard to get them on the phone period! I started calling them at 8am didnt actually get to speak to anyone until 1pm! I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas but I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I called them and they told me once the order is placed I cannot change the size. I was told to wait until the package comes and then return the package which could take up to a month. By that time christmas is well over and is almost valentine's day! Lol! NEVER AGAIN! With they're customer service they will eventually go out of business. Ridiculous!!!!

I ordered 6 items on cyber Monday and still have not received my items after picking the Monday Rush expedited shipping. Now I’m going to have to buy a last minute dress for a holiday event that is this Saturday when it was supposed to be here Thursday. I don’t understand why my package is still in CA and got returned to sender by UPS...
