This company sold me a damaged dress. It was a sequin dress that was missing sequin. I tried it on and it fit fine. When I put it on four days later to try and wear it somewhere, I noticed a bald spot of sequin missing. I was told I could not return it because it’s damaged and I didn’t report it within two days. Seriously, they sent me a damaged dress and I can’t return it because it’s damaged and I reported five days after receiving it.

Fashion Nova does NOT do fast shipping. I waited 2 months for 2 dresses (over £100), didn’t get told about VAT, and they NEVER arrived!! I then emailed them about it and received a very poor standard of assistance and communication. I then could not return the items and was credited for them instead!!! Why would I want to be credited for items which never arrived!! Awful company with awful customer services

Fashion nova's return policy is TRASHHHHHH. Let me rephrase that FASHION NOVA IS TRASH. I placed my order on the 10th of this month which is this past Tuesday , I just barely received an email informing me that it barely shipped. When I placed my order it didn't even give me an expedited shipping option. The problem is I emailed them twice asking to pay expedited shipping I needed those dresses by the 21'st and just barely got an email saying it has shipped and will not be arriving until the 23'rd. They never replied to my email....... that's so unprofessional. They didn't even try to reply. I had to order dresses else where to make sure I had dresses , just to find out their return policy is trash . Now I have to wait for these pointless late dresses that I cannot get back my refund on even though I paid full price for but I would have to pay to ship them back to just receive "store credit"......TRASH. Idk what I was thinking I always read reviews before I buy anything and I just impulsively bought the dresses since I was trying to get them fast. I thought oh all these you tubers and celebrities hype them up they must be good but never again.

The second I put my order through I realized I forgot to put the code in for the discount which was %75 off! I emailed customer service right away they said they cant do anything, then I emailed back and was followed up with another email that they will send it to second level for further review (so they do have the power to edit or cancel the order) then another email stating they wont be changing my order. Terrible customer service, no contact number to call. Won't be ordering through them in the future.

The worst customer service. I placed my order the coupon code did not take. I immediately contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do. Completely unethical business behaviour. I will never shop with them again and urge anyone to second guess purchasing through them.

I ordered a 3pc skirt set and only received 2 of the pieces. I emailed fashion nova they ask me for my order number and packaging list. Like always with fashion nova I didn’t receive a packaging list just a flyer with a discount code. After I told them I didn’t receive it they emailed me back stated they are having issues with their email please write them again about my problem. I’m over at this point I don’t got through this with other companies. That was my last time ordering with fashion nova.

My order did not arrive on time. I kept on checking the website and noticed that the date was always changing. I contact customer service and they said I should contact the carrier, so I had a look with the tracking number but it didn't give me any information because it was not available yet. Went back to fashionnova website and the date was changing again saying ready to go. Very disappointed with their services

I’ve ordered plenty of times and I’ve had my share of issues with subpar quality clothing sewn incorrectly, seams not sewn all the way, zippers not working. I’d rather pay for better quality clothing that will last than try to save a few bucks.

Worst ever order my wife a christmas present and it never came. Then i try to call and contact them with lil to no response. They said my package was delivered but i was outside and there was no one is site.

FASHION NOVA is a complete scam. I ordered a total of 10 items during there 50% off sale on Black Friday and paid for 2 day shipping. I received my order over 2 weeks later. Surprisingly I only received 4 out of the 10 items I ordered. I then received an email stating I will be receiving store credit for the 6 items that were not shipped to me because they were out of stock! I tried for days to speak to customer service to no avail. Finally I received an email reply stating they do not give refunds or do exchanges and store credit was my only option. I was absolutely disgusted and shocked to see the items they claimed to have out of stock still listed online on their website. Regarding the 2 day shipping they fail to tell the consumer that doesn't include the week long processing time. The quality of clothes is cheap and not worth it to be completely honest. I personally will never order from Fashion Nova ever again. Please contact your bank and dispute the charges as fraud if this happens to you.

My Experience Very bad customer service if y’all keep up with bad customers service y’all won’t be in business for long .. y’all ship my package to a different state y’all told me it’s my responsibility to track down my package when I never ship anything to that address I will never shop with y’all again.. Y’all don’t care about your customers that does number work in Retail

Dear FN Team, I want to speak to a manager or someone who is actually able to help me and solve this problem. I ordered 46 items, after a few days I have been told 1 items is not in stock, after a few days 2 were not in stock. I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES WHICH ITEMS YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. I received an order summery and a refund regarding missing items: 40 out of 46 were availabe, shipped and paid. 18 items arrived. Where is the rest?!?!?! Also, the list in the order for returns is wrong. Items have been listed, I never oredered and Items which were not even in the package. So I only received Items I ordered but the list is wrong and 22 items are missing even though I paid for 40. I want my order and I expect you to solve this!

Bought about 30 dollars white distressed jeans from them and first of all the size was not an 11 it was more like a 5 and it was so cheap material! Literally the last time I’ll ever buy from them. Aside from that I ordered a lot of stuff from them and the dates of arrivals were confusing. They never let me know when the date of arrival would be and when it came they were able to fit 15 clothing items in a small package!!!! Can y’all believe it! 160 bucks of clothing in one small medium almost sized bag. Waste of time and money!!!

I ordered clothes on December 3rd and 5th. My order came out to about $200. I specifically bought clothes for the weekend of the 13th and 14th. When checking out, I was told that my first order would arrive by the 11th and my second order would arrive on the 13th. My shipping date has now changed 4 times. Now 9 days have been added to my arrival date. I contacted fashion nova several times but no one contacted me back. I sent several emails. I called the call center many times. I even went as far as tweeting and messaging them on twitter. Not once have I received a response. Fashion nova sends me emails to by more stuff without sending my first orders. I finally received my tracking number and was told that my shipment would arrive on the 12th of December. It is now the 13th of December and Ontrac states that they have yet to receive a package from fashion nova. I understand it gets busy over the Holiday season but they dont take the time to contact their customers and update on the CORRECT ARRIVAL DATE.

My order arrived with multiple items missing and with one item that I didn't even order, no Paper receipt not even a return label incase I want to return something. I have email them the past 3 days about it and no one answer, I have call them and also no one answers.. never ordering from here again ! Save your money !
